British Official Caught Napping During Obama Speech?

Yesterday on the blog, we posted a link to a British newspaper story that blasted Obama’s address to the UK parliament as boring. And in case you needed more proof of that, ITN News has a video of one of Britain’s top officials seeming to offer proof of that description.
The video shows Justice Secretary Kenneth Clarke appearing to nod off during President Obama’s speech at Westminster:
Obama’s ability to put people to sleep with his speeches is not new. In April, Vice President Joe Biden was caught napping during one of the president’s major budget speeches:
