Chicago Radio Host Describes Cain-Accuser Encounter to Beck: She ‘Bum Rushed’ Me to Hug Him

As the saga of the latest Herman Cain sexual assault accusations continues, a story gaining steam Tuesday morning deals with the allegations that the accuser, Sharon Bialek, had an interesting embrace with Herman Cain at a Tea Party convention last month. That accusation isn’t coming from just any random observer, however. It‘s coming from a major radio host at Chicago’s WIND-RADIO. And according to her, the encounter may have been Bialek confronting Cain about the alleged assault.

Here’s how the Chicago Sun Times covers the news:

They hugged each other backstage in a full embrace like old friends.

She grabbed his arm and whispered in his left ear.

She kept talking as he bent to listen, and he kept saying “Uh, huh. Uh, huh.”

Huh?

“I don’t know if what she was giving him was a sucker punch, but he didn’t put his arm down while she was talking to him,” said the Sneed source.

The “he”… is GOP presidential contender Herman Cain, who has been accused of sexual harassment by several women.

The “she”… is Chicagoan Sharon Bialek, who held a news conference Tuesday as the only woman to PUBLICLY accuse Cain of sexual harassment.

The Sneed source … is WIND radio co-host Amy Jacobson, who tells Sneed she witnessed the Cain/Bialek encounter a month ago while backstage at the AM 560 WIND sponsored TeaCon meeting in Schaumburg Sept. 30-Oct. 1 at the Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center.

Quoth Jacobson: “I had turned on TV to find out who was Cain’s accuser, and I almost fell over when I saw it was Sharon Bialek accusing Cain of groping her genitals.”

On radio Tuesday, she joined Glenn Beck to describe exactly what she saw.

Jacobson said Bialek “bum rushed” her to get to Cain while backstage at the event. That led to what she described as an intense encounter that you could “cut with a knife.” She said Bialek had Cain’s ear for two to three minutes, and after it was over, Bialek “stormed” off. That has led Jacobsen to conclude that Bialek was, in fact, confronting Cain about the alleged encounter.

You can listen to more of the details below, as well as why Jacobsen believes Bialek is telling the truth:

As a side note, the Fox interview referenced by Beck and Jacobsen is below. In it, Bialek doesn’t seem to rule out taking money for something in the future, and she does seem to say that she didn’t confront Cain beforehand:

Wake up people, forget the accusations, Cain is bad for the country because of his ideas. We do not need a tax plan that will be a burden on families. Pay 9% on every dollar you earn, then turn around and spend 9% more on every dollar you spend. Tax products in each phase of production to raise the prices of goods. WOW, I can’t wait. What is wrong with all you people. Are there that many Americans that want to turn their back on the Constitution? Hell, let’s just tell all the candidates that we just want to be a Marxist society and get it done.

Something isn’t just fishy – it stinks – Listen to what Mark Levin said yesterday He asked the same questions as I did. She was embarrassed to go into detail with her boyfriend and mentor but 14 yrs later its fine to speak publicly? Second, she said her boyfriend arragained the meeting to disscus employment right? She stated that after her room was upgraded, after having drinks, and after dinner, he aske her what she is doing here? That whole senerio doesn’t make sense! Wouldnt he asked before all that? Wouldn’t he had already know since it was set up? Then she said that she thought he was taking her to look at the offices, why? She worked there and was fired a month ago, nothing would have changed, right? And the whole car thing with his arms one way and the other another way doesnt make sense either. She can remember what shoes she was wearing when most people in America can’t. Too detailed with alot of holes and the fact that the media is even giving her airtime shows that the news is too boring. And another thing I think this crazy women went up to Mr. Cain and threaten him or to set him up a month ago. If you were confronting someone who u thought assulted u you‘re goin to give them a big ’ol hug? Are U kidding me? I would want to touch someone for fear I would get sick. This women has a history of fraud and job losses left and right and she is currently working for CBS.

Just spreading proof that Sharon Bialek works for Obama …

This morning Fox news asked Sharon Bialek if she knew David Axelrod, since she just “happened” to live in the same building as he does. Her response is that she waved at him once, in the gym.

      https://w3.courtlink.lexisnexis.com/cookcounty/Fi...

As it turned out, David Axelrod just “happened” to be her lawyer in 2009 in the legal case linked to above.

So, Bialek is connected to David Axelrod who happens to be connected to Barry Obama.

It didn’t seem to hurt Billy when he was running or while he was in the office with Monica. I guess if he is good at his job that should be what matters. He didn’t rap her made an advance and she said no and he stopped. I could see where he could have had mixed signals. Adding that she was from a middle-income family but lives in a posh house while running from bill collectors, the source said: “Most of her jobs ended in termination. It’s always the employer’s fault, not hers.”

