Capitol Police Investigating Threat Against Marco Rubio

MIAMI (The Blaze/AP) — The U.S. Capitol Police force is investigating a reported threat against U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida, who is often mentioned as a possible vice presidential pick for likely GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney.
Capitol Police Lt. Kimberly Schneider said Wednesday she could not provide details of the investigation. Rubio’s office and the FBI declined to comment.
Fox News reports that Rubio is under police protection in Miami as a result.
Rubio is scheduled to give a foreign policy speech in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday afternoon.
He recently stirred national debate with a new proposal to grant certain illegal immigrants the right to work in the U.S.

Posted on April 25, 2012 at 6:37pmIt is my opinion that the Bacero Program be started back up. This program will fill shortages we have in the farm labor industry. I would modify it just a bit: If there are any open jobs, they must be filled by qualified candidates from our chronically unemployed. By “chronically” I mean you are physically and mentally fit, yet have not maintained a consistent job history for a given amount of time. Basically, those that have refused to work, even at the height of the economy, would be forced to take farm labor jobs or loose all unearned entitlements.

Let Americans have their jobs. Oh, that would be too easy, to give Americans their jobs…how about taking away the illegals “right” to free health care, or ability to get mortgages using fake ID’s, or the ability to kill cops (like here in Arizona). Sorry, but the illegal immigration issue is a problem neither side wants to talk about. They don’t even talk about the effect they have on the health care issue…they won’t have to pay for Obamacare, will still get free health care. Hate to say it, but we need to close the border (really) and start deporting…
