The Rich: Chicago Abortionist Collects $3.1 Million In Medicaid Reimbursements–In One Year

According to a Crain’s Business report, Dr. Caroline Hoke received $3.1 million dollars in Medicaid reimbursements in the 2009 fiscal year for abortion services. The Chicago based abortionist was the second-highest paid in the state. Dr. Hoke is also the acting medical director of Planned Parenthood of Illinois.
The Illinois Medicaid inspector general is now looking into the billing practices of Dr. Hoke. The investigation was brought on not only by the astronomical amount of reimbursement Dr. Hoke received but also due to the suspicious drop-off in payments one year later.
According to Crain’s analysis of state records, Dr. Hoke applied for zero reimbursements in 2011. Such an accounting plunge is leading the the state to investigate Dr. Hoke for fraud and Medicaid overcharge.

Dr. Hoke has had her reimbursements frozen by the state, but is being defended by the Planed Parenthood CEO, according to Crain’s Reports:
“The state Department of Healthcare and Family Services has withheld payments to Dr. Hoke until “billing issues” are resolved, a DHFS spokesman confirms. He declines to comment on the details of the case.
Planned Parenthood of Illinois CEO Carole Brite denies any wrongdoing, calling the inquiry a “routine review.” She says the organization will have to repay the state, but she declines to say how much.”
“The probe raises questions about an important source of funding for the organization, which received about half of its $25 million revenue from Medicaid in the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011, the most recent data available.”
Planned Parenthood has seen many political battles over the last few years and remains one of the most partisan political organizations in the country. According to Open Secrets, Planned Parenthood has spent 100 percent of its donation cash on Democrats this election cycle.
Past donation recipients include President Barack Obama, 08′ Presidential Candidate John Edwards, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn and HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.

They are not making enough with Medicare and Medicaid patients. My oncologist surgeon told me that I could go to another doctor and skip him. People are forgetting that this is a doctor’s business–he has to make a profit.

In the old testament numbers meant something like ““40”” ,,wandering in the wilderness forty years,,, raining forty days and forty nights. On January 22, 2013 will be FORTY years since Roe V Wade was passed by the Supreme Court. I believe WE in this coutry should be more worried about that date in the future.

$3,100,000 divided by $310 = 10,000 abortions a year (365 days) or 27.4 per day (365 days).
Is that even possible for one person or clinic? I don’t know much about it.
