Calif. Woman Caught Wheeling Around a ‘Barrel of Body Parts’

ONTARIO, Calif. (AP) — A woman is under investigation for murder after witnesses reported to police that she was pushing a foul-smelling trash can down the street, which led to the discovery of a man’s body parts in the barrel and what appeared to be bodily fluids at a nearby house, authorities said.
Carmen Montenegro, 51, of San Bernardino, was arrested Sunday after police found the garbage can filled with the remains, Ontario police Detective Jeff Crittenden said Tuesday.
Authorities have not yet identified the man, how he died, when he died, where he died or the relationship between him and Montenegro. Investigators were withholding information about which body parts were in the trash can, a 30-gallon plastic container, and which ones are missing, Crittenden said.
Montenegro, who listed her occupation as a clerk on police documents, has apparently lived on and off over the years in the house, which is owned by a family member, he said.
Investigators spent Monday excavating property around the place. A hole was found in the backyard and what may have been body fluids were detected, but Crittenden would not say if a grave or additional body parts were found.
The house is about 200 yards from where Montenegro was pushing the can. Ontario is in San Bernardino County about 40 miles east of Los Angeles.
Neighbors started calling around 3 p.m. Sunday.
Crittenden said he had heard reports that Montenegro asked some neighbors for help disposing of the body, but the only statements he had seen from witnesses who called 911 were from people who had been alerted by the smell.
He said no other suspect was being sought but added: “We can’t eliminate other people. We have to figure out the identity of the victim and figure out what kind of relationship the suspect had to the victim.”
Police don’t think there are other victims, the detective said. “It looks like an isolated incident, but we are still looking,” Crittenden said.
The San Bernardino County coroner‘s office said the man’s name would be released after he was identified and his family was notified.

This type of thing has been going on forever. If you look back in history, even at royalty, there were insane people that did horrible things. Look at Vlad the Impaler ( Dracula ), and the Nazis for instance. I’m not trying to lessen what happened, I‘m just saying that just because were seeing so much of this isn’t necessarily because we are living in Hell. What’s wrong with people? Calls to 911 came in because of the smell but the neighbors that were asked to help with disposing the body did nothing. This makes my head spin around!

Then we have the “Muslim problem”, where they want/demand that the USA change from a Judea-Christian Nation, into a Muslim Nation. They also wish to replace the Constitution of the USA with Shariah Laws, which are based on their stupid religion of Islam. I say this because all the females of this “religion” are property of the males – just as their goats are.
Next we have the sexual perverts of the USA. They want to be considered as “normal as apple pie”. Sorry, but homosexuality is not normal in any way – just as being a pedophile is not normal. Being aroused by a member of your same sex, only means that you have a mental health problem.
People who want to change their gender to the opposite gender are extremely mentally ill. Chaz Bono is the poster child for this extreme mental illness.
Can anyone say that this woman is “normal” in any stretch of the imagination? Toting around body parts is not considered to be “normal” in anyone’s World.

You know, people have been saying< "WAke up, America!" Well, if our Congressmen don't wake up, and wake up SOON, I'm afraid that it's going to be like that all over the United States.
Homeland Security, if you can call it that, is letting "Iraqi refugees" into the States. How many of them are terrorists? We are not safe anymore, thanks to Obama, or whatever his name happens to be today, and his minions.

This is very redundant from me but….We as a nation had one issue to deal with 9/11 to make the Muslim world face our armies and surrender or fight and die for their misguided evil beliefs. Report Post »On a separate, but related note, I’d like to share some very disturbing and saddening news of events over the last weekend. Two Texas police officers were killed in separate incidents last Saturday and Sunday. One was struck and killed by an illegal immigrant who was driving intoxicated. The illegal had been DEPORTED twice before. The other officer was assassinated while stopped at an intersection. The officer was shot numerous times by an unknown assailant with a high power rifle. My prayers and thoughts go to these officers families and fellow officers.
Don‘t you really think it’s about time we SECURE our borders as both of these incidents appear to be related to our lack of enforcement at the borders.
