Guess BHO doesn’t think a lib rally where they call for “stringing up” Clarence Thomas and his wife has any racist overtones. Bet he never saw or heard about the clip anyhow.

Social justice all the way. The problem is social justice in history has always proven to be social vengance. The marxist always has to get their anger out towards those that drove him to marxism, and why their doing that they forget all about those who they were supposed to be helping.

I believe it’s Equal Justice…the Oblame(a) administration is going to “equally” make America pay for all the wrongs and social injustices brought against his grandmother, mother and father. When I went to school the term I heard was “oreo”…(figure it out)

Does Glenn Beck stand for equal justice??? He has spent the last hour of today’s show backpeddling his Eric Holder comments…..just like he backpeddled on calling Obama a racist….just like he backpeddled on Shirly Sherrod …Van Jones firing…and just about any outrageous racial double standard hypocrisy of the fascist left…Glen Beck seems to have a serious hang up on the issue of racism. Lets all be better than the left and morally sanctimoneous on the issue of racism, but on the other hand at the same time lets not offend anyone by making the case there are extremely dangerous RACIST people on the left who need to be condemned in the strongest of terms. Fascism is built on the exploitation of race grievances, and if you do not have the moral fortitude to call it like it is ….be a coward and avoid the issue completely.

I KNOW that Glenn knows the answer full well. The greatest problem Obama and his cronies have is theier blatant disregard and distaaste for the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence……ie. “all men are created equal”…….That means that ALL men have equal opportunity under these documents and especially under God.
I am sure that I agree with Glenn that what Obama lives, eats and breathes is “social justice”.
The supreme court has usurped powers it is NOT entitled to under the Constitution……therefore “equal justice” is doubtful to non-existent.

There is no real social justice. It is just a way to get everyone in the same basket—–clones. Then the ones coming up with this crap can run everything and keep all the wealth for themselves. This is what they really want. They couldn’t care less about the people. Michael Moore spouting off the other day about taking the money away from the wealthy. I noticed he didn’t volunteer his own. These people pushing for social justice are nothing but a bunch of self-serving hypocrites—-PURE AND SIMPLE!

This administration has NO sense of what justice is. They are using the power of the executive branch to make everyone the same by lowering everyone and everything to the same low standard so we are all “equal”. This will fail, because the spirit of the American people will not allow it.

The “Organizer in Chief” of course stands for Social Justice–it‘s what he’s known since he was a little boy, as a young adult, and as an adult (25 years as a member of a social justice church–not sure how many times he actually ATTENDED church!). He also stands for “grassroots,” like: big organizations, unions, socialism and communism. And in his position as “OiC” he can‘t believe that people could be independent thinkers and come to the same conclusions that are SO OPPOSITE from his and his friends’ ideas!

Thank you Lord for excellent minds like GB.

Usurper Obama/soetoro is for SOCIAL JUSTICE.

As we the people have seen, in the scandal – and IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE – with the ILLEGAL DISMISSAL of the Civil Rights complaint – against his paid poll watchers, three members of the New Black Panther Party – who were also paid by the democrat Party – were caught on videotape – in their Acts of VOTER INTIMIDATION on the day of the 2008 presidential election, dressed in paramilitary garb, demanding votes for Obama, screaming racial epitaphs, blocking up the doors to the “wrong” voters…….

Usurper Obama/soetoro manipulated the court proceedings – by placing unlawful pressure upon the presiding judge – to ignore what Eric Holder as US Attorney General – was doing – when dismissing the Civil Rights complaint – against obama’s paid poll watchers – at the “sentencing” phase……..re-writing the case history – and re-writing US history – to further conceal the corrupt machinations of an acornseiuvoterigged POTUS…..w his paid poll watchers and their ACTS of VOTER INTIMIDATION.

