Posted on April 16, 2011 at 2:42amu are completely misled in your logic. it is not a belief in men or the ideas there of it is an understanding over time of God’s revalation. it is called faith because yes scientific evidence does not exist. if that is how you organize your world then so be it but your statement that our faith necessarily forces us to place trust in men’s ideas is totally incorrect.
what may make more sense to you however is that this country was founded on judeo-christian principles by people of that faith and many in this country have a strong connection to them, those principles and therefore israel as well as our God

I think he is too new to the scene to be considered a viable candidate on the Republican ticket for President of the United States. I’m still hoping that the Republicans take a good look at Senator Tom Coburn from Oklahoma who I have mentioned on this website several times. Senator Coburn is the kind of Presidential candidate that we should be focused on. And he NEVER backs down from the democrats. I’ve seen him stand his ground many times. He is a brilliant man, and to overlook him as a Presidential candidate would be a huge mistake. I’m not voting for Huckabee, Romney, Palin, Gingrich, ever. I think Paul Ryan would make an excellent Vice Presidential candidate. Both Senator Coburn and Representative Ryan would rule wisely and give us back our good standing in the eyes of the world. The democrats would be VERY AFRAID of these two wise and good men.

The Syrians hate the Jews because many Centuries ago, they were the slaves of Jewish Masters. Look at the USA. Centuries ago, there was an influx of “indentured servants” to the New World. These “servants” signed up for this because it was a contract between Master and Servant that the Servant would be a free person after a fixed amount of time.
The Servants got to go to the New World on the promise of their labor to the Master. There wasn’t any cost to them at all. The term of their labor was quite short. Three to five years. Slavery was another deal. Slavery at that time in History, was mostly centered in Africa. One tribe would capture another tribe, and sell them for profit. (Yes, the profit takers were Black people.) In the Southern States of the USA, there were many Plantations where slave labor was more profitable than indentured servants. There wasn’t any end to slave labor, as there was to indentured servitude. It’s no wonder why slavery overtook servitude. Slaves were property like pets. You had to feed them and shelter them. Thank God for President Lincoln. He was determined to end slavery in the USA, and he was right. No one should be a slave to another.

I don’t see anyone saying that. But I do feel as if we have been appointed to help our Jewish friends in Israel. That doesn’t mean though we have to lose thousands of lives because of somethng they did, but…. if it’s obvious that they are about to be slaughtered and tossed into the sea like flotsam, then I think we have a moral obligation to help them. Just as we do with any of our real allies. The only difference for many Christians in the USA has to do with the Israeli’s being the keepers of the Holy Land. It certainly makes it more personal.

Where did THAT come from? We have an obligation to protect our own country by the law of the Constitution, PERIOD. If Congress wants to go to war for some other compelling reason in another land, then they can pass a law to make it lawful. Problem is, it doesn’t happen that way.

The capital of the world, according to God and the Bible, is Jerusalem in Israel. Everything around Israel is non-essential. I can tell you lack some basic understanding of how the living God works. By praying indiviually for the protection and support of Israel we then join forces with what God is doing. It is about being in a real relationship with the real God who is very much alive and well and active in our lives. Satan is in control of this world and its forces. He wants to distroy all that is Gods and dear to Him. He is under the delouions (sp? sorry) that he can be sucessful. We are saved from satan’s power through prayer and being in real relationship with Jesus, the only way to have a real relationship with the Father.

We all know that terrible times are ahead for Israel and the nations of the world will come against her and will try to distroy her. It will look like they will be successful but we are meant to help her flee that fate. We are mentioned in the bible twice in the book of Daniel, look for the Egales wings. better still look up end time ministries or end time magazine and they will help point out a few key things you should know. S.G. how about joining us with join in with God in the events of these days. I know and believe, I believe because I know. It is hard to explain really. I have done enough research to understand what the bible is talking about. I am not a religious person at all. I do go to church but my faith and relationship with Jesus is between Him and me and is not based upon a “religion” or set of religious obligations. I stopped believeing in that a long time ago. However, that is not to say that God is just a free lancer and we are to seek him indiviually either. We Christians are connected together through the Holy Spirit and that connection is strong for those that are real Christians. Through the Holy Spirit the head knowledge that we have and gain is made sense of and put into historical, present, and future perspective for us to believe in. I do claim to speak for God as God. But as a friend and someone who knows Him ver well and for a long time. My relationship with Him is very much like a relationship with someone here. I can get to know them and know how they think and get good at knowing what they have done, are doing, and will do. Especially if I have sat down and learned what that friend is about and how he operates, thinks, and what his likes and dislikes are. Therefore when I talk about my friend to someone else I can speak with some confidence and maybe authority as to how my friend will think, do, or say. I am sure you do the very same thing with yoru friends about other friends or people you know well. So, I speak of God as I know Him and I know that Jesus speaks of me as He knows me too.

