New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg Says Best Way to Create Jobs in U.S. is to Allow More ImmigrationNew York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg apparently thinks he has the answer to creating jobs and spurring the nation’s economy. During an interview on CBS’ “Early Show” Friday, Bloomberg said the “single biggest” thing President Obama can do to create jobs is to allow more immigration — from around the world. “Most importantly, we want to get immigrants from around the world to come to America,” Bloomberg said. “That’s the single biggest thing that the president could do with Congress, is open up the borders to those that will create jobs here.” The New York mayor told CBS that immigrants “don’t take away jobs” but rather they create jobs for people already living in the United States.       I lived on a street that was filled with carpenters, masons, painters, etc. A nice middle class neighborhood. Yet most of them were unemployed with because illegal immigrants were hired on to do these jobs for half the price. What would happen if they were brought more in, they would take more jobs and more of us would be out of work.

      Now would be a good time to study the origins the main proponents and the purpose of the 1964 Immigration Act.

      I recall about 20 years ago upon first hearing the notion that we were simply a Nation of immigrants what a strange notion that was considering practically everyone that founded this Naion was English. Later on other Western European peoples made their way over but to all sudden claim that we were a Nation of immigrants simply was not true. Now this Mantra has been repeated so often that everyone simply takes it for granted and since the Apartheid succeded in passing the Immigration Act it has become more of a reality.

      But it all goes back to the 1964 Immigration Act. Study it! Understand it. Know who the key sponsors were and then and only then will you understand. Furthermore recall that at one time Hitler praised the American Immigration laws. I’m not saying that to make you hate our former Immigration laws but to just consider how radically they were changed!

Hire more lawyers to get all the crinimals released. Build more prisons to detain the ones that pending an appeal. Hire more doctors and nurses to take care of all the medical problems they may have. Hire more teachers and build more schools to teach them how great their country was and how bad this country is. Oh yea!       He doesn’t understand. It‘s not that there aren’t any Americans smart enough to create jobs and make money, it‘s that we’ve driven them offshore with restrictive taxes and policies. Are borders are already a sieve, anyone wanting to come here and create jobs could easily get here, so that isn’t the problem. No, the problem is that an entrepreneur smart enough to be successful in business and create jobs is also smart enough to not try it in one of the highest taxed and most restricted systems on earth. If natural born citizens who love this country have to move their business offshore to stay viable, what in the world would motivate anyone without any allegiance to America to come here and deal with that when their chances of success are better elsewhere? This country looses jobs to other countries like China because of our government trying to be the big boss and regulatory oberfur, not so much by corporate america.     If there is no truth to the “rumor” that the commitee of 300/club of rome one world government people have ordered our politicians to push policies that promote a decline of US power, inluding our currency, then crap like this must just be a coincidence….

      My hubby and I have been saying that for years!!!! This is his Idea:
      Tell all the illegals that the only way they can have amnesty is to enlist in our service for 7 years. When they’ve all signed up, tell them we are going to war, and then ANNEX mexico by force w/their own people. In the long run THEY WILL THANK US FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    another thing while I lost my job 16 months ago, my sister, cousin, friends, not one offer of anything close that resembles WORK every morning I see countless number of illegals going to Freaking Work while American citizens can’t find work. BO admin has also stopped deporting illegals and treating them like the Dream Act, which as you know nver passed… 16 million legal Americans out of work and Bloom wants more illegals, sounds like he wants to destroy this country…

    Bloomberg is an idiot. Just what we need – more immigrants to add to the unemployment and entitlement rolls. The government can’t create jobs. However, what they can do is enable the private sector to create the jobs by making it easy for the private sector to do business. A prime example is the proposed 36 inch pipeline from Canada to Texas for the transportation of Canadian crude oil for refining in Texas. Approval is hung up by the environmentalists and burecratic government red tape. The State Department needs to approve a permit for the pipeline to cross the border. They let millions of illegals cross the border but can’t issue a permit for a job creating project funded by the private sector. The pipe line would create thousands of construction jobs and be good for the country’s national defense. Less dependence on foreign oil. Open up drilling in the Gulf of Mexico and in Alaska. Plenty of jobs there. Obamas policies and Czars are killing jobs. Bet those real job creation items just mentioned won‘t be in Obama’s plan. His administration believes in spending government money (our money and borrowed money) welfare and entitlements programs as job creators. They are all wrong, including Bloomberg.

    yes allow more immigration, i agree but we have to do a few things first.

    1. Return all the slaves back to africa, if you can’t find a slave i am sure we can find a decendent of one.
    2. Round up all the boarder jumpers, and send them back to mexico. This includes but it not limited to any ( so called citizen ) who has a parent who crossed the boarder illigally to have them on US soil.
    3. Round up anyone of the so called religion of peace and send them packing too! ( muslims, for the people on the left who are scratching your brains )

    Now before you go saying well that is racist and wow you should be more caring, i say to you F-THAT! after they all get deported they can apply to become US citizens the legal way. So when they get back here legally they can apply for jobs and there will be a demand for their services.