These matters would be further enhanced – when Eric Holder as US Attorney General – would refuse to co-operate with The United States Civil Rights Commission – investigating Holder’s illegal and unlawful dismissal of the Civil Rights complaint; Holder refusing to comply with subpoeanas issued – and Holder instructing the DOJ attorneys to not comply with subpoenas for their testimony before the United States Civil Rights Commission – causing DOJ attorneys to resign – and to give testimony before the US Civil Rights Commission – of the Overt Corruption of Eric Holder as US Attorney General – corrupting the Department of Justice – and in conspiring with the WH to not prosecute……black-against-white crime…..and is the reason that Holder illegally dismissed the Civil Rights complaint against the three members of The New Black Panther Party.

As an after-the-fact defense strategy – for another IMPEACHABLE offense, the democrat party devised their sneaking legislation – that Republicans had caught and had the democrat party’s amendment removed – hours before the vote – in which the democrat party tried to devise an out for his impeachable offenses = the president had the authority to determine what will be investigated and what will not be prosecuted.

Both Eric Holder and US Attorney General and Usurper Obama/soetoro should be forced to resign – or face IMPEACHMENT – and criminal charges themselves.

Why on earth would a social conservative need a “haven”? I think once you figure that out you’ll also figure out that standing for two conflicting ideals is really not standing for anything. I believe you might want to rethink that statement.

      _____________

Let’s see–Holder dumps a case the government already won by default against the NBPP, then says criticism of him is ‘denigrating’ his people. Is that justice under the law; isn’t Holder turning the issue into a matter of race?

      Nah–couldn’t be!

How about the Administration’s decision to stop defending the Defense of Marriage Act? We can argue the merits of the law but, it IS the law and Obama refuses to defend it though the Executive Branch is required to act as the highest level of law enforcement. That’s why the DOJ is under the Executive and not the Judicial Branch of government.

Let me illustrate for you, since straight-up thought seems beyond you: Liberals would freak if, under a Pub president, the DOJ decided to no longer defend Affirmative Action laws in court cases.

Equal justice is a Constitutional concept, applicable to all Citizens. ‘Social justice’ is a made-up term that can be twisted any way someone wants to, depending on the need of the moment.

The Left, of course, will never get that.

Impeachment or judgment, American apathy may decide

Attorney General Eric Holder, in announcing the Administration will not defend the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) in court, said, “The president and I have concluded that classifications based on sexual orientation warrant heightened scrutiny and that, as applied to same-sex couples legally married under state law, Section 3 of DOMA is unconstitutional.” On June 16, 2005, US District Judge Gary L. Taylor ruled that Section 3 of DOMA, excluding same-sex partners from any of the federal benefits available to married opposite-sex couples, does not violate the federal Constitution. On October 10, 2006, the US Supreme Court declined to hear the appeal, leaving the constitutionality of DOMA intact.

Article II Section 1 of the Constitution says of the president’s duties: “Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”" The president, therefore, cannot unilaterally or arbitrarily determine that he will decide which laws are constitutional and which laws are not. Article III Section 2 of the Constitution assigns to the Supreme Court “appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.”

The Attorney General has implicated the president in unilaterally determining that DOMA is unconstitutional. The president has not denied this, but rather has confirmed it. In a December 18, 2010 news conference, he responded to a question about same sex marriage by ABC news reporter Jake Tapper, saying, “I have friends, I have people who work for me, who are in powerful, strong, long-lasting gay or lesbian unions. And they are extraordinary people, and this is something that means a lot to them and they care deeply about.” The president has determined that the Supreme Court, which decides the constitutionality of America’s laws, is subordinate to his feelings on the most important institution in civil society–marriage.

This is an impeachable offense. Of all that this presidency has done to destroy the very fabric of American life with debt, socialist health care, homosexuals in the military, and so on, the destruction of marriage would have the most lasting impact on families and society. It is a statement unto God who in Leviticus 18:22 said, “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.“ Jesus said in Matthew 19 that God ”made them male and female” and in verse 6, “What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.” God will not be mocked. Americans ought to demand the removal of this leadership on Constitutional grounds of high crimes and misdemeanors–specifically violating the oath of office.

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!
