Chris Matthews Declares 2012 Race Futile, GOP Has No Candidates…

We are 629 days away from the next Presidential election in America and last night Chris Matthews once again declared his belief that President Obama is in a different class than anyone on the planet, and certainly not one member of the GOP is in his league.

Mr. Matthews’ devotion to Barack Obama is well documented, it started during the 2008 Primary season when he declared on live television that candidate Obama had the ability to send a thrill up his leg.  Even the now-exiled Keith Olbermann realized the folly of that future YouTube viral moment.

Let‘s get back to last night’s bizarre Matthews Moment…  We knew of his undying love for the President and general dismissal of all things GOP, so why was he ranting about the 2012 elections this early?  Nobody in the GOP has officially declared themselves a candidate just yet.  So what is at the root of this?  Back to the video please;

Oh, that’s it!  The GOP must know (as Mr Matthews does), that within their ranks is not a single candidate that can defeat this President, so they are just going to attack him.

But wait, there’s more!

The survey of 400 Republican Primary voters that Matthews quotes here was released yesterday.  Expect MSNBC and much of the liberal media to seize on the “birther” issue so often used to paint anyone who opposes the President into the crazy corner.  But the birthers were not the real target of this closing show screed.  No sir, he’s still lazer focused on his main target, the guy who airs across from him at 5pm EST and generally earns 2-3xs the audience of “Hardball“, Glenn Beck;

There’s that C-word again.  CALIPHATE.  (Sidebar; the International Islamic Unity Conference starts this week in Tehran)

Chris Matthews owns two hours of precious broadcast real estate on a major cable network and instead of venturing into journalism, he chooses to spend much of his airtime telling us how great his candidate is, how crazy GOP, Tea Party  members are, and throwing rocks at his competition. Why?

Chris Matthews is without a doubt the stupidest man I have ever seen as a commentator on TV. He makes Kieth Olberman look like a genius.

THE REPUBLICANS ARE DOING JUST FINE MARGINALIZING THE 2012 POSSIBLE CANDITATES CHRIS MATTHEWS NOTWITHSTANDING

Ron Paul won the CPAC straw poll and with the so called Republican detractors who really don‘t know Paul’s plank are knocking him on FOX and in the print madia as well. I couldn’t believe Oreilly Chris matthewsing Ron Paul while talking with John Stossell on “The Factor” with nothing really substantive to discuss exept snide comments and ad-hominem cracks about how he is a fringe candidate who doesn’t stand a chance.

This follows “Herbert Hoover” Trump’s scroogelike remarks at CPAC in regards to Ron Paul!! Oreilly would not have Ron Paul on his show to respectfully discuss his plank for president which by the way is along the same line as the Tea Party. Trump is a Rockefeller “Progressive Republican” with whom the Tea Party independents refused to vote for in 2008 when they didn’t vote for McCain!!

Perhaps Governor Mike Huckabee should invite Ron Paul onto his show and discuss in a civil way Paul’s politics. Governor Huckabee is a class act who brings out the best in his guests and is an excellent interviewer. (who by the way should have interviewed Obama on Super Bowl Sunday which would have brought out the issues which the American people find important which Oreilly couldn’t fathom). I for one would vote for Paul should he run!!

    With all due candor,
    Wm. C. Buffington, West Virginia

We NEED to write, call, emal and smoke signal ALLEN WEST AND CHRIS CHRISTIE AND INSIST THEY RUN FOR PRESIDENT.

Yeh, I know – Chrisite says he’s not going to run –
BUT – ” NOW – IS THE TIME THAT WE NEED STRONG LEADERS –
OUR COUNTRY NEEDS STRONG LEADERS…..AND IF THEY ARE TRUE AMERICANS….THEY WILL ANSWER TO THE CALL OF THEIR COUNTRY AND THE PEOPLE…
and, they WILL NOT shrink back and think of ONLY themselves.

Because IF they stand on the side lines and watch this take down of our Home Land –
THEY ARE NOT WORTHY TO BE CALLED, “ TRUE AMERICANS”.

    2012 IS OUR LAST STAND….
God has Blessed this Country…and IF we SQUANDER IT – and turn it over to Non-Believers – God will remove his hand from us.

