Beck TV: Where Are Obama’s Priorities?

President Barack Obama’s response to a number of unfolding crises — including the recent earthquake and tsunami disasters in Japan — have many puzzled.
On Saturday, Obama ignored the devastation in Japan and headed to the golf course. Instead of speaking about Japan, Libya’s revolution, protests in Wisconsin or our country’s own financial straits, the president used his Weekly Address to comment on equal pay for women.
As nuclear crisis continued to loom in Japan, President Obama welcomed ESPN to the White House Tuesday to tape his bracket picks for March Madness.
During his Tuesday evening Fox News broadcast, host Glenn Beck wondered: Why is Obama “ignoring earth-changing problems”?
Earlier Tuesday, FNC host Megyn Kelly hosted a debate on Obama’s priorities where one guest speculated the president has an “aversion to leadership”:
Additionally, speaking to Fox News’ Neil Cavuto Tuesday, famed businessman Donald Trump slammed the president for hitting the links rather than taking a strong leadership role in helping ally Japan — an action Trump characterized as “totally inappropriate”:

As long as I live I will never forget what he did when all those soldiers were shot by a terrorist on a military base in our own Country. When he finally showed up for the press conference to address this attack on our own soil, & gave a shout out to some Indian leader, there was an audible gasp in the audience followed by an embarrassing silence as he spoke. I was stunned. On Friday night last, I believe he was at a party with news media personal (not sure if this is true, but it’s what I heard). The world is on fire & our Country is in turmoil. He fiddles while Rome burns. He is an arrogant little boy playing a game with people’s lives.

Usurper Obama/soetoro and his COFFEE PARTY MOVEMENT was a sad Joke – and even more pathetic with all the media blitz – it still could not get off the ground. No one was interested in having coffee with a bunch of SNAKES.
In fact, when an Independent attended one of their “coffee parties” in New York City, asking if the Coffee Party Movement intended to open dialogue with everyone – so that all issues could be discussed in an open forum, the elderly lady asking questions was told to sit down. The person who approached her – trying to direct her to seat down – was asked if she was being invited to leave. The man stated that no, he was inviting her to seat down. The elderly lady was so shocked at the treatment that she received, she scanned the room – looking at the three people in attendance – and said – no wonder no one has come to this meeting, this is only more of a propoganda love fest for obama – and it appears that not too many people are interested in showing that kind of love – any more. On her way out, she stated – tell obama, one of his fans said – he just lost another vote.
When another Coffee Party meeting was planned at a business in New York City – without the knowledge of the business owner, the owner of the business approached the co-ordinator – with one of their fliers – when the people started showing up – that he was not going to support anything about the Coffee Party Movement, “your type of people” or Obama – and told them if they did not leave immediately – he would consider them trespassing on his business – because his business was a restaurant – and would be serving food – not coffee.
I was informed about other occasions in which the Obama-ites went around to different coffee houses in New York City – trying to drum up interest for Obama’s Coffee Party Movement – and made NO headway – at ALL. People would pull down their fliers as soon as their Propoganda was posted – around town.

It took the President nine days to even speak out on the situation, and when he did, his response was tepid at best.
Hundreds of Americans were stuck in Libya, and despite being President of the most powerful country on earth, Obama did not send one single military aircraft or naval vessel out of fear someone might get the wrong idea.
Instead, the State Department chartered a ferry to evacuate Americans out of Libya.

He is not a leader, in a situation where direction, guidance, and a steady hand on the ship of state are needed he will bail out and go on vacation or waffle around on matters…never decisive unless his own agenda can be advanced.

The first thing he does is try to get “Even” with all those mean managers that made him scrub the grill. Next, raid the till to ensure he “get’s his” and make sure all his fry cook friends get theirs. All this until the owners figure out he is a complete idiot and is robbing the place blind. He is hoping by that time he has his pockets stuffed, the merchandise out the back door, and then he will just set fire to the place to ensure no one else “gets theirs”.

I watched Glenn at 5:00 earlier tonight and I heard him speak the words above. I wasn’t surprised in the least, but something happened that I want to publicly thank Glenn for. One of my wifes friends had stopped by to visit a few minutes just before Glenn comes on TV. She and my wife came into the family room (my mancave) and plopped down on one of the sofas. When her friend saw that it was Glenn coming on the TV she politely asked my wife if they could go to the Kitchen and talk. Knowing this woman is a liberal I asked her why she didn’t want to watch Glenn with us. She stuttered and made vague excuses, but the end result was that she stayed. Not for the entire show but she heard his opening monologue that included what’s written above. When a commercial came on I saw the look on her face and asked if she was OK. She said yes, but that she had just had an epiphany because of the few things that Glenn had pointed out. Then the two of them went to the kitchen to get a freshn cup of coffee. I was so curious that I missed most of the second half of his show. Immediately after joing them in the kitchen I asked her what she meant by her comment. She simply said that those things that Glenn pointed out really shook her to a point where for the first time in his 2 miserable years as our president she had a negative thought about Obama. She said the truth was very hard to hear, but it was what it was.
So thank you Glenn for opening the mind of one hard-core progressive. Now if I can just get her to take off all those Obama stickers still on her cars from the election…
