Buchanan on His MSNBC Dismissal: ‘A Blacklist of Conservative and Traditionalist Thought’

One day after it was announced that longtime conservative commentator Pat Buchanan had been let go from MSNBC, the former presidential candidate sat for an exclusive interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News to discuss why he was dropped.
“It is quite clear that the people of Media Matters and the others are saying is what Buchanan says doesn’t deserve to be heard. We don’t want to challenge him, it simply should be purged from the air,” Buchanan said, referring to the left-leaning media watchdog group. “I think they’re engaged in a blacklist Sean, a blacklist of conservative and traditionalist thought.”
As The Blaze previously reported, Buchanan’s future with the network was in question after charges that his latest book “Suicide of a Superpower: Will America Survive 2025?” was racist and anti-Semitic.
Hannity, referencing recent revelations about Media Matters exposed this week by the Daily Caller, asked Buchanan whether he thinks there’s a campaign afoot to silence conservative voices.
“There are elements in our society and they are predominantly on the hard left that say it’s no longer enough to challenge and contradict or defeat or fight these fellas in arguments,” Buchanan said. “We’ve got to smear them, stigmatize as racist or homophobic and then we’ve gotta silence and censor them and the way we do it is go after the media outlets that put them on the air…this is un-American what is going on right now.”
Hannity pointed out that after years of watching Buchanan, his views don’t seem to have changed, but he pointed to the chapter title in his latest book that has drawn particular outrage — “The End of White America” — and asked him to explain it.
“The year 2042, people had talked about where the European majority in the country, the white majority, would be a minority,” Buchanan said. “Now, there was a cover story in The Atlantic titled ‘The End of White America,’ and this fella who was a professor celebrated it. Bill Clinton went out to Portland State and said hey, by 2050, there’s going to be no racial majority in the country, and everybody applauded.”
“So I took up that issue and I said, ‘Wait a minute. This — it’s not known for sure that this is going to be beneficial because I don’t know a country in this day and age where there’s no ethnic majority that is not in danger of coming apart. And my question is, why can everybody else celebrate this and say it’s wonderful, and I can’t even write about it without being blacklisted?”
Hannity asked whether Buchanan might be talking more about culture than race and questioned why he would bring ethnicity into the argument at all.
“I think you imperil the unity of the country and the culture — which comes out of the religion — if the religion goes and the culture goes and the ethnic core go and the language goes and if it’s all languages and all groups, what holds a people together?” Buchanan said. “My point is, an ethnic core — in other words the fact that we were a Western and European people predominantly and we had 10 percent African American. This was one of the strengths of this country as well as the culture.”

I hope people realize that the Bolsheviks are here. Even on youtube, you can look into with pretty good authority what the Bolsheviks were all about. They probably killed more innocent people than any other government in history.
All you got to do (as a Bolshevik) is oust God from public life and then move with propaganda to rationalize and justify any act you want. There is no justice under Bolshevism (and you can put any label you want on it; it is all the same; eliminate God, collectivise and eliminate the opposition).
I have met PB a few times. He is a gracious man, a humble man, an honest man, a man who honors God. Btw, one cannot honor God and not be honest. Dishonesty is to bear false witness. All these news clowns who lie and deceive bear false witness. PB is one of the few who is honest. He bears true witness, at least to the extent that he is humanly able to do so.

The black group, “Color of Change,” claims they boycotted Glenn’s sponsers and forced him off, but that’s strictly B.S. They’re about as powerful as the old ladies neighborhood sewing circle. In fact, Glenn still has the same sponsers on his T.V. network he had on Fox.
Fox’s Roger Ailes is moving toward a more middle-of-the road network in order to capture some of MSNBC and CNN’s viewers. He also cancelled Judge Napolitano‘s Freedom Watch and Eric Bolling’s “Follow the Money. “But that’s going to prove to be a mistake, I’m sure.
The viewers of both networks are far left ideologues for the most part and any viewers Ailes gets are going to be minimal. But, in the meantime, they’re still mostly conservative.
As far as Color of Change goes, I wrote a black female so-called “reporter,” who came across as if she were in the third grade, scorching her for her anti-white views and her hypocrisy, because her story outlined what she perceived to be white racism, but she was too dumb to understand that she offered her own brand of anti-white racism and was too dense to see it.
She wrote me back with an anti-white diatribe wherein she hysterically claimed whites were on the way out and “people of color” were taking over, unable to understand again that she hypocritically made herself out to be a racist.