Now you are speaking as if you were me, and you don’t know me. Other religions and some Christians also believe in the religion and that is their path to salvation. I don’t. I believe this, Jesus is the only Son of God and He became a man and live amoungst us. He taught us and showed us Who God is. He then died on the Cross to pay the price of our sins because He was sinless. Then after being dead for three days he rose from the dead and lives and will rule this earth in due time. He will be Lord of All for all eternity.
Now this is what I know, I know that there is historical findings that prove the bible to be accurate and true about the events that it mentions and the people that lived. Some of those events were supernatural events that could not have been human caused. I know that Jesus was real and lived because of the effect he has had on the world. We even slit our historical time line up to BC & AD. I know facts and figures and have read and studied the bible.
I know that God has saved my life more than once when I should have died. The home nursing people made a mistake in my Chemo the only gave me 1/4 of the dose they were suppose to. No one could explain the mistake. It turns out a year later that my Doctor told me because I was sensitive to the radation that if I would have recieve any more of a dose of Chemo it would have killed me before they could have stopped it. He told me that to my face on my first year check up.
I have walked with God a long time, close to 50 years. So, do not take me for a blind religious fool. I understand where you are coming from. However, know this I cannot convince you of anything, I cannot nor am I responsible for your salvation. No one can come to Jesus unless the Father draws them first. The best I can do is join in what God is doing with you by drawing you and help where I can. However, you will never understand the meaning behind knowing what you believe and believing because you know about faith and knowing the one and true God. Unless you actually have a relationship with Him. You can only have that relationship with Him through Jesus. You cannot have it through me or anyone else except Jesus, it has to be between Him and you. Once you have that realtionship establish the you will recieve the Holy Spirit and He will renew you mind and teach you things and bring understanding to the truth. You will see and understand about the Kingdom of God and you will get to know Him first hand. All other religions do not even offer that relationship, it is through works and punishment in every other one. True Christianity is based upon Gods Mercy and grace and because of those you have a real relationship with the living God. Remember this even Satan believes there is a God, He even knew HIm well, He gave up his relationship with God. There is no mercy or grace for Satan because He gave up what he knew to be truth to create a lie. He is the most beautiful angel that God created and be took pride in that beauty and his position, and that lead to the lie that he could and would become equal or greater than God. Hagee preaches several doctrines… some of them conflict with one another. I started taking notes from his sermons (?), then I would go home and open the Bible to further study. What I found is that what Hagee preaches and what the Bible says are two different things. I even bought the Bible that Hagee sells with his notes, trying to find out why he was preaching such B.S. His reasoning is idiotic. One of them is Hagee preaches that the Saints are raptured and don’t go through the Tribulation because (now get these facts that are presented for his statement) “God just wouldn’t treat His people that way”. Uh, say what? Hasn’t Hagee ever heard of the Jews being in captivity for 400 years? AND What about the scriptures from the Book of Revelation;

Also, if you want to see an account of what happens to a people when they turn their back on GOD and fail to acknowledge Him, just read the first six chapters from The Book of Judges. It is Crystal clear. Judges is a very clear account of the sin cycle that results when people turn from GOD. After Joshua died, GOD no longer drove out the enemies before the people. He made them live through the consequences of their disobedience. He made the people fight wars so they would understand the process of fighting and the consequences of disobedience. Their lessons learned were always short-lived. The key word for Judges is “CYCLES”. The key verse is “Everyone did what was right in his own eyes.” The cycle has five parts…Sin, Servitude, Supplication, Salvation and Silence. The United States of America is no different. We as a nation have turned our back on GOD, we have thumbed our noses at Him, we have no time for Him. We have been overwhelming blessed by Him as a nation and as a people. Do we show Him any gratitiude or thanks? None! Just as he told the children of Israel (paraphrasing), you had no time for ME during the good times, so when calamity comes and you cry out for help I will not hear you. Mark it down. Judgement day is coming. I personally believe by divine providence Almighty God has put Obama in the seat of power to be an instrument for judgement against us. We are getting just what we deserve. I do believe we as a people (some, but not all) will survive, but the nation may not. There is nothing in GOD’s word that makes us exempt from His judgement. To Whom Much is Given Much is Required. As a nation we have failed terribly. Final note…It is not about us as individuals or us as a nation…it is all about GOD….and GOD alone. To God be the glory….Let’s get ready to roll.

I would suggest that the more people who pray for Israel, will thwart the evil spirits in this country and God will protect this country. He will also open the eyes of those who do not quite see the truth, through prayer. Prayer is very powerful. Words are powerful. They can bless or curse. Think about that. God spoke the world into existence with words only and if we are created in His image, what do you think your words do in your everyday speaking. I tell everyone I know to BE CAREFUL what you say and speak because it will either be a blessing to you or your personal curse. Study your Bible and you will learn these things. God has been teaching me these things for many years now and somehow, some Christians just can’t wrap their minds around it all. I suggest that if you really want to learn all these things, the true nature of God, then ask the Holy Spirit to teach you and then earnestly read and study your Bible, along with earnest prayer – ON A DAILY BASIS. It is an awesome adventure I have had for over 30 years. Stand beside Israel OR you can kiss your safety goodbye.

That’s like a guy that reads Revelation and tells you he knows exactly what the mark of the beast is, and who the two candlesticks are.
Let’s just say that I am not buying this hook line and sinker. God created the nation of Israel? GIVE ME A BREAK. Where did He do that in 1948? As long as the Jews do not recognize Jesus Christ as their Lord and Redeemer, I don’t know how that makes them a “chosen people” anyway. God doesn’t play favorites anyway. God looks on the heart. Its not about what race you are, or what skin color you are. An Arab child is just as precious to God as an Israelite child.
