Biden To Audience That Includes Black People: Romney Is ‘Gonna Put Y’all Back In Chains’

Vice President Joe Biden may have made the gaffe of the campaign so far. While speaking Tuesday morning in Danville, Virginia, the vice president said to an audience with a clear population of minorities that Romney and the Republicans want to put people “back in chains.”
“They’ve said it. Every Republican’s voted for it. Look at what they value and look at their budget and what they’re proposing,” an animated Biden said. “Romney wants to let the—he said in the first 100 days, he’s going to let the big banks once again write their own rules – unchain Wall Street. They’re going to put y’all back in chains. He’s said he’s going to do nothing about stopping the practice of outsourcing.”
Whether the comment was meant to have racial undertones or not, it’s an unfortunate statement.
But that comment isn’t the only one that has Biden in some hot water. As Business Insider notes, he also mistakenly referred to his location as “North Carolina”:

Posted on August 14, 2012 at 6:20pmMurray Rothbard the Father of today’s brand of Libertarianism (Ron Paul’s mentor) was as racist and bigoted as they come. Paul may have distanced himself from Rothbard’s racism, in stating that racism is a collectivist view, but still, there is a strong racial tension in Libertarian thought.
Ron Paul’s Newletters had racist thoughts in them, although Paul stated they were put in his publications without his knowledge (which is very hard to believe)… the pattern that they present and represent is significant.
Even Rand Paul made a racial gaff right after he won the Senate seat, that he regretted, when he said he was for the repeal of the 1964 civil rights act. It would seem that this racial/Libertarian theme continues.
So then, take a long look at Libertarianism to see if this is a constant pattern or if it is just an aberration. After all, many buy into the financial views of the Libertarians. They are used to justify Government/ Wall Street excess.. but are they more insidious and dangerous than that? Racism is actually quite compatible with Libertarian economics.
Libertarian economics stresses individualism, even though these guys know that their moms changed their diapers and they had to get help all along the way growing up. Individualism is great, but try and remember going to your class reunions and seeing that once you got to the 20th/30th reunionS, there was a lot less individualism and a lot more humility. We all need people.

These kind of remarks are an automatic turn off and whatever Biden has to say; after making such a disgusting, lying statement, would or should have no credibility what-so-ever. And as for Obama ~ I don’t think he can talk or think without his teleprompter. He probably has to take his teleprompter everywhere he goes ~ even to the golf course.

The slave owner required work from you and denied you freedom. Obama does not require work from you , but will provide everything else. Romney wants to create an environment where everyone can work and be free to choose everything they want and need. The highest percent and total number of African Americans ever employed in the history of the US, was under George Bush. It can happen again under Romney. The chains are applied by those that give you what you need to live and all they ask is your vote in return. Lyndon Johnson did this on purpose to cripple African Americans and “keep the on the plantation forever”. Biden was right about the chains, it was just the wrong party who has applied them.