Certainly both of you are correct in your assessment and comments about Pat Buchanan. I have been on the same page as Patrick with regards to what has been happening and likely will happen in America for many-many years.
The thing which disturbs me most is how totally unaware Americans are with our current situation. Lately, I’ve manuvered conversations to see what people know about, for example, Agenda 21. It is mind-boggling how many know 0% about this issue. I mean, they know nothing!
Mention that the UN and its collaborators are behind the world-government movement and the look on their faces is completely blank. Tell them that some of the biggest collaborators are in our gov. and they have no clue at all.
Patrick Buchanan doesn’t have to convince me, but I’am worried that such a small percentage of us are aware of what is going on that it is just too late to stop certain events from happening. Those events will forever change America.

The left is organized around slogans, bumper stickers, off-the-wall celebrities, and turncoat politicians. We conservatives are organized by heart and mind and soul.
The reason we may not look organized is that we are busy raising our children, going to work, supporting our armed forces, worshiping, and all the other mundane tasks that keep our country and freedom intact.
The most dangerous period we will face will be the month or so after November’s election. If Obama loses by a squeaker, the left will claim the election was stolen. If Obama wins by a squeaker, the right will prove Chicago-style corruption returnede Obama for another, and fatal, four years.
One side or the other better win by a landslide. But even with that, our America will be on the verge of an outright civil war. Pray that it doesn’t happen–prepare that it may.

For the last three years, Conservatives have been labeled racist for opposing Obama’s Marxist policies. They have been smeared as Neanderthals on the aspirin between the knees issue. Our children are taught that Americas’ original sin is slavery and that everything associated with “whiteness” is tainted by that sin. On the other side of the coin, our children are taught hero worship for iconoclastic frauds like the tuskegee airmen, MLK, Malcom X, Nelson Mandela, etc. Meanwhile, the real black culture ( the hip hop culture ) is committing horrific acts of violence against whites at staggering rates with zero mainstream media attention. And on the rare occasion that the media does report on one of these black flash mobs, the word “black” is replaced with the word “youth”. The truth is that blacks commit far more acts of violence against whites than vice versa but if you were to mention this fact you will be called a racist. In fact, any white person who criticizes the black community, in any way, is called a racist.

What was fraudulent about them? Of course some of the commorations of them are over the top, but they were brave men who fought for their country. You got a problem with that?

Their real legacy ( no, not their made up legacy of never losing a plane under their escort or the hundreds of other myths attached to them-total B.S. ) is segregation. If it wasn‘t for the fact that they trained and competed against only other blacks there wouldn’t be any red tails to worship. Their other realy legacy is appeasement. We have to constantly appease the black community by licking their collective boots over achievements that they haven’t rightfully earned. Wow that‘s one of the least controversial statements I’ve made lately. What part of my statement do you disagree with? I mean I suppose even the likes of you can see that they have shown Beck and “The Judge” the door.. They were the two most Conservative Constitutionalist guys on FOX. Do you disagree?
Now you have Bill Oreilly promoting homosexuality on his show. Hucakabee and commentator after commentator start all conversations about Obama with he’s really a great American and a true Christian but….
I just find it hard to believe that anyone could disagree with the statement. I’ve seen two new liberal women on FOX.. One black. All supposedly conservatives left want to go to War with Iran and they supported the War in Iraq.
I think my statement is rather obvious to anyone willing to open their eyes… btw, mine are brown. ;)
