‘Bring Your Kids!’: Atheist Performer Drops 75+ F-Bombs On Stage at ‘Reason Rally’ (WARNING: EXPLICIT VIDEO)

Family friendly? Reason Rally performer Tim Minchin
The Reason Rally, held in the shadow of the Washington Monument this weekend, has been heralded as historic for many reasons. But the “largest gathering of the secular movement in world history” might have just hit the record books again: for dropping the most f-bombs through loudspeakers on the National Mall.
This historic achievement was reached through the joint efforts of a couple speakers headlining the Rally however, the golden participation award certainly goes to songwriter Tim Minchin.
Minchin was a paid performer who spoke and sang onstage for more than 20 minutes. The Australian entertainer, not exactly known for his civility, dropped more that 75 f-bombs in that interval. Minchin’s performance was in the middle of the National Mall and in front of some estimated 10,000 people.
Performing in front of The Washington Monument and flanked by the Smithsonian Museum of American History, the Smithsonian Castle and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, Minchin’s near-80 f-bombs echoed through to countless children and families simply touring the nation’s capital on a Saturday afternoon.
Here are the historic highlights of Minchin’s performance in a Blaze Exclusive video.

The major offense came from Minchin’s performance of the ‘Pope Song’ which includes lyrics about Catholics:

The performance was met with crowd exuberance and participation. Minchin received a standing ovation after the set.
The Reason Rally was advertised as “Family Friendly” and “Inclusive.” On the front page of the rally website today there is still an invitation to “Bring Your Kids!”
The FAQ page of the rally’s website however, disallows the attendees from “Being Rude” — even if you are talking to religious protesters.
It’s worth noting Minchin has second billing on the Reason Website VIP section, just under leading atheist author Richard Dawkins:

There has of course been variation within genes but over all things have been getting worse. There has been no gaining of genes. If an architect only knows what he learned in a book and the book didn‘t teach him about toilets he’s not going to design a single building with a toilet, but over time he might forget some stuff and eventually the buildings won’t have windows either.

What I am talking about is the inevitability that humans MUST make laws–point me to a society that does not “take the law into it’s own hands”? My point is precisely that because there ISN’T a universal and obvious set of laws given by God, whether or not God exists is irrelevant to the fact that man MUST make judgments about law without divine guidance, for no one who has claimed to act upon divine guidance has yet been able to secure universal assent nor demonstrate the authority of their claim with evidence.
What we must conclude from this, is that either God does not exist, or that God does not desire (and thus has not made) God’s will for our laws (if God were to have any, an additional assumption) to be known by us. Since there is no uncontroversial objective standard of agreement for divine authority, all laws must ultimately be based upon human authority and judgment. All laws originate ultimately from politics, and human decisions, for better or for worse. The idea of an a priori unity to law–an ultimate court of appeals, may be seductive, but that doesn’t make it true were it not already, and moreover whether or not such a thing ACTUALLY exists, if we can have no knowledge of it, we must strive to make and improve our own substitutes, if the exigencies of humanity necessitate it, which they seem to.

I notice in my studies I often come across two definitions given for repenting. One is to feel regret or to feel bad. The other is to change one’s mind/ways, or to turn from sin.

And yes, under Mao alot of people died but China would not be the power it is today if it had not been for him.

Hitler was a pagan, worshiping nature. When you have a big mouth at least get your facts right.
If you think it is rational to believe that fish turned into dinosaurs and dinosaurs into birds, you are perfectly free to believe in such nonsense. You are hiding behind science. You have absolutely nothing to back up the claim of evolution. All science has is conjecture, experiments, failed tests, and oh yeah, the missing link.
Since you believe in evolution you should not be afraid of global warming. I am sure you will develop duck feet and maybe even some wings.