“This is a lady who lives off the system. She is hellbent on finding a way of never having to work and living the lifestyle she wants to live, a very affluent lifestyle.”

This is a setup. Watch this whole thing fall apart over the next week.

Has the damage been done? Can Cain pull it back together? Will those who are easily manipulated give up and allow the MSM to pick their candidate, or will you stand up and fight back for Cain and your future?

I do not smoke, well maybe once in a blue moon, but not normally. You should not use Tea in yours as you are not a true Tea. Paul started the Tea Party and it was his principles that we all stand with. Many have been duped by the Koch Bro’s candidate and have been led astray. Cain has run for Pres in the past, for Congress in the past, has his fingers in a lot of Wash with lobbying so you cannot say he is not a Wash insider. Paul has always stuck to his principles on the Constitution and is why he is shunned by the media and the Wash insiders. Wake up man. I am for going back to our Constitutional principles and fixing the mess we are in. There will be a period of hardship, but not near what we will get when our economy crashes and we become part of Soro’s One World Economic Order.

Come on, man – lay off the extremist rhetoric. You are doing nothing but hurting Ron Paul by calling people who don‘t agree with Cain’s 9-9-9 plan “Closet Marxists.” I’m a big fan of Ron Paul (I actually even used to live in his congressional district in Corpus Christi, TX), but I also really like Cain’s plan. The only people who will be paying more in taxes under that plan are those who aren’t paying anything right now. Every working person currently pays 15% of their wages to the federal government in the form of FICA (half of it is paid by your employer), and this is paid regardless of deductions. People who currently pay no income tax will be paying an additional 3% (18% – 15%). Anyone who currently pays income tax will be paying significantly less. Also, criminals and workers who get paid under the table will automatically be paying 9% instead of the 0% they were paying before. The biggest reason I like Cain’s plan is because it is the first step toward a better tax system. The ideal taxation system is the Fair Tax, and this tax plan is imply a stepping stone in the right direction. There is no way we could feasibly transform from our current system directly to the Fair Tax, and Cain sees that.

Income tax is Unconstitutional and I say get rid of it, the I.R.S. and the FED. Small Fed Gov and put the power back to the people and the states they live in. The Constitution. Changing the tax is just another Progressive way of doing it. I can see, because of the blindness, that we will go off the cliff in the near future and we will be calling for Saki time instead of Miller time at 5.

You do realize that all the TAXES BUILT INTO the final price of everything you buy is equal to if not greater than what you’re paying now, RIGHT? What part of this do you not understand? Put the marijuana down you dope. The 9-9-9 (eventually the fairtax) reallocates the taxes you are already paying and simplifies the system so it can’t be manipulated to benefit one group over another through lobbying and class warfare. Our system of taxation is corrupt. Ron Paul’s excise tax will be just as corrupt. The Fair Tax takes power away from Washington politicians and places it in the hands of the People. Why is this so hard to understand?

I can’t say…But this lady is lying. A victim doesn’t hug the person in question….A victim doesn’t whisper into the ear of that same person…One minute it was her 13 year old son who told here to go forward, the next it’s the ex- boy friend who told her..That’s all I am saying…Not defending this man…Just listening to her with an open mind…These claims are a serious matter and need to be looked at fully, not just because this lady said he did it .. If that was the case most men in America would be looked away just because a woman accused them of this..Don’t give me that “this is the reason” crap..She isn’t telling the truth.

      ======================================

Good lord, another ignoramous who cant do basic math or think for himself. Unlike you, most people pay A LOT more than 9% in income taxes. Im in the 28% tax bracket…..and then I have to pay 6.35% sales tax here in CT. First off….. you dont spend every single penny you earn on items that are charged sales tax. Second…you can CHOOSE WHEN and WHERE to do so. I would MUCH rather pay 15.35% sales tax on a $2000 TV or Fridge every 5-10 years, as opposed to 28% on my income tax EVERY YEAR. Do the flippin math. The sales tax increase on a $2000 TV is a mere $180. An 18% effective rate on $100k, compared to 9%, is an extra $9,000. Which would you rather pay??

You dont pay sales tax on property taxes or mortgage payments or car payments or groceries. 9-9-9 burden on American families?? Only to morons who cant count and think for themselves.

She wasn‘t raped she wasn’t sexually harassed (he had no work power over her). She said he put his hand up her dress and then he tried to push her head down. She should have removed his hand and told him no, but she waited until he pushed her head down and as soon as she said no, he stopped. That’s her story. He made an aggressive pass at her, awkward. Get over it. But because he is running for president and she now wants to draw attention to herself, it makes you wonder what type of person is she.

