Chris Matthews Gushes Over ‘Impressive’ Jon Huntsman: Thank You for ‘Being the Sane Man in the Republican Party’

MSNBC’s Chris Matthews rarely has kind words or praise for Republicans, but when he does, he gushes. During an interview with GOP presidential contender Jon Huntsman, the Hardball host disparaged the rest of the “crazy” Republican field while asserting the Utah Governor is the only one with his “feet on the ground.”
Matthews, who thinks Huntsman is “surrounded by loony tune arguments,” told the Utah governor:
“I mean, Michele Bachmann said we shouldn’t pay any taxes. How can you sit next to a person who says there shouldn’t be any taxes and have a reasonable conversation with her?”
Huntsman responded that, since it’s the primary phase of this campaign, “all voices ought to be heard.”
The “primitive phase” quipped Matthews.
Matthews then thanked Huntsman profusely for his service as both a “great” governor and “fabulous” U.S. ambassador to China — and for being the “sane man in the Republican party.” He oozed:
“You know what I want to say to you? Thank you for your service. Thank you for your service, for being the sane man in the Republican Party. It reminds us there’s actually someone who has their feet on the ground.”
“Thank you. Very impressive, governor. I’m very familiar with Utah politics. You were a great governor, and enormously popular out there. I think you did a fabulous job as a United States ambassador to China. Thank you for your service.”
But that wasn’t enough. Matthews heaped even more praise on Huntsman, adding:
“We all think we like you. We won‘t destroy you by saying you’re doing well, because that’ll probably kill you. Tell your friends to come over. We’d like to see some of them, too.”

His daddy is a great guy, but this little Lord Fauntleroy lost my interest in the first debate when he snottily exclaimed “I speak Chinese” (he was China Ambassador under OBAMA). My first thought was, “DUDE, why are relationships to horrible with CHINA, then..why are they sticking it to us so much?”… The fact that the hysterical LEFT WING lying (caught him in so many lies) CHRIS MATTHEWS likes him and the fact that the NY $$$ MATRONS have poured money over him should be enough for anyone to know this is not the right man for AMERICA.
ADDING TO THIS: I saw the BILL O‘REILLY claimed that he couldn’t count the “CAIN AND PAUL votes because the PAUL AND CAIN people ‘spammed’ the vote. THIS just shows you how out of touch O’Reilly has become !! Everyone knows that the small but fanatical army of the PAUL supporters (probably avg. age of 20) spam everything and are hysterical themselves….but CAIN people don’t spam, Cain people are like the TEA PARTY people: Educated, working people, small business owners, articulate and dedicated – we love America and we want to see CAIN elected, but we don’t have to spam…we BELIEVE that CAIN will do it… GOD is involved in this one. SO O’REILLY owes us a big apology. HE may not be able to fathom the overwhelming support for CAIN right now…but he will. It’s only growing. :)

Like I said before Huntsman is running for the wrong side he should be running against Emperor Obama for the DNC nomination. Huntsman chugs along siding with the enemy, aka media arm/ propagandists of the White House, like he actually has a shot in getting the nomination. Well Jon if the game was literally about who has the most money that can buy the nomination you would win… using daddy’s money of course! Curious outside of spending the family money and being governor/ambassador who is this guy?! How did he get so far below the radar? Oh wait let me guess he bought the governorship of Utah too? His wiki profile reads like a typical career politician and leech of family fortune!
Matthews reminds me of the sniveling little worm character we see in movies that buddies up with whomever the main “bad guy” is thinking he will be rewarded for his loyalty. Tingles is by far a disgrace to journalism and it just baffles me that this creature has a job for pretty much twisting the truth and kissing up to anyone who comes on his show that has similar belief system. Ehh what can you expect though from MSLSD, be nice if folks with a few bucks would organize a mass stock purchase of COMCAST and show up at the next stockholder meeting and initiate some changes… it can be done if you want to America!
