Charlie Sheen Tells Radio Host: Stay Off Crack (Unless You Can Handle It)

Actor Charlie Sheen may be ready to return to work after his latest infamous bender, but CBS is apparently not ready to take him back.

In an interview with “The Dan Patrick Show” Monday, Sheen said he showed up at the CBS lot to resume production on his show Two and a Half Men, but producers locked him out and have announced filming will be suspended. Ouch.

In another bizarre twist, Sheen tells host Dan Patrick to “go for it,” encouraging him to use crack if he’s one of the few people Sheen says can “manage it.” (I’m assuming Sheen counts himself as one of these rare superhumans.)

“(There have been) rumors that I’ve had problems with crack, so it just came out of me like poetry. … [I] said stay off the crack, and I still think that’s pretty good advice, unless you can manage it socially, Dan. If you can manage it socially, then go for it, but not a lot of people can,” Sheen said.

    I was bound by an alcohol addiction for decades. I was delivered by God from this. I have no desire to ever go back where I was. I would be lying if I were to say there was no temptations though. We will always be tempted as long as we are here in our dirt suits. Look at Satan tempting Jesus. God cursed the ground not us. ALL affliction, illness, infirmity, disease and so forth is from the enemy and being in a fallen world. GOD WANTS YOU WELL !!! Mr. Sheen is not the one to come out against AA, but AA has a very poor record since Jesus being removed from the majority of it. Just like many so called Christian Denominations. Religion kills. Man-made doctrines that are not Scriptural mislead and go on to divide the Body of Christ. (1Cor1:11-13) Glenn always tells people to do their homework and the same needs to be followed by him as well. Claiming a denomination puts God in a box.
    Having cast demons from myself through being led by God to Scripturally do this, I am totally aware of this condition. Now I have worked with people on the streets, jails, prisons, and the criminally insane in prison psychiatric wards and no man can change my opinion of this. Problems that we encounter are from demons and any church or denomination that tries to teach you contrary to this….GET OUT OF THERE !
    Read Mark 16:17-18

    Actually if you hear the whole interview… the guy asks Charlie “you mean ‘handle’ it like you do?”
    and Charlie says something like “well, that kinda blew up in my face.” So, he is saying he couldnt handle it. Remember he is a comedian, so its typical for him to joke about the problems in life. Its how he makes a living…

    2012 – ‘BACK TO THE FUTURE’!
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    America…Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan are two of the saddest stories ever, ever to come out of La La Land!
    Both very talented…young…and holding promise…but drugs is what got them where they are today!
    I don’t blame CBS for holding off on his show…with that kind of talk and thinking about crack that anyone can manage it…is really ‘cracked’ up!
    Everyone likes the happy, go lucky, off base character that he plays on his show…nobody appreciates him following suit in his real life!
    Acting is for the stage…Charlie! Real life…is for those willing to accept it for what it is…real! He needs to learn the difference!
    I hope that he makes it…but right now…with what he just said…he and Lindsay are nowhere near ready to join the ‘real’ world of getting up and making it right!
    And the judicial system in this country is the enabler of such so called celebrities…who are allowing them to get away with all of this….if it were you or I…we would be in prison and/or rehab until we learned the lesson of why we are there in the first place!
    I’ve known people before and after crack . One told me how it went for him. He used to do just weed and drink , then at a party there was crack cocaine so tried it once. . He said from that moment on he couldn’t think of anything else but crack One tme , that’s all it took. Nancy was right
    Man unless he changes his life he might die from a future overdose. It‘s a shame his family can’t step in but it’s his decision and choice to do what he is doing.
    Hey Charlie, let me break it to you…NO ONE can handle it. Eventually all substance abuse catches up to everyone that does it. The difference between a softer drug and a harder one is it just can take longer to kill you. You’re on a dangerous fast track with a pretense of control.
    The world knows that it‘s entirely possible that the next headline will be ’Charlie Sheen found dead in a hotel room’…No one sees a future in your future unless you lock yourself in rehab and do the work.
    In this last incident several weeks ago. Charlie allegedly had a briefcase full of cocaine delivered according to one of the porn stars he invited to the party. She stated Charlie broke of chunks of cocaine, stuffed it in a pipe and smoked it, repeating this all night! He was rushed to the hospital with severe stomach pains. Yeah, he has all this under control all right. IMO CBS has an obligation to send a message; they do not condone drug use. Charlie refusing to go to rehab, or doing rehab at home is not helping. Charlie is in denial, typical for drug abusers.
Never liked him. I feel sorry for his father who has pretty much been a stand up guy compared to the rest to that bunch.
    First step is admitting you have a problem. Mr. Sheen doesn’t believe he has a problem. End of story. At least until he kills someone. Perhaps that would make it real for him. Nah! I don’t think this guy knows reality from the Tooth Fairy. He’s in lala land!
      I admit, I used to like his TV show until it went into the gutter. A little is fun to watch, but the constant bedroom scenes was more than I really wanted to see or know about. So, in my opinion it’s just as well he was locked out of the show, he’s a horrible example of what is good in America. The whole show got to be so sick it ceased to be funny. Even the brother is catching the sickness of bad, sick writing.
