Bill Maher Calls George Zimmerman a ‘Big, Fat, F**king Liar’

Bill Maher called George Zimmerman, who shot 17-year old Trayvon Martin in Florida last month, a “big, fat, f–king liar” on his show Friday night.

After airing a tape of Zimmerman at the police station after the shooting– where many are saying that the man appears relatively unharmed despite his claim to have had a broken nose and a gash on his head– Maher simply said, “Aren’t we all convinced from that tape that this guy is a big, fat, f–cking liar? Excuse my French.”

Van Jones joined Maher on the panel, weighing in: “One of the things I think is terrible here is…when something horrible happens to a family member…the one thing you have going for you– you don’t have much going for you– but usually, the police are on your side. Your unarmed kid went outside and was murdered, usually the police are on your side…As an African American parent, it‘s really tough because we don’t know now how to protect our kids…The guy had on a hoodie…I gotta put my kid in a tuxedo?”

Jones continued by noting that it was “very comforting” for African American community to have the president of the United States speak out on the case, “because we finally got a chance to hear somebody acknowledge that there was a racial dimension here.”

Columnist Rich Galen agreed that it was “exactly the right tone” for the president to take, while Daily Beast columnist Elise Jordan reminded that Zimmerman has not yet had a fair trial.

  I understand that people don’t like Bill Maher. Okay, that’s fine. I don’t like Rush Limbaugh.
  
  But look at what he’s saying. Zimmerman said his nose was broken. That was his statement. Now look, I’ve seen a couple of busted noses in my life, and a few broken noses. When that happens you bleed like a stuck pig. There’s a lot of capillaries in that area. If there’s damage of any kind there blood flows freely.
  
  You can look at the guy and there ain’t a drop of blood anywhere. Nor any visible sign of injury on the back of the guys head, or front of the guys head for that matter.
  
  His statement that he was beaten up, head bashed against the concrete and his nose broken simply can’t be true. If he got medical treatment the next day he could simply get those records and release them.
  
  So what else can you can conclude expect that the guy was lying? I think that Maher’s point.

  I, too, have experienced a broken nose, but my incident did not result in massive amounts of blood. And in at least one version of this police video, I saw what appeared to be a mark on the back of Zimmerman’ s head that the police gave their attention to.
  
  It may be that Zimmerman is a liar, but I have enough common sense to know that I am not privy to all the information and that my opinion carries no legal weight.
  
  Maher is a sensationalist who, in typical form, tries to keep his name out there by insinuating himself into every controversial topic. (And why, just once, can’t he talk about something without being foul-mouthed?)
  
  By the way, I understand Limbaugh stated that Zimmerman had been “a little overzealous.” While significantly less inflammatory that Maher on the offense-o-meter, Limbaugh is, like Maher, guilty of using his public podium to put forth unsubstantiated rumor.
  
  Everyone, Maher, Limbaugh, Jackson, Sharpton, … needs to shut up. This circus is simply disgusting.

  nelbert, okay, the guy says he broke his nose and there’s not a drop of blood on his clothes. So why would anyone believe it? Where is the EMT that treated him? Don’t forget, the detective on the case recommended prosecution, and he saw him that day. Zimmerman says he was treated the next day at a medical facility. Why doesn’t he just walk into that office and ask for the records of medical treatment? That would prove his case right?
  
  The thing is, the guy has a story. He says he was beaten up and had to receive medical treatment. Yet as far as I can tell, there is exactly zero evidence that the guy didn’t make the story up, and lot’s to suggest he did, including the detective who talked to the guy and didn’t believe his story.

  JZS, I have had my nose broken about 7 times. The last two times it didn’t even bleed at all. However lets take another idea into account. Many people who take a good hard hit to the nose think it is broken even if it is only hurting. They may have heard a pop or snap as the blow lands and then the pain hits and they think it is broken but in reality it is just pain. Now I do not know if Zimmermans nose was broken or not. I do not know the full story of what happened that night. What I do belive is that those on the left are going to use this incident to stir up racial tension and call for more gun legislation. After all we can’t have people protecting themselves out there can we.
  
  Remember when seconds count the police are only minutes away.

  Whtwulf, you sure break your nose a lot. And it didn’t bleed the last two times? Not what to make about that but I am sure your telling the truth. I take it that your nose bleed the first five times.
  
  I don’t know what happened that night either except that someone got killed after being followed by an armed person that 911 told to leave alone. Someone who patrolled his neighborhood with a gun. Someone who has been charged with assaulting a policman and who has had a restraining order against him from a woman who feared for her life. Someone who has reported to 911 “suspicious” people on a very regular basis (although this is the first suspicious person he killed, I’ll grant that).
  
  Here’s my point. You say that your nose didn’t bleed the sixth time you got it broken. It sounds like it bled the first five times though. But, okay, Zimmerman was attacked and the guy broke his nose. It didn’t bleed but he got treatment the following day for a broken nose. It could easily prove that his nose was broken couldn’t he? He could ask his doctor to release the record for treatment “the following day.” But he hasn’t. The dectective who interviewed him didn’t believe his story and recommended in an affidavit that he be prosecuted. Naw, he made this attack story up. There’s nothing to support it, nothing, and a lot of things, videos, statements, the 911 call, that he killed this guy in cold blood.

And the ******* and moaning about a “black” kid (that looks like Barry) getting killed BY A WHITE GUY!!!!!!   If we were following the rule of law, Zimmerman would already be in jail since the Stand Your Ground law was not designed to allow you to stalk someone with a gun, murder them, and then claim self defense. Based on all accounts, this is essentially what happened.

Back and to the left. At frame 313 you see back and to the left. See the grassy knoll is where the shot came from. Looking grainy video that miss more definition than one can imagine, when the truth is out there yet to be given.

Until the booking shot with photo with ruler on the back if his head will some people would look dumber than others. The cops took all evidence thinking this was going to court thinking he murdered him. They would not be sloppy and hid stuff if they did not want to toss Zimmerman in Jail as in guilty.

-More brilliant journalism from the Blaze…“what many are saying that the man appears relatively unharmed” What?? Is this what passes for journalism these days? “What many are saying”?? I guess we shouldn’t expect much from a site whose boss, Beck, says, “I think Zimmerman is most likely guilty.”

-Perhaps the Blaze writers should take a look see at the Daily Caller, who, instead of parroting the left-wing media on this story, actually tries to do a little investigative journalism.

  13THGENERATION:: First of all Jesus knew what was to take place before it ever did. He knew Trayvon would die, he knew George would have to kill him! It’s so obvious who you follow.. sounds like you think Maher is a wonderful human being. What would Jesus do if he was sitting in Mahers audience listening to the foulness coming from his mouth. I envision him first shaking his head, dropping his head down and praying for Maher’s soul.. What would Maher do.. drop to his knee’s and start begging Jesus for his soul. I am not so sure Maher has one. He is vile, evil, foul mouthed man comsumed by Satan. And its obvious you know very little of Jesus! It appears the Bozos in the MSM would rather cast blame on anyone they think did something wrong or they didn’t like—–facts seem to be totally unimportant to their stories! And they wonder why their TV ratings are in the tank and have been for years! Just plain disgusting when there other networks who live and die by the truth and make sure their facts are correct! Just plain disgusting and are never on my TV or radio1
