Chris Matthews’ Wild Rant: Beck & Limbaugh Are ‘Evil’ Liars for Denying Climate Change

If you’re a fan of wild rants, this is your story. If you are easily angered by the liberal media and people who trumpet global warming as “fact,“ as well as people who call those unwilling to accept the liberal agenda on climate change ”anti-science,” then this is not. But if you want to see Chris Matthews do just that, while calling Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck liars who are “evil,” you might want to continue reading.
Matthews, known for his liberal rants on his “Hardball” show, got quite worked up Wednesday night while discussing global warming and climate change. The impetus was Al Gore‘s article in Rolling Stone saying President Obama hasn’t done enough to advance climate-change policy, while also blaming the media’s reporting on the issue. The latter point is the one Matthews really latched on to. According to him, the conservative media is hoodwinking the American people, leading them to doubt the “facts” about global warming and climate change.
In fact, he even went on to make the audacious claim that in cases like this, “objective journalism” is inappropriate. Mediate gives the unbelievable blow-by-blow:
Matthews argued that the Republican party is lining itself up as “anti-science” and selling half the country “nonsense.” He singled out Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, the Wall Street Journal editorial page and the Chamber of Commerce as being guilty of pandering to business interests and declared “these people are evil in what they are doing.” Especially since Matthews doesn’t believe Beck or Limbaugh are stupid, he thinks their motives are not well-intentioned. And in a quote that will surely get some of Matthews’ own critics excited, he admits that on certain issues like climate, he really hates “so called objective journalism” where “even-handedness” forces reporters to give credibility to both sides of an argument when one side just isn’t true.
As a bonus, Matthews said Al Gore was cheated out of the 2000 election and attacked the “fundamentalists” who latch on to creationism.

Yes, you really just heard a so-called journalist lament the fact that other journalists would do balanced reporting and present both sides. And what Matthews doesn’t realize, or doesn’t want to admit, is that there are plenty of conservatives who aren’t denying that climate change exists, but instead they believe that it’s cyclical and the U.S. shouldn’t base drastic policy on regular weather patterns.
Is there really any doubt by now that MSNBC has lost all credibility?

Everyone knows that the ‘climate’ goes through cycles, there are the ice ages and the warm ages. This is not called Global Warming and it is not man-made global warming. It is simply climate changing, usually made by solar activity, cycles of the earth’s positioning, and maybe 1% of human activity but does man really influence mother earth’s great cycles and climate, absolutely not.
Here are some questions for readers to consider, to distinguish between these three terms, Global Warming, Man-Made Climate Change, and Climate Change (cycles):
1) Is the temperatures around the earth rising at this time. As far as we know YES. – Is it cooling now, possibly. It is possibly at a peak and may go down do to the lack of solar activity, time will tell.
2) Has it gotten colder and hotter in the history before, is it cyclical? YES
3) Does man’s actions effect the environment? I am not asking how much, does it? YES (Not likely very much)
4) Is man the cause of Global Warming? NO, these are cycles in the earth.

Pull up even 5th grade science books and read the inclusions from NASA relating to the gasses in our atmosphere. They carefully word it to make it seem as though some gasses are in motion (especially that “evil” carbon), and dismiss what the vast majority of the molecules in the atmosphere (good ol H2O), water vapor, is doing, as though it were static and motionless. The blame the carbon for charging/heating the mean average temp around the world, and yet ignore the effects of H2O. But you can‘t stop the earth from water evaporating into it’s air born gas, but you CAN delude useless idiots who refuse to do their own homework. ALL gasses produce heat because ALL atmospheric gasses are in motion. Quite the contrary to the proponents of climate change, the earth REQUIRES those carbon emissions for life to even exist. If we strip a forest, it requires an excess of air born carbon to help regenerate it.
Every human alive cannot affect the total climate shifts that occur naturally. The earth will always balance itself. We can not kill it.

The basic points are, you can’t measure climate over a small scale, it’s too volatile. We only have roughly 100 years of data and that’s like pebble on a beach time wise. To try to make assumptions based on such a minuscule sample only make you look stupid. Second, it’s been MUCH MUCH warmer MANY TIMES throughout history.. And third, we aren’t even in the warmest time of the last 100 years. That was in the 30‘s it’s a fact and it’s indisputable.
If you watch Dr Bob Carter, there is only one way you could possibly still believe in anthropomorphic global warming, and that is your brain is too small to comprehend anything past the nursery tale Chicken Little. And thus you’re too stupid to have an informed opinion.

If you don’t mind 10th, I would like to add to your thoughts about water vapor. Water vapor is the most offending greenhouse gas, meaning traps the most heat, followed by methane (not cow far**) and co2 in third. Without greenhouse gases, we would be an ice ball.
The global heat energy budget is spread throughout the world via the currents in the ocean, not by ambient air temperatures. Water is a far better conductor than air or land. So, saying that global warming is real based on global air temperatures is erroneous. Which is why they say climate change now.
I wrote a couple of papers on this subject a few years ago while finishing my degree. I found that I could write a paper saying that anthropomorphic forcing is causing climate change, that man is not causing climate change, an ice age is impending and that the sun is the main driver of climate, all based on peer reviewed research.

Just like co2, it can’t be proven (demonstrated) to cause ill effects on Earth, only difference is there is no money in blaming the sun.

I cannot believe there are people that actually believe the excrement that comes out of that “creature’s” mouth(I had to get that in there, Glenn!). I guess I shouldn‘t stoop to the progressive’s level, so I apologize for the “creature” remark, something the progressive liberal whack-jobs don’t have class enough to do. Talk about a “fountain of misinformation”, Chris Matthews sure qualifies on that count!!!! I’d say HIS mask came off, but I believe that happened a long, long time ago, as it did with the rest of the lame stream media, funded by George Soros’ “Air-Head Society”, or something like that!
