Charlie Sheen Update – Police Have Removed His Twin Boys From His Home

ABC‘s ’20/20‘ aired the latest in a flood of interviews with Charlie Sheen Tuesday night and shortly thereafter reports began surfacing that Sheen’s twin sons were removed from the home.
Initially thought to be inspired by Mr. Sheen’s odd on-camera behavior combined with the presence of porn star Bree Olsen acting as surrogate mother, the removal of the twins was ordered by a judge after the children’s mom Brooke Mueller was granted a restraining order after telling the court:
“I am very concerned that [Sheen] is currently insane,” Mueller stated in the document. “I am in great fear that he will find me and attack me and I am in great fear for the children’s safety while in his care.”
The order forbids Sheen from getting within 100 yards from Ms. Mueller and his two sons. Also included in the court papers were allegations that Sheen had taken the children from Mueller’s custody without her permission, refused to return them when she asked him to do so, and responded to those requests with by threatening her. People Magazine reports:
When she tried to get the twins back, Sheen allegedly threatened, “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom,” she said.
Mueller also alleged that while on vacation in the Bahamas last week with his two girlfriends, Sheen launched into a tirade against Mueller, punched her in the arm, spat on her feet and “threatened to stab my eye with a pen knife,” the documents show.

Brooke is currently in a “day treatment” facility for substance abuse. She says she will see the kids for around 4 hours a day while the TRO is in effect and her mom will provide care for the rest of the day.
Both Mr. Sheen and Ms. Mueller are due in court on March 22nd as the judge considers extending the order.

His kids will grow up without him, and in his current state they should. I don’t even think they should be with their mother; she sounds like another druggy bimbo. I know, I know, she’s getting help. Anyone whacked out on drugs should not have children around. Period.

Glenn’s vision for this site is NOT for it to become a resource that only highlights conservative views/stories/theories/information. It is not for it to attract only those who agree with him and think like he does and collect the same information that he does. It’s a NEWS site-and unfortunately Mr. Sheen IS in the news currently. But it’s not the ONLY thing the Blaze is covering so stop acting like it is. (Maybe you could join Noodles Man in a crusade against the dictatorship because The Blaze gets to decide what they print, when they print it, and they just don’t seem to want to please everyone equally???)
Glenn wants people from ALL walks of life to find this site. So some Hollywood minded, Charlie Sheen loving idiot follows a thread about him to The Blaze…and sticks around for a while reading OTHER stories. That person JUST MIGHT learn something here that he’s not going to learn anywhere else. That person MIGHT find some TRUTH here that causes him to re-think his stance on REAL issues. And if it takes a moldy bread crumb trail to lead such people to the fountain of knowledge, so be it.

I don’t just blame Sheen here, the network has glorified this kind of behavior in the very episodes he acts in, and pay him extremely well, yet what special talent does he provide for this pay? None, because it really doesn’t require any special talent to act out a lifestyle of a crack addict and a functioning alcoholic.

Those kids will have a tough time resisting the same poisons when they get older I am afraid. The so called War on Drugs, like many and most politically inspired programs, has been a dismal failure!

If some white guy in a suit hits wealth after working 80-100 hrs a week for years he’s evil. They have no complaints about pond scum like Sheen making $2 million a week, over paid athletes raping & abusing women, Michael Vicks torturing animals, anti-American Hollywood raking in billions as they all line up to pay for their trash movies. Today, if you make QUICK money with no regard to values you’re a hero. If you earn it with honest hard work you’re supposed to let parasites take it from you.

Also do not see any redeeming value coming out of the coverage either. Lots going on in the world, let’s find something else to concentrate on.
The best thing that could happen to Charlie would be for everyone to stave him of the $$ and attention he craves and fuels his self-destructive behavior. Let’s start today.

At least this update shows that someone in the state of California is paying attention to the safety of his children. It is certainly not a story that will make any of our lives better or worse, but it is a curious tale that (imho) deserves monitoring, just not obsessing.

Posted on March 2, 2011 at 11:46pmWell now, this is one of several cases where a Hollywood parent has run off his/her mouth and discovered that custody issues can come into play. I doubt that Charlie will even realize the kids are gone since he’s busy being high on Charlie Sheen.
However, the laws of physics dictate that what goes up must come down and when his massive ego finally deflates, he’ll be in for a rude shock. His marketability will be nil because what network would want to get involved with such an unstable character. His income will be greatly decreased, unless he’s invested wisely (I’d be very surprised). His bills will be astronomical because of the type of lifestyle he leads and he’s lost his kids. I’m just SO impressed with Charlie Sheen, words fail me.

Making an accusation that he said something is not sufficient to me to remove his kids from him. That’s BS.
I know lives that have been RUINED for false allegations. Not parent’s lives, CHILDREN’S LIVES have been RUINED for false allegations by estranged parents.
To me, this looks like malicious BS.
