Border Patrol Agent Killed in Fast & Furious Honored at Fund-Raiser to Send Family to Hearings

Brian Terry Honored in Arizona

Border Agent Brian Terry

Brian Terry, the Border Patrol special agent whose death is at the center of the “Operation Fast and Furious” controversy, was honored at a Scottsdale fund-raiser Saturday night. KGUN reports that money from the silent auction fund-raiser will go toward the Terry family so that they may be able to attend upcoming hearings about Operation Fast and Furious as they continue to seek justice for their son:

The Arizona Republic notes that more than 300 people attended the event at Scottsdale International Auto Museum.:

“‘We’re overjoyed. This is even bigger than we thought it would be,‘ Terry’s sister Kelly Willis said. ‘We’re here to celebrate Brian, and that‘s what’s happening.’”

Terry was gunned down in the line of duty on December 14. 2010 near the Arizona-Mexico border. Two rifles recovered following the late night gunfight with banditos were traced back to Operation Fast and Furious, a controversial federal gun-running investigation that allowed hundreds of weapons into Mexico.

Josephine Terry told The Republic last week that she holds the government partly responsible for her son’s death, and that her family is contemplating a lawsuit against the government.

Jay Dobyns, an ATF whistle-blower attending the event told KGUN “I work for an agency that allowed guns to slip through our fingers.“ Dobyns called the situation ”humiliating,” and adding to KGUN:

“‘I want to try to represent for the Terry family and be a voice for them,’ he said, ‘and no matter what comes from this event they would gladly trade it to have their son and their brother back.’”

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer also attended the event, saying of Terry “His memory is our eternal blessing.”

“Let us remember not today but always the fallen heroes like Brian Terry,” she said.

Eric Holder and Barack Obama’s “mens rea” on Fast and Furious BY COACH COLLINS, ON NOVEMBER 29TH, 2011 By Doug Book, staff writer

    http://www.coachisright.com/eric-holder-and-barack-obama’s-“mens-rea”-on-fast-and-furious/

Excerpt: Mens rea is Latin for “guilty mind.” In legal theory acting to set up a crime before committing it indicates a guilty mind; or guilty intent. In the spring of 2009, just a few months before the Obama Administration instructed the Phoenix ATF office to commence Operation Fast and Furious, Attorney General Eric Holder introduced and secured a curious change to United States gun legislation.

Then, although Barack Obama and Eric Holder had promised liberal supporters they would fight to overturn the Tiahrt Amendment, in the spring of 2009 Holder lobbied Congress for a change to the Amendment,

one which would allow ATF acquired trace data to be provided to “…a foreign law enforcement agency solely in connection with or for use in a criminal investigation or prosecution…”

The Regime was just about to launch the corrupt and murderous Operation Fast and Furious. And it must be remembered that during the year long course of that despicable gunwalking venture, no agency or official of the United States government informed the Mexican government of the scheme’s EXISTENCE, keeping all particulars concerning the deliberate smuggling across the Mexican border of thousands of firearms quite hidden from Mexican officials and

the families of the mexican citizens that have been and will be killed by holder’s fast and furious guns must attend the hearings to make justice happen……i read that holder’s guns were not the type the cartels wanted and could be purchased cheaper from other suppiers…but the cartel really wanted more deadly weapons than provided by holder……

What this country needs is real leadership that starts at the local level and is not afraid to do what is morally right to protect our countries borders.

The real shame boarding on evil is this. The United States congress has a witness fund and a fund set aside for committees to use to fly in witnesses or victims and take care of them. The real insult to injury is that they are having to raise money to be in the room. That does not even gaurantee they can go into the room. This just means that the congress person and senator representing the family does not consider this murder perpetrated by the government a serous crime. To the dirt bags in charge, the family is just another move in the political pookie dance. To scuz bucket politicians, his death will mean an opertunity to advance themselves or causes.

The polititians will just beat on their chest and say how they want justice, then they (both parties)meet at the bar on the other side of cannon building and drink together in the evening and celibrate how they got away with it. They do it in your state.

Penn State is a great example here. The nation wants blood and they will get it. The charges are not against elected officials. Here in Oregon Niel Goldschmidt rapes a child and Carter puts him the cabinet and gets him to be governor of Oregon. Niel and all the elected officials get rich including both Oregon’s current Senators and it is publicly known the media covered it up. The had to do their 15 minutes of appoligy when cash settlements and payments became public. No need to worry, the owned the previous two AG’s.

Our Tea Party members of congress better hold

This family deserves justice but there is no one to administer justice but us who see what was done and what is being coverd up .This could happen to any of us and they would do the same thing he was killed for what he saw what he stumbled upon and if you know something or have something they want or refuse to comply with the agenda you are in their way and are simply elimanated .

I understand a federal judge has sealed the evidence in this case

The case of the people accused of killing U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry is completely sealed in federal court, so Americans cannot learn how justice is being conducted in a matter with intense public interest and serious political implications.
