    I am glad that Glenn is back. The pictures he showed, the words he spoke were of a Nation that is loving, polite & caring to all. This is why Japan will come back as a strong Nation. They are united. There is no rioting. No looting. No name calling. They are patient and kind in an unimaginable tragedy.
    Then… I read the posts here. I am by no means perfect. But look at what has been posted here. I am so ashamed and embarrassed by the hatred. I’m sick of it. And it is pervasive throughout our land. Our country needs leadership that will bring us all together, not divide us. Look at the violence we perpetrate against each other verbally & physically every day. And the division has been carefully & thoughtfully designed so that we covet others. Ugly, ugly, ugly hearts. The only way to stop this is to bring God back into the town squares, back into the schools, back into our Government leadership and back into our hearts. Satan is the great liar & destroyer. Turn from him & toward God. Please, America, awaken.

    I spent 3 1/2 years in Japan in the Kanto Plains (Tokyo) area. The Japanese people are a strange mixture of friendliness and fear of strangers (Their word, Gaijin, means both foreigner and enemy). And strangely enough, my impression of the Japanese people is completely at odds with what my father had…He was a combat veteran of Guadalcanal, Bougainville, and Leyte. So he had not a kind word to say to any of them and carried his “Japanese Hunting License” in his wallet to the day he died. His generation is almost gone. And along with that, the Japanese people have changed themselves into a wonderful people who do not deserve what is happening to them now. I agree with Beck. They are our friends now, and need their friends more than ever…as do we.

      I too have live there and found the people to be the most friendly and welcoming anywhere, and I have lived all over the world. After ten years since we left, my wife still communicates with her Japanese friends. They will bounce back stronger than ever, because they have character, values and a work ethic much greater than we have here. They don’t expect a hand out, just a hand to help get up.

    Back on the subject now, yes we need to stand up for japan and maybe glen beck can get his viewers to donate and challenge whoever his rival is at msnbc to donate also. Would love to see the results. The red cross is also taking donations and hopefully there will be no scam telethons like there was with the Haiti quake.

      Beck, you’re a week too late. The Obama admistration was moving from day one. My company has a plant in Japan (not effected significantly) but we’re collecting donations. I’ve had two Japanese foreign exchange student and have already given money.

      Beck‘s trying to jump ahead of this parade and pretend like he’s leading it, but he’s way late in deciding who to help, just as he was in Egypt when he sided with the dictator.

      Nice try Glenn, but nobody is buying it. And I notice that you’ve not given a dime of your several 100 million dollars yet, and I doubt you will.

      I love it when Broker comments. It shows me:
      1. he/she has no life
      2. he drank the Koolade, ate the popsicle, etc
      3. his IQ is running neck and neck with my shoe size
      4. typical lib canned responses- can’t think for himself. Has MSN, CNN, ABC thinking for him

      Just admit it, Beck has no idea what he is saying, contorts history and facts to fit his narrative and is attempting to sell fear and paranoia to weak minded.

      Beck presented a twisted version of history and facts to tie Soros in with the dangerous situation in Japan. Even the Blaze is speaking out of both sides of its mouth with the articles it is posting, some playing up the danger, some playing it down.

      Beck only cares about selling you gold trinkets and spam, so he can keep the few remaining sponsors he has.
