Casey Anthony Spotted! Do You Still Care?

Since being acquitted of murder last month, Casey Anthony has been out of public view. No one had seen her, and no one knew where she was. Until now. Anthony has now been spotted in Ohio, sending the media abuzz.

So while Nancy Grace is likely grinding her teeth somewhere at the very sight of “tot mom,” we thought we would ask how you feel about the continued coverage of Casey Anthony?



TMZ found Anthony and took some video and pictures. Anthony apparently has relatives in Ohio but it’s unclear if she was staying with them:

In the latest Anthony news, a judge ruled Wednesday she can continue her undercover life for now and does not have to immediately return to Florida to start serving her probation for check fraud.

A hearing on her probation was set for Friday, Judge Belvin Perry said. Anthony won’t have to show up for that either.

Judge Stan Strickland sentenced Anthony in January 2010 to probation after she pleaded guilty to using checks stolen from a friend. The state Department of Corrections had interpreted the sentence to mean that Anthony could serve the probation while she was in jail for her murder trial, but the judge said last week that he intended the probation to be served after her release.

On Monday, Strickland signed a “corrected” version of Anthony’s probation order to make clear she was supposed to start the one-year term after her release from jail. Strickland recused himself from the probation case without giving a reason, although defense attorneys accused him of showing prejudice against Anthony in television interviews he gave after her murder trial.

In a motion filed Tuesday, Baez and his team said Anthony already served her probation while in jail and to have her do so again would be double jeopardy. They said Florida law stipulates the judge cannot amend his sentence more than 60 days after it was signed, which was in January 2010.

Anthony‘s lawyers also argued in Tuesday’s motion that that Stricklands no longer qualified to issue the amended order since he recused himself from Anthony’s criminal case and that the amended order was fraudulently filed since there was no court proceeding attended by Anthony or her attorneys.

    I agree with the others that this video looks staged.

    Casey appears to know the tapes are rolling.

    Is this some type of publicity stunt to keep her name alive so when her book/movie comes out, she will make more money?

      The best to deal with this is to not film and report on her. But alias, Nancy Grace refuses and to keep the limelight on this fool because she was so bent on being right.

    Leave the woman alone already. She went through the legal process the right way. The prosecution failed miserably. People still obsessing over this are sick, sick individuals.

      I agree. Leave her alone. The jury has spoken. The media is going to keep drawing attention to her and where she is until some crazy person tries to kill her. Then we should put the media on trial for stalking her.

    I hope she gets a contract to make Porn Movies. I’d like to see her being abused by someone.

      I’m not convinced the woman in the video is Casey Anthony. She looks heavier to me than Anthony.

      I’m wondering how TMZ determined that this person was indeed Anthony.

      Robert- I agree. Casey’s skin tone always appeared fair, the woman in this video/pictures seems more olive. Could be the lighting. The best thing we could all do, now, is just leave her alone. Otherwise the inflated hype will only add to her fame and future fortune and I cringe at the thought of that.

    Every-time her name is brought up she will get richer. If you really don’t want her to profit then forget about her. Of got richer and richer till he screwed up and got caught for a crime they could prove. Drop it and if she is the despicable person you think she is she will screw up too. And if the lack of evidence was because something else happened to kaylee that will be found out in time too, and you won‘t have to regret trampling on an American Citizen’s rights.
    I would bet TMZ paid an anonymous source for the where abouts of her so they could get pictures, and that was the money she was shopping with. LOL Keep her famous and she will continue to get rich.

    Wether the jury was right or wrong she will never be convicted of Murdering her daughter, so stop giving her attention.

    She probably yelled at Baez afterwards, “I thought you said they weren’t going to find me!”

    I‘m sure she’ll get hers when karma comes back full circle. I could care less what happens to her, the very sight of her and her corrupt defense team sickens me. I wouldn’t doubt Baez is probably banging her on the side, the way they she was flirting with him on the last day after her verdict was announced. That’s his prized cash cow and the sexual favors are probably collateral until he gets his anticipated share of whatever naive organization actually decides to buy whatever lie she decides to feed to them.

    The video looks fake to me. She’s not walking around with her lawyer or anyone else. The “O” hat is more than likely meant to throw you off. She’s probably not anywhere near Ohio. You can’t trust the pervs at tmz. They‘ve been paid off I’d bet. How does she have any money to go shopping? Mmm hmm…

    $20 says it comes out eventually that her lawyer has been taking advantage of the attorney client priveledge. (Wink)

    Why do people have this sick fascination with LOOKING at people? I mean, the trial’s over, she’s never going to be tired again, so why is anyone interested in what she looks like now or where she shops or what kid of smoothie she’s drinking? It’s like this strange obsession people have with celebrities and what they do and what they wear. WHO CARES! She got away with murder and there’s nothing anyone can do about it except move on and forget about her. She’s not worth our interest!

    Be patient. The MSM will teach us to care again as we watch her become wealthy from child murder. Of course she’ll be sanitzed by having gotten “help” with her mental problems which were, of course, caused by someone else. Then, after her debut on a gubmint-run 20-20 type show, get ready to see her on Oprah and the Lifetime channel telling how she was the victim.

      Actually, in most cases, the Son of Sam law doesn’t apply. In 1991 it was ruled unconstitutional.

    if its her she is living in her own hell on earth, the real other hell is coming soon enough. she is a lost soul, and she wont be here long. there are plans for her outside of the court system for sure. yes, she is a murderer and a horrendous criminal, but letting her live in hell for a while here will be a good thing. she is going to be absolutely insane in no time at all, which is awesome. god rest that poor little girls soul, i hope and pray and i am sure that she is in gods hands now. thankfully
