    Did anyone notice that our current president speaks of “transition” in Egypt.

    “Transition” isn’t that much different word wise from “transformation” is it?

    As in the “fundamental transformation” he pushed for our country……..

    Are WE now looking at a future of “fundamental transition” to a way of life and values that would be guaranteed to destroy everything that is good about America?

      Glenn Beck should be far more worried about the Christian, Mainline Protestant, Evangelical Protestant, or Catholic “over influence” on America than he should the Muslim.

      You make a good point, but remember, the smallest dog barks the loudest. The problem a lot of Christian groups face now is that they are side-railed by people who accuse them of any number of things. Look at what happened to Mormons in California after the Proposition 8 debacle, the pro gay marriage crowd was in the minority, but they still managed to cause a huge amount of grief to people who disagreed with them. And on the same ticket, they managed to overturn said law even though they were in the minority. So while numbers matter, the political power a group wields can render the majority advantage meaningless.

    The Muslim Brotherhood is not an “extremist organization”. They are against all forms of violence, as is the Muslim religion. Glenn knows that he can strike fear into all of you Blaze followers with the word Muslim. Its sad that it works. You attack other media forms for stating facts that show how ignorant the rights politicians are. i.e. Matthews spot on Palin and Bachmann. But when Glenn comes in and dismisses a political uprising in another country based on their name you eat it up. Freedom of religion is in the constitution. Stop believing that all Muslims are out to get you. They want to spread islam, surprise what do you think Christians want to do. You are trying to protect a Dictator taking rights away from his people. Why, because he plays nice with America. Wake up and realize that this is how countries are going to successfully switch to a Democracy. Not forcing it. I know I will get bashed for this post by a bunch of people completely uneducated on the issue, thats fine but some of you may look into th eMuslim brotherhood and realize that it is probably the best option for Egypt. Please do your own research and not listen to people on the news Left and Right, they have an agenda and unfortunately it is pandering to the stupid people.

    You can feel it all around you. You can see it all around you. I just don’t understand how we got here. I do see that our constitution is protecting these people and I see that our civil rights are protecting them. What can we do to start protecting our nation and keep it the way it was meant to be. What do we do? I am worried about my children and grand children. I want my country back. What do we do as a Nation to keep this from getting worse and gets to far to be fixed. What do we do?

      My thoughts exactly SueB. I’m a mom and all I know is if I have to fight, I will fight for my children’s sake, not necessarily my own, as I have enjoyed lots of life’s pleasures and pains. I pray all the time for this great country, as I pray for my children. I teach them ( or try my darndest ) right from wrong, common sense, show them love from family and friends, the love from our Lord. I show them strength in times of weakness and am confident they will find comfort in their hour of need. God Bless America!

      CHEEZEWHIZ, I just watched you video post from YouTube. Good information that I didn’t know about and a must-read for anyone seeing that post.
      I have said from BHO’s speach at the 2004 democratic national convention that he was a “Manturian Canidate” and have since been vindicated watching him struggle when a teleprompter wasn’t provided.
      Scary stuff to be sure, and I am watching this all the time.
      I feel compeled at every scary post to remind Americans that we still have our 2nd Amendment, and vets like me STILL hold to our Oath, That we “Swear to uphold the Constitution of America, against ALL enemies foriegn AND domestic.”

      You think he got into Harvard on his own merits? He can’t even put together an intelligent sentence w/out a teleprompter. He’s been groomed for many many years & had contacts in all the right places to pull strings for him to get into Harvard. I have a Mater’s degree & do you know how many IDIOTS there were in my granduate school program? There were people who didn’t know how to do basic things that I learned in my undergrad program…so don’t let anyone fool you that having a college degree means anything anymore. I know plenty who have a degree but (as my father always says) “don’t have enough sense to come out of a shower of s***”

      It’s interesting to see how their game is played – with catchy phrases like “universal values of freedom, dignity, and social justice”…I can’t help but wonder tho will America come out the loser in all this? Or will the entire world?

      Everything that protects the rights of the individual is being called into question…will the rights of the individual be lost because things are being structured towards the collective? “Collective salvation” and “universal values” have replaced “God given liberties” and “individual rights”.

      I just wanna know…does the freedom that they suggest in their struggles for “universal values” cost me my individual rights? If so, this fish isn’t biting.