He’s ranting ’cause any one of those people could beat Obama by simply promising to govern according to the wishes of the people, and not shove crap down their throats. He has to make that idea sound crazy and unbelievable.

He’s right about no candidates, atleast no candidates I want to support. Romney, Huckabee, Trump and the list goes on and yes, includes Palin. Tired of this brand of Republicans and after watching this budget fiasco I don’t have faith that most Republicans get it yet. The people I want to see step up are Christie, West, Rubio, Rick Perry. Conservatives are in trouble (outnumbered for sure) and the Republicans are not giving us what we need. Arg……I agree with (shudder) Chris Matthews on this one.

I would love to see a Christie/Bachmann or West/Palin ticket to run against Obama in 2012. The tsunami would hit so fast and hard not even his teleprompter could get him out of the mess. I can see a repeate of Regan/Mondale in that Regan walked away with 49 states and Mondale won 1 state. His home state. That would be saying a lot if Obama walked away with Illinois and Christie or West walked away with the other 49 states. Considering Obama’s childhood he may also get Hawaii giving him two states.

Obama is in a different class than the rest of the universe. That is why he doesn’t seem to use the English language the way we do…….up is down and true is false. He thinks he is a god that has landed here and he will fix it. I wish he would get back in his space ship and go back where he came from and take the looney left with him.

At this moment, there isn’t anyone who can beat the Big O.

I like Sarah, but there isn’t a chance she can win against him. Sarah is right where she does best: motivating and encouraging the Right to stay where we need to be. It’s her forte, where she shines brightest.

Bachmann is good, but I don‘t think she’s enough, either. Soon as she starts looking better, the MSM will do all it can to crush her. They‘ll even go so far as to hammer home the point she’s secretly naked beneath her clothes, and label her a perverted nudist because of it. Or something along those lines.

I can run the list, but there’s no need. What IS important, which liberal thugs like Chrissy don’t grasp, is that things can change literally overnight. Realistically, we don’t need Obow out of the White House to neuter him. All we need is control of the Congress as a whole, and a majority of the governorships and state legislatures.

What we need is to make the Dem Party largely irrelevant and keep it that way. Obow might set foreign policy, but if the world knows that not even the American people respect him, then the heads of other nations won’t, either. He won’t be invited abroad, won’t be welcomed if he shows up on some vacation.

All that will be left is Chrissy blowing hot air over an empty suit. Further irrelevance, and more comedy gold.

The best is yet to come!

Chris Matthews is dead wrong! Go to youtube and watch video clips of the political speeches and interviews of Herman Cain, Allen West, Donald Trump and Chris Christie. By 2016 Senator Rubio will be seasoned enough to be a contender as will others who have not yet come to be recognized. No matter how much it will make Matthews cry, Obama will not be re-elected in 2012. Even his political base is beginning to turn on him. He just did not give out enough free “Obama Money” to get another ride.

I hear you, but last time they gave us a candidate that could not win and had proved it before hand.
This time if we are left with Palin (as much as I like what she does), Romney, McCain, or anyone of the old guard that has already been defeated by the true conservatives we will lose again. The Republican party needs a Christi, or an Allen West, since we can’t have Jeb. Anything less and you will be saluting that idiot again after the election. Remember, almost half of the “voting population” agrees with Obama. That would be all the Union employees, and welfare recipients.

Yes, we must come together and get ONE candidate that can win! No more divided factions, come together or it will be like Ann Coulter said: if Christie doesn’t run, then Romney will get the nomination and will lose. We can not let that happen. If we don’t get a candidate that can win we are doomed. What would Obama do with a 2nd term? Look what he has done so far. No one candidate will be perfect for all of us but we can’t let Obama win again. We simply can’t.

If you don‘t think its going to be an uphill climb for the GOP to win in 2012 you’re kidding yourself. There are probably two (of the approx 13-15 possibilities) that will stand a reasonable chance to win. And unfortunately for the Blaze audience, they are seldom celebrated here.

But don’t get me wrong, I agree with Blaze fans, it is my fervent wish that the GOP nominates a Palin/Bachmann/West type. It will certainly send a loud message to the country as to what the GOP base values- and what they don’t….I can hardly wait for the debates.