Do you remember the boys (played on some sport team) that were unfairly accused of raping a ****** a few years back. what if we just would have taken her word. We should just take the word of the accuser and throw anyone who is accused in jail because we don’t want to know if the accuser is telling the truth or not. You forget you won’t be able to deduct your property taxes, or your state taxes, or your personal deductions, ie yourself or dependents off your income before you are taxed 9%. (not the sales tax, that tax is a different 9%) So in essence you are being taxed on money you just paid as tax. Then you will also be taxed on anything new you buy at 9%. Don’t know what you buy used, but I don’t buy much used….not food, not clothes, only my truck and that was new to me…so I think the feds will find a way to tax it. Those things that go through several stages to be made will be taxed each stage at 9% adding each time to the final cost. You really need to look closer at the details.

      “Detroit receive a 0%”

Either you failed to understand the plan or you are knowingly lying.
Anyone above the poverty level pays a 9% income tax regardless of where they live.
Distressed cities get a 3-3*-3 tax for a short period. (This part I don’t care for.)
Finally anyone below the poverty level pays 0% income taxes.

This again is phase I. Phase II is the FairTax which is a consumption tax which replaces the income tax as well as other, if not all, federal taxes. By abolishing these taxes government has less power to manipulate peoples habits and the people can for the first time choose not to be taxed, for the most part, by not purchasing new goods or services which poorer people generally don’t do anyway.

This form of taxation has already proven itself to work. There are states right now which have eliminated their income taxes and increased their consumption taxes. No income tax means more money in your pocket which offsets any price increases (which wont happen on US manufactured goods because the reduced tax burden drops the product price 23% before the 23% consumption tax is added). The states that have adopted a consumption tax over an income tax are, if I’m not mistaken, are Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming. Those states economies and their citizens aren’t hurting because of this.

On top of reforming taxes we also need to adopt the Chile Pension system. That’s another discussion I do

Why should Detroit have a 9-0-9 or 3-3-3 because they have Unions who destroyed them and Tulsa, Oklahoma have 9-9-9 because we have right to work and succeed? That is not right. That is progressive.

Page one is reserved for threats of the republican candidate stopping social security benefits and medicare for the elderly. Much has been said about Cain’s clumbsy handling of these accusations. I think that speaks volumes of GOOD for Herman. He’s not supposed to be comfortable with conditions and lies that never took place. From day one my gut feeling has been this is from the White House. Romney,Bachman,Paul, Gingrich and Perry will all have careers and something to do when Cain enters the White House. Obama will have nothing to do but go home and listen to Michelle. @420 Thousands of products are already taxed at each stage. I will respectfully ask you to check the current Internal Revenue Code Section that deals with Excise taxes. Replacing those excise taxes with a flat 9 percent tax on new retail sales is so much better that it may not be something that some Ron Paul advocates can grasp. And please don’t ridicule my statement regarding the thousands of items…chemicals, substances, minerals, fuels, and other consumable things that are currently subjected to excise taxes until you review the current code yourself. I know what i am talking about…and you may not accept this notion…but so does Herman Cain when the subject is taxation…the man has studied his subject and you really need to know the current revenue code before making generalizations that do not represent the genuine arithmetic.

Any woman who has been sexually assaulted and did not report it to the police as soon as possible and waited all these year to come forward most probably was not sexually assaulted, she maybe was enjoying a little sexual fun [ but I don't believe that either in this case] and was rejected when she wanted more and was dumped and would now be wanting revenge, but most probably is being paid to do this! And as for Sharon Bialek she looks more like someone who would have grabbed Cains hand and run it up her leg and pushed it at her private parts and then leaned over in to Cains lap and do what she probably does so often and well! Any woman who would hire that piece of garbage Gloria Allred and for sure to go after someone for something that happened 15 years ago should never be believed. Gloria would lie, make up and pay some one to go to court and lie for the person who hired her.And as to the other women who were paid not to talk and are now talking after they made an agreement are living proof that they lie and can’t be believed! It‘s anyone’s guess who is paying all these women, but I wouldn’t put it pass Obama, Romny or Perry any of the three are low enough to do it and all are running scared too! Amy Jacobson was fired from her job at NBC 5 because she was caught on video in a bikini coming out of double murderer Drew Peterson’s house before he was sent to rot in prison. question… if Cain was the sexual predator they are making him out to be…why aren’t their stories from when he was at Coke, Pillsbury, Burger King, Godfather’s….? were there no women around at ANY of these companies? the NRA is now saying that any settlement/severance package happened after Cain LEFT the NRA – which means he was right when he said there wasn’t one…that he knew off.. he corrected his statement after he found out the NRA had done so…NOT a flip-flop

It was in the 80‘s times were different and he has changed if he’s guilty at all. Would have been good if he made public that the 2 payoffs were out there but he didn’t. This woman didn’t suffer any trauma. I do get sick of Amierca women playing the victim card like they are all so pure. Give me a break. As a teen right out of high school the filthiest language I ever heard in my life was in a factory straight out of the mouths of older women. Have you never watched television or gone to a movie in modern America. Give me a break. This woman is loving her more than 15 minutes of fame. Having said all that I don’t trust a man that will cheat on his wife or a woman that will cheat on her husband. I have known many of both and they are all sleazy.

