Exclusive: See This Clip About Obama‘s Relationship With Communist Frank Marshall Davis From Dinesh D’Souza‘s ’2016′ Film

Earlier this week, we told you about “2016: Obama’s America,” a documentary that is highly critical of President Barack Obama. On Tuesday, The Hollywood Reporter secured a clip from the film, showcasing an intriguing interview between King’s College president and writer Dinesh D’Souza (also the narrator of the film) and George Obama, the president’s half-brother.

The Blaze has secured a second clip from the film. Rather than focusing upon Obama’s relationship with his brother, this exclusive footage delves into the president’s kinship with avowed communist Frank Marshall Davis.

If you’re unfamiliar with this controversial figure, consider Dr. Paul G. Kengor, author of the upcoming Mercury Ink book about Davis called “The Communist,” and his recent Blaze contributor piece in which he further explains who he is. Kengor writes:

I know this area intimately well, given that my next book is on Obama’s mentor during those precise years: Frank Marshall Davis. I will not here lay out the litany of Davis’s astonishing career, but, in essence, he was a literal card-carrying member of Communist Party USA. For decades, he wrote the most harsh, outlandish pro-Soviet material you can imagine, with his worst demons being Democrats like Harry Truman and the men in Truman’s administration—George Marshall among them—who opposed Stalin and the Kremlin during the darkest days of the Cold War.

As I lay out in the book, Davis’s work was so bad that he was called to testify on his “Soviet activities” by the Senate Judiciary Committee (run by Democrats), was carefully investigated by the FBI (Davis’s FBI file is 600 pages long), and, most remarkably, was placed on the federal government’s Security Index—meaning that in the event of war breaking out between the United States and USSR, Davis could be immediately arrested.

And yet, this was the man that Obama’s grandfather, Stanley Dunham, connected to a young Obama for the purpose of mentoring—precisely during these high school years.

Frank Marshall Davis is another of those radical associations in Obama’s past. There are so many, and so unusually bad, that Obama, if he were a typical citizen, probably wouldn’t get a security clearance for an entry-level government job.

In the clip, D’Souza takes viewers through the intriguing — some would argue disturbing — relationship between Obama and Davis. In the footage, D’Souza speaks, in detail, with Kengor about this connection and attempts to break it down for viewers.

      So, his mother hated America.

      His father hated America.

      His mentor hated America.

      His pastor hates America.

      His Muslim friends hate America.

      Most people he has around him hate America.

      His grandparents were at least leaning toward communism.

      The only person around Obama who perhaps did not hate America could have been his stepfather.

      The one person his mother did not want to have any influence over Obama. That is why she sent him back to the US.

      Is it so far fetched then to believe that he also hates America? At the very least he does not love America. Why else does he want to fundamentally change America in his image.

      The book by David Limbaugh,The Destroyer, has a very long list of the damage Obama has inflicted on this country.

      Is it his arrogance that permits him to be all out in the open about these things?

    Did Drudge not force , finally , a light to be shown on Clinton? I am so busy but someone please give me a hint about what I can do to both help get this out and help it sink in. Are we so many generations passed having context and critical thinking taught to children that a good punch line or “hook” is all that gets a response ? I have said without reading the healthcare bill before passing it, who is to say something wasn’t buried in there for him to be able to keep being president past the limited years.       Optimistically I‘m giving him the benefit of the doubt right now and hoping he’s just saving it all up for the last few months of the campaign.       Find a place where there are a lot of college kids…Take a netbook and show them the blaze…..Put it on your FB like I do…….and just try to be a friend even though the kids know everything already and are told lies by the college prof…..

      If you get into enough kids heads then maybe it will spread…Thats what I try to do…but you are competing against the college,media,communist……Its not an easy battle but if the kids are not in church then most of the times they are lost anyway.

      COUNTRYFIRST, If you’ll recall, Clinton couldn’t get a security clearance either. At least during his first term there were parts of the government such as places within the Pentagon, CIA, and NSA that he could not visit. While there was some hype in the media early in the 1st term it eventually faded away. Not sure if he ever attained the security clearance or not.

    Several morons that I worked with, some of his most vocal supporters, knew absolutely nothing about him they even thought he was raised by a single mother in the south side of Chicago just days before the election.

    All the fools harped about was how he was black and they wanted to vote for the black guy. Here we are $5 trillion dollars later, 2,000 additional deaths in Afghanistan, and the real unemployment rate stuck at 15%. So we could have a black guy in the White House. Freaking brilliant.

      Your right on but think about all of the 35 to 40 percent base that he gives checks to. They aren’t going to vote this crapper out of office as long as he gives them money. That’s why he spent three years stealing from you and giving it to the takers. He even took it from the old people’s SS and Medicare. What we need is to get rid of this SCOTUS and Senate and give the Republic back to the states. The guy is actually the worst kind of human that exists.

      Maybe they will take the money, get stoned or OD and that will knock out quite a few votes. He will cheat his way in. Holder is working on that as we speak by attempting to impede the states from requiring the voter ID. There could be no other reason. There are places even offering the ID free and will bend over backwards to secure the vote, but Holder and Obama are gathering together their ghetto and fringe armies. They will not prevail for those in service will not fall for this Obama inteloper bunch.

Given that the main stream media spiked the story on Clinton and his intern a bunch of times before they were forced to cover it – how many bad stories on Obama have been left out of the media in the last 3 years?

    All I can say is that it’s about time someone is brave enough to bring the truth to the light of day and for that, I’m grateful. Now , the question is, will people listen to the truth, or continue to dismiss it as “crazy”. The truly CRAZY ones are the ones that can’t grasp realities.

    If you look more closely into Obama‘s life it looks like the reason his grandfather chose Davis is because Davise was actually Obama’s father. That Obama’s mother spent much time with Davis and that the “Kenyan” father was paid with an education at Harvard to supress the info. You may want to do some research on this! We have a president who’s natural father was a radical communist!

      Unfortunately, now that the truth is coming out, there are so many lies, half-truths, and frauds with Obama that people who support him no longer listen to truth about Obama. In fact, the biggest frauds are still occurring with Obamacare, the use of social security disability as the replacement for unemployment, and the amnesty of illegals. Obama has stated this will be his final campaign. One can take that any way one wishes.

      I dont think Glenn hangs with little girls….But he does employ some, which magazines only use girls and women for profit in which the girls never see.

    Stories like this continue to say more about our “press / media” than anything else. Shame shame shame. This is re-hashing of stuff that was out there in 2008, and Hannity ran a whole series on Obama’s radical and shady past. The truth was shouted down, and we were left to smolder.
    When the pedulum swings back, and it will, the Leftie Press will be relegated to the small print on wacky paper. I can’t wait. November, people. November.