      Looks to me like the ‘many’ mid-east countries, african nations, philippines, Indonesia. etc,,,are all starting to come together by massive rioting. It’s like a big circle around an ideal and the circle of people keeps getting smaller until they reach the desired concentration levels.

      Then there is Israel, a tiny nation sitting smack-dab in the middle of it all. They won’t stand a chance when all the nations around her are filled with radical, sharia law enforcing muslims who literally want to kill them off and eventually dominate the world.

      Great Britain is soon to be next……followed by the United States.

      I am going to make a giant leap here and assume that people on this site generally support the war in Iraq. After evidence of chemical and nuclear weapons turned out to be fabricated the mission for that war was to establish freedom and democracy in Iraq. Now you have a spontaneous democratic movement in a country not unlike Iraq. Egypt was a country controlled by the secular nationalist NDP with a dictator who outlawed the Muslim Brotherhood and repressed freedoms in the name of stability just as Saddam Hussein ran a secular nationalist Ba’athist party and used horrible tactics to control religious extremism in the name of stability. How can people then condemn this democratic movement? How can the United States cause one revolution to install democracy but condemn another movement for democracy as promoting international marxism and Islamic extremism at the same time? Does that make any sense?

      I saw this entire show and was thinking the same thing a week ago, projecting a domino effect to first take all the muslim nations, then the EU, then finally America after the UN, under BHO’s oversight, to “try” to take our guns. I PRAY that our military leaders take notes from this quarter-million person rally today where the Egyption military allowed the protestors in to the square. I pray our military leaders know the difference between a “lawful” and “unlawful” order, and act as gentlemen and keeping their sacred oath to ALL Americans!       Actually, I take that back. As a Christian, I believe in sincere repentance, and as an American, wrong as you are, you still deserve my protection. You may have to be the guy who cleans the pots and pans in my camp after we hadle the bad guys, but everything comes with a price.

      Need me to repeat again, walk? How many licks is it gonna take you to get to the center of a researchable and valid theory?

      Well, yeah, except those radicals from “so long ago” are teaching in our colleges the same radicalism they were espousing “way back when”, and even have the sack to call for violent revolution now, and THEN have the sack to cry that these enemies to our Constitution are receiving death threats.
      The dots are validly connected.
      You are on the wrong side.
      If you think you can win against America, you are wrong.
      I suggest you open your eyes and see the truth in Beck’s “theories” instead of just blindly saying “Everything Beck says is wrong”, because, my Brother American, it is coming soon. My choice would be for NO American to be duped into believing this lie propagated by the left, but then “stupid is as stupid does”. i really feel sorry for you if you cannot…..SERIOUSLY? see this global poopstorm coming as a real event.
      Please turn away from the dark side and see that you were lied to. It takes a big man to realize and admit he was wrong the whole time, but believe me, we here on the Constitutional side of this “struggle” will accept you with open arms if you will only see the light.

      Friends, I am finally beginning to see things clearly after listening to Glenn Beck! As he says in the video, Muslims and Muslim organizations are infiltrating America, trying to spread their oppressive religion in our country and throughout the world. Christianity seeks the same goals, but Christianity is good and Islam is bad.

      Beyond those who have freely chosen Islam as their religion, Democrats and liberals also have infiltrated the populace with the sole intent of overthrowing our country and establishing a dictatorship in America, despite the filibuster. And they are under the control of Piven, an obscure academic I’d never have heard of were it not for Beck. And don’t forget Soros, who also is pulling ever string he can to overthrow America.

      The Chinese want to own and control our country, and the Europeans do everything they can to convert our country to socialism, the failed system they have.

      Communists and Marxists like Van Jones have infiltrated every level of government, including the Supreme Court.

      I’m doing what Glenn recommended today and am storing food, water and gun against the coming Apocalypse, the one he has foretold. I have a right to protect my family from these people!

      Sacred I read your posts and tried to understand. You were having an imaginary conversation with Glenn Beck and addressed him personally. You said that actually Beck was agreeing with you, not you with him (he spoke the words that already existed in your mind I take it). You posted something to someone that you then withdrew in part because you realized you “were a Christian.” And then you told this person that if he were to become more politically conservative that he’d be accepted by Christ.

      Did I get something wrong?

      Sacred, frankly, I think you ought to get out more. Talk to people who have a different opinion of you. And please, don’t quote yourself. Your statement stand or fall on their own, an quoting yourself doesn’t add to whatever argument you might have.