Anita Hill 2.0. Bialek has no plans to take this anywhere near a legal arena (she settled with NRA, not with Cain) . If it were me I would have taken his ass to court long ago. There is something very fishy about this woman.

    Why does Beck support Cain?

Beck points out the correct program to follow in the wake of burst credit bubble of a central bank’s creation is to allow debt to be liquidated, let firms fail, allow prices to fall, labor/capital reallocation, and cut taxes/spending. That’s what was done until 1929. Beck even had a special on the Depression of 1920 demonstrating the superiority of the free market approach.

Why then does he support Cain when Cain rejected the free market approach for a Keynesian/socialist solution?

Beck says massive cuts in the trillions are needed. Cain doesn’t propose any cuts.

Beck says many unconstitutional govt. dept.’s must be shut down? Cain doesn’t propose any for elimination.

Beck is against the unconstitional FED, fiat paper currency, and the central planning of interest rates. Cain supports all of these things.

So: what gives? The reason is Cain’s foreign policy. Cain has a traditionally left-wing foreign policy of nation-building, “making world safe for democracy,” foreign-aid, and intervention. It’s a Wilsonian foreign policy.

The neo-cons came out of the left and brought these crackpot ideas with them. W.F. Buckley remarketd before he died that Bush and the new Republican foreign policy isn’t conservative.

Why do some of you think that govt. shouldn’t try to centrally plan at home, but think it can do it overseas?

Beck supports statist Cain for a policy that isn’t even conservative. You can’t make this stuff u

I don’t think Beck *only* supports Herman Cain – he supports several of the GOP candidates for all different reasons. So you can stop trying to portray Glenn as a “Herman Cain only” supporter. The facts are coming out about this crazy woman and it will only help to boost Herman Cain toward the nomination. Oh – and I don’t see you chastising Vladmir Putin or Hugo Chavez for their statism..

      @ Welfare-Warfare State

Please state the truth. Cain is 100% for the cutting of spending:
      http://www.hermancain.com/the-issues

Click on the spending tab on the left margin of his website.
      Reduce Government Spending

It is no secret that federal government spending is out of control. They view the American taxpayers as a bottomless piggybank for their wasteful programs and expansion of power. And we the people will not tolerate it any longer.

The massive debt caused by liberal policies will be passed onto our children and grandchildren if we do not stop it. They will be stuck with the tab for the government takeover of health care, industry bailouts and failed stimulus packages. They will be the ones approached with outstretched palms by the Chinese to pay back the billions upon billions we owe them. Each generation of Americans should seek to leave behind a better and more prosperous nation for the next, not saddle them with debt from reckless spending.

Though it might not be politically popular to modernize and eliminate some of our entitlement programs, responsible leaders should be willing to do it all the same. They must be prepared to make tough choices and learn to simply say “no.” This can only happen when our elected officials stop being politicians and start being leaders. Simply put: there is no “Department of Happy” in Washington, D.C.

Most men and some women who head large companies or organizations for any length of time are charged with sexual harrasment…and/or some sort of discrimination, racial, sexual, whatever.

Most of it is BS, as the companies usually have insurance for such things, which the complaintant and her attorney already know. So they bogus up a lawsuit and the insurance company pays to have it go away.

It’s too bad that the majority of these charges are BS as they diminish the cases of those women who are actually victims and deserve to be compensated.

I have had two cases brought against me, both of which were laughable. One went away and the insurance company paid the other woman to go away.

Hell hath no fury as that of a woman scorned. I’m saying, just to be the devil’s advocate, that she made advances and an offer of sexual favors to Cain for a job (otherwise why not just send a letter and a resume?), offered him a BJ in the car, and he refused, took her back to the hotel and did not hire her. So she , once scorned, harbored this, and when these other allegations came forward, so many years later, decided to jump on the band wagon to get even.

Perhaps at the conference, she told him, “remember me? It’s gonna be your word against mine.” or some such thing. And, now knowing that others had been paid off to go away, was hoping for a payoff and she was refused again and then came forward.

This turned out to be a democrats wet dream and now she has their backing on this. She appears to be enjoying this WAY too much, like she is getting some sort of revenge. When bad things happen, some just want it to stop. Others want money. Some want revenge. If this really happened and she wanted this to stop for others, she would have brought it up 15 years ago. If this really happened and she wanted money, she would have brought it up when it happened and pressed charges and be paid to go away. But since this never happened the way she says, she was scorned and now sees a way to get revenge and ruin a good man. My dad always told me when growing up to be careful because bad people will always try to bring you down to their level.
