Posted on February 15, 2011 at 4:59pmIf Beck had been on the air when the Berlin Wall came down, he would have warned us to be scared of the Communist invasion of West Berlin, and predicted that East Germany would take over the rest of Europe and the world.

Posted on February 14, 2011 at 11:42pmThe question all comes down to whether or not the Egyptian people are independent enough to fight off being subjugated by another oppressive regime of either being ruled by the Islamic Shari’ah or some overbearing, semi-democratic leadership. Do they want to be isolated that way? If they believe the government should do everything for them, then they will wind up in little better shape than they have been.
Report Post »Our own leadership and media will have a certain amount of impact and every effort should be made to insure that the best advice in honest democracy, prosperity and peace be presented by all. Unfortunately, our administration and media needs to do a lot of homework to find some wisdom it does not now possess to advise the Middle East.

Posted on February 14, 2011 at 10:41pmEgypt should just adopt America’s constitution. It is a very good one, and we aren’t using it much anymore…

Posted on February 14, 2011 at 10:01pmGreat point from Beck! Why believe that Egypt will overcome adversity and pronounce a democracy for the people when they have never had an inkling of such a thing in the past. They have no foundation, no economy, no power and nothing to offer anybody. They had a dictator that turned out to be the second coming of Manuel Noriega and we see the similarities on how they exited power. Egypt will fall to the Muslim extremists or at least fall away from democracy since they have nothing in place that would suggest they have a clue on how to attain it. Just keep Obama and Clinton out of Egypt and they have a vastly better shot at a better future whether it be democratic or not. This will be the time for opportunism at its finest when you will see a “savior” that will exploit and come to power under the noses of Egyptians. Again, this will be just a change and not an upgrade. Nothing of the contrary is logical and substantial.

Posted on February 14, 2011 at 9:45pmJust because some stupid commentators think all is now peace and love in Egypt does not mean that the American people also think so. Similarly doomsdaysayers may say all is lost in Egypt and a big Caliphate is going to get us but that does not mean that the American people also think so. The middle east will always be in turmoil and Americans will always be working to keep it from exploding. Miracles are hard to come by.

Posted on February 14, 2011 at 9:22pmWe really have no use for that “community organizer” guy who sleeps in the White House (at taxpayer expense), so maybe we should ship him to Egypt – - Americans have had enough and we are ready to have a President again.

Posted on February 14, 2011 at 9:04pmWe must remember that these people have never known true freedom and democracy. It will be hard to attain when basic needs of food and shelter and a crumbling economy get in the way. They will be ripe for the pickings of a group like the Muslim Brotherhood or one like it. I hope these people can hold on and find out what true freedom is all about and may they be led to the TRUTH.

Posted on February 15, 2011 at 8:57amI agree… let’s see what happens when basic needs like food and water are in short supply. It will be chaos all over again.
It’s nice of the Muslim Brotherhood for saying that “they won’t step in until the Military leaves”.. Very nice of them indeed. Perhaps MSMBC can talk about this next time they are mentioned.

Posted on February 14, 2011 at 9:16pmNot necessarily, just see how many times our nation in history has faced the worst of advesaries, and met them – emerging victorious in each and every case. We will lose this war only when the last person of valor in America, man or woman or child, finally gives up and the dream of America passes into the night forever. I see her best days are still coming, and will be forged from the storm we are in now – the choices we make now, lay the foundation of that future; and one person is capable of making the decision to change things for the better, one step at a time.

Posted on February 14, 2011 at 9:01pmWe don’t have any idea what will happen now. If you listen to the MSM you’d think this was all wrapped up in a neat little bow. Well……it’s not. It will be very interesting to see what happens all around the world after this. I am especially curious to see how the Obama administration handles this going forward. Wasn‘t it Joe Biden who said the Presidency doesn’t lend itself to on the job training?

Posted on February 14, 2011 at 10:22pmI’ve stored some extra food like Glenn said. I got some extra bread and bologna. I bought some extra dog food too, which my family could eat in an pinch – laugh if you want but dog food provides complete nutrition. And I bought some canned foods and filled the tub with water for drinking. I’m not sure what else to do.
A member of the Muslim Brotherhood came to my door yesterday and said if I didn‘t join I’d be targeted by the jihadist caliphate. At that point I showed him my shotgun and he ran away like a scared cat. Hah. He won’t come here again because he knows I have a big gun.

Egypt is going to work out in one of two ways… Great, or really really Bad. No middleground. The telling tale is will be “what happens in Iran”. Stay Tuned!

Posted on February 15, 2011 at 8:08amThe “COMING INSURRECTION” is barreling toward us Glenneth claims, and yet he expects us to sit through a 30 second Olive Garden commercial to hear his special wisdom – a typical Beck panhandling tactic. If he was really serious about all of this, he wouldn’t be trying to cash in on it at every opportunity. The guy has no credibility – I agree with George Will.
