Christine O’Donnell, who was crushed in Delaware, made sure to capture headlines in her final speech of the race. Among the highlights:
- “We have won” (of course a metaphorical and philosophical point)
- She asked Coons to go back and watch her 30 minute ad
- “We’ve got a lot of food, we’ve got the room all night…so let’s party”
You knew Olbermann and Maddow couldn’t pass up the opportunity:

Posted on November 3, 2010 at 1:13amSome of the Democrats lucked out this time, but in 2012 it will be a different story because the Tea Party will have two more years to strengthen their cause. I will be backing the Tea Party all the way, and we will take back our country. So the people that got rooked out of a victory tonight. We will get better and have better candidates in 2012. Christine is a winner and should be proud because she told it like it was. Coons on the other hand couldn’t do anything but try to tear her down. She has more class in her little finger than that dumbutt has in his whole body.

Posted on November 3, 2010 at 1:11amI didn‘t care for Christina’s initial campaign ad’s. They made her look terribly bad.
But I believe in her. I’m not perfect, nor is she. If I was in Delaware, I would have voted for her. At least she stayed in it to win it. At least she never backed down. At least, she got her message out there. Maybe next time. I hope!
And we did, as conservatives, win it. ROCK ON!

Posted on November 3, 2010 at 12:44amWhat a shame we will end up funding states that make bad decisions. Let the ignorant take care of themselves. They pick theyre leader…let the leader take care of them. You can’t explain a V8 engine to a frog…you can’t explain common sense capitalism to a life-long democrat. Stop being angry about things you can’t control.

Posted on November 3, 2010 at 12:27amThe government of the United states was set up to be run by the common man, not the political ruling class. Now that the election is over maybe you should crawl back in your hole and reappear in 2011. We will gladly welcome you back for your elitist attitude and for you to remind us how intellectually superior you and your ilk are to the rest of us! May God have mercy on your atheist soul for I would not piss on you if your heart was on fire.

Posted on November 2, 2010 at 11:55pmDoesn’t surprise me that Coons took Delaware, O’Donnell should be the thorn in the side of Coons as long as he is in the Senate. For those who think Mike Castle would have been better, I’ll just say that he might have been able to win Delaware, but he would have screwed us all over on Cap and Trade and bailouts. If Delaware wants Coons to represent them, let them burn in their own hell.

The republican party winning back the house has been a great victory for us in the tea party.
Because we in the tea party are not a part of either of the major parties and will certainly not succomb to pandering of the same old republican party and put them back in power.
No this time the republicans will be different, they will be…….
Tea bgging republicans!!!

Because we in the tea party are about winning, not what is best for our country.
No reason to try to start a new party that follows the tea party’s beliefs, we will just go with the republicans because they can win.
Report Post »Impeach-BO
Posted on November 3, 2010 at 2:42amYou wouldn‘t know the first thing that’s best for this country. Certainly all your sarcastic teabagging remarks are not, right?
If going with the Republicans is what it takes for right now to remove the democratic slime like you and your union thugs, then yes. Then if still need be we will create a new party but for as of right now, I think the Tea Party is just the kick in the .. that the Republican party needed. We’ll go with that.
Report Post »tea bagging patriot
Posted on November 3, 2010 at 2:50amExactly Impeach-bo,
We owe our allegience to no political party. Except the republicans.
But we’re not republicans.
Report Post »Impeach-BO
Posted on November 3, 2010 at 3:04amWrong yet again. The true Republican philosophy is smaller govt., less taxes, etc. They have strayed from that most likely because the other corrupt liberals in office persuading them and they see how cushy it is to just keep power than to actually make the hard choices and do the right thing.
So the Tea Party is a movement that started, and got a whole lot of push from Glenn Beck, to put this country back on track again from the Rs and the Ds. Your misconception is it was ever a total third party to soley elect only them. It was not. The actual “Tea Party” members have about 90% of the same beliefs that true Regan Republicans do.
This Tea Party uprising also helped push the Republicans to get back on the right track.
Report Post »tea bagging patriot
Posted on November 3, 2010 at 3:20amI totally agree impeach-bo, we are new movement. We will even welcome libertarians if they convert to christianity, and change thier views on personal freedoms.
We are definitely not the same old christian conservative wing of the republican party. This republican congress will be way different than the republican party in power under Bush.
If they are not we will just start a new party, it will be so easy to do, the only reason we have not tried already is because we love John Boehner so much we would hate to lose him.
I mean we already have Glenn Beck, did you know he was a high school educated morning zoo disc jockey and a drunk. We also have Sarah Palin, who is a half term governor and a reality TV star. How could we fail with a team like that.

What exactly are you trying to prove spewing hate rhetoric like this? I know its really hard for you vitriolic union members but you must try. Try really hard. Posted on November 3, 2010 at 1:18pmI hope a Blaze upgrade is coming soon, with some upgrades to the comments section. I have several suggestions, but a “Thumbs Up” or “Thumbs Down” system for rating peoples comments would be great. People like “Tea Bagging Patriot” (who very well may enjoy teabagging but is by no means a patriot) would get so many thumbs downs that their comments would be hidden for low rating. This is one way to minimize Troll infestation. I hope some moderator reads the comments, and considers this.
