British Schoolchildren Taught Sharia Law in Weekend School Sessions

In an unnerving report, the BBC revealed Monday that brutal Sharia law, anti-Antisemitism and homophobia are currently being taught across Britain to about 5,000 Muslim school children. These weekend school sessions include textbooks that teach about “gays being executed, how Jews turn into pigs and apes, and information on how to chop off hands or feet of thieves.”

According to the BBC’s Panorama program, Muslim children aged 6 to 18 attend more than 40 weekend schools across Britain are taught Sharia law, including how non-believers die in what they describe as “hellfire” and teach children that Zionists want to establish world domination for Jews.

The Daily Mail reports:

The Panorama investigation identified a book for 15-year-olds being used in the classes which teaches about Sharia law and its punishments.

It says: ‘For thieves their hands will be cut off for a first offence, and their foot for a subsequent offence.’

There are diagrams showing children where cuts must be made. One passage says: ‘The specified punishment of the thief is cutting off his right hand at the wrist. Then it is cauterised to prevent him from bleeding to death.’

For acts of ‘sodomy’, children are told that the penalty is death and it states a difference of opinion whether this should be done by stoning, or burning with fire, or throwing over a cliff. …

The text books for 15-year-olds revive the so-called ‘Protocols of the Elders of Zion’, which teach that Zionists want to establish world domination for Jews.

The Saudi text books instruct pupils: ‘The Jews have tried to deny them (the Protocols) but there are many proofs of their veracity and their origin among the elders of Zion.’

The text books say the ‘main goal’ of the ‘Zionist movement’ is ‘for the Jews to have control over the world and its resources’ which, the book allege, Zionists seek to achieve partly by ‘inciting rancour and rivalry among the great powers so that they fight one another.’

These weekend schools are not inspected by Ofsted, Britain‘s equivalent to the Department of Education and the Saudi ambassador to the UK said the schools’ teachings were not endorsed by the Saudi embassy.

Education Minister Michael Grove told Panorama that he has no desire to intervene with Saudi as a sovereign country but stressed that anti-Semitic material being taught to children is not acceptable.

    This country better come to back to realizing very soon that this country was founded on Judeo Christian values and do what it takes to stop the spreading of the Muslim or any other religion. Our forefathers made a mistake when they allowed for the freedom of religion. This country became the most prosperous because of it’s foundational principles. That foundation can only continue to crack and get weaker the more we allow the spreading of religion. Keep in mind that Jesus Himself didn’t teach religion. He came to bring the good news of the truth (Gospel). The truth is what made us the land of the free!! How much is that freedom worth to us? We will only know by what we are willing to do to stop the forces that are attempting to swallow up our freedom from the outside in and the inside out.     Any one want to bet that this is not going on in the US already? We just do not hear about it because our magnificent investigative media is too busy trying to find out some new idiotic smear ideas to lay on Sarah Palin.
    I am slowly but surely coming to the conclusion that the line that only extremist Muslims think like this is a BIG FAT FRIGGIN LIE.

    Hey, the English kids ought to learn a thing or two about Sharia. After all, it won‘t be long now over there in the good ol’ UK when they WILL ALL be LIVING UNDER IT!       @Cheezwhiz – er, thanks, but one man‘s paranoid ranting doesn’t in any way back up a claim that the UK will soon be living under Sharia law, and my issue with ‘rightpolitically’ in this instance is solely with such a claim coming from someone who clearly knows nothing about the country.       @Stronge My GF lives in London. I visit there. We both confirm. YES England is being over run by Muslims. They are arrogant pushy and violent. She watched one stab an Englishman in the street just yesterday. They take over whole areas of London where it is not safe to walk now if you are white. Areas that were quite nice just a few years ago. Just a week ago they were burning the poppies that Brits traditionally where to honor their soldiers. They were rioting in the streets chanting that the dead soldiers are all in hell. Is that the London you know? My GF loves her country. It brings her to tears to see what the labor party has allowed to happen to her country.

The video said they teach their children diversity, but all the girls were dressed alike and all covered except their eyes. This is already being taught in America. Every time you see a Mosque you can be assured their hate of us is rampant. There is good and bad in all cultures; however, my thoughts are, if you believe Sharia Law as most “good” Muslims do, you are as evil as evil can get and you need to find yourself a new home, not in America.       OK, following that logic, I guess it would be OK for private schools to teach other forms of bigotry against blacks, gays and women…pick you flavor. We are not discussing the ability of the school to teach the “religion of peace” or other academic issues. NVRFORGET I hope that you never forget that these are the same types of schools that taught the men that flew planes into buildings with innocent men, women and children on board. If they want to blow each other up, stone their own that’s fine with me but they want ME to get on a prayer rug…and if I don’t, well I guess I don’t deserve to live. We Christians did a similar thing about 1500 years ago called the Crusades- it didn’t end well for the Christians…

      If these are private schools this is capitalism at work and you should agree with the right of these schools to exist. This is in no way different than people sending their kids to schools that teach creationism. If you don’t want your kids to be taught this stuff, don’t send them there.

      One cannot apply capitalism to religious teachings. Leftist thinking assumes that all views are equally valid. Therefore, anything which is successful must be attacked as somehow having a perceived advantage.
      (“they could have only been more successful because they had an unfair advantage.”)

      It seems to me that you’re (incorrectly) assuming that any religion equals any other religion, but that
      economic theory can be used to determine a religion’s success.

      Righteousness is not a market good or service.
      Nor are all religions equal.

      @Calijohn: No equivelance there. Not between Christianity and Naziism or Christianity and Islam. There was nothing Christian about the Nazi’s but I have a hunch you already knew that. You seem to have a deep seated anti-Christian bias and if it was caused by some “Christian” hurting you then as a Christian I apologize and ask you for forgiveness in their stead. As you know, Hitler was obsessed with power and German nationalism and was into occultism and spiritualism of all sorts. He and some of his closet aids were openly hostile to Christianity because it got in the way of their ultra-nationalist goals. It would help you to read about Dietrick Bonhoffner or Corey ten Boom or of some of the other Christians who hid Jews from the Nazi government to see what Christians are really like. Many paid with their lives. I could only hope to be a fraction of them. Please read the Bible for yourself and ask God to show you the truth that’s in it. Challenge God to prove himself to you.       Probably in most Muslim schools but we’re not allowed to know what curriculum is taught, they don’t fall under most school systems. England had better get a grip (don’t expect that to happen) before it’s too late and it becomes a Muslim country.

      and I want a mosk + sharia school + madarassa there, funded by the school district.
