Christie needs to do much more in NJ in the next two years. Get NJ out of RGGI. The 10 state (northeast) cap & trade scam we now participate in. The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative must be pulled apart and killed. Also, when he’s ready to be president, I might be ready to vote for him.

I love this man. I hope he does run for president. This is exactly the kind of person America has needed for a long time. A guy who knows how to get things done and says things bluntly rather then all boring like an old dried up lawyer.

Christie, if he wants to go for it, better make a move right quick. I really don’t know anything about him. And as for Sarah Palin, well, I adore her, but not enough to vote her in as President or Vice-President. I won’t vote for just anyone … our country is too important.

So close to being agreeable then you spin into paranoia and name calling. AMERICANS voted progressives in, they may vote them out. This never happens in a socialist government, if a truly socialist government even ever existed. Typically despots with better public relations teams call themeselves socialist/ marxists to pretend they are the will of the people.

But I also echo the comments above. Unless we have GOD in this thing….we are sunk. But with much prayer, and seeking God’s help, like Glen say…….we could see HUGE miracles.

Gov. Christi, if you can do anything about your bridge Toll Takers, who start at a base salary of almost $76,000. per year and end up, after perks, bonus’s etc, with $356,000.00, you will be a NATIONAL HERO! You have another Bell, California going on in New Jersey. The corruption in our state and federal government is shocking. You really did inherit a mess and we have complete faith that you can clean it up. The DemocRat you replaced must have been totally brain-dead not to know all this crap was going on during his watch. As much as I would love to see you run for President, your state will go right back to business as usual if you leave too soon. UNLESS another strong Republican takes your place. We need you and as many more like you as we can find to clean up the CESSPOOL than Washington DC has become. I am as conflicted as you must be as to the solutions needed to achieve the impossible. We must get it done if we are to survive. We need the “perfect storm” of like-minded, strong public servants to come forward and get to work. I will pray this happens soon.

I have always admired someone who can talk straight, go straight to the point and be prepared to talk down the fools. Chris Christie is simply amazing. One thing he must understand CLEARLY. Chris has put himself out there for the public and the public wants him to run. A Presidential Candidate, why not ? He is not an insider or a beltway boy. Sure, someone out there would dig deep and I mean deep to discredit but such is life and so be it. In the end, Americans will choose who they want and boy do we need someone who can stand tall for the occasion and do some serious house cleaning in DC. No more deals with Russia or anybody else, no more bribing North Korea not to attack the South. If they do, kick their ass once and for all. No more deals with the Hamas, or anybody else n the Middle East that is not our friend. Its time for America to let the world know we will be respected. Not feared, that’s what Iran and other evil countries live on, I mean respected for being a great and fair country that wants to be your friend, but stand by if you tread on us. CHRISTIE/PALIN in 2012. Why the heck not ? Hooyah!

Abortion: bad for all virtuous people, including the murdered unborn, gay marriage…I STILL don’t understand how the GOP can tout “small government” and be in the business of gay individuals, but meh…If they just took that issue of “gay marriage” and left it to the citizens of the individual states to decide in referendum, we’d have a 70-80% majority in both houses and never lose a presidential race.

Hope he has a hands off approach.

Social issues are not a role of government, however abortion is not a social issue. The main role of government is to protect life, liberty and property. Abortion is infanticide and thus it is a role of government to protect the life of a human even in his/her first stages of their life cycle.

Christie is much more articulate than the shrieking Palin–OMG if that womans runs for President we are doomed—what do you all se in her– she has learned some talking points and repeats and repeats them–I see where the men are head over heels for her she is attractive woman but Presiential material no no no!!! I think she is probably a good mom and I am even voting for sweet Bristol on DWTS because I know there are horrible dems out there laughing out there at her.
Do not compare Christie with Palin-ugggh! Don’ t you notice how Whitman and Fiorina (sp) avoided Palin rally this week when she was in Cali—if Palin is smart than she has difficluty articlating it–and I am not saying she needed to go to Ivy League college–the Idaho State thing is fine but she is not very smart and the shrieking reminds me of Hillaries speeches-uggh!!!!

@ JavaQueen: What a superficial thing to attack Sarah Palin for…her voice? Something she has no control over…a God given attribute? Forget her voice…what about what she is saying? As far as repeated talking points…she has the RIGHT talking points. Too much spending, not enough listening to the people, government has gotten too big, and the fact that we need to infiltrate GOD back into our country…does that not say it all? Regardless, I’ve been to several of her speeches, and have to say she definitely does not stick to these limited talking points, but even if she did…they are the RIGHT talking points!

Even the reason you vote for her daughter on the silly TV show is superficial…doing it because some ‘horrible democrats are laughing’ at her? It’s nice of you to support her, but again…do it because of substance…not because of some superficial emotion.

Look beyond the superficial…dive into the realm of IDEAS. Forget the voice, forget the (pretty) face, forget the democrats in the background. When it’s all stripped away, Palin is a woman of morals, values, and the right ideas to get our country back on track. I would be proud to call her my president…shrieking voice and all.
