Chuck Woolery Sits Down With Beck and Explains ‘Coming Out’ as a Conservative

If you’ve had a heartbeat and a television set over the last 20 years, chances are you know the face of Chuck Woolery. He’s a game show host legend. And recently, he’s been making a series of comedic, and conservative, short videos. They caught the eye of Glenn Beck, who invited Woolery on to Beck’s program on Thursday night to talk conservative politics in Hollywood.
Woolery explained the “code” that works as a “reverse blackball” against conservatives where, despite one’s qualifications, his politics can prevent him from getting work.
He also wondered out loud if his conservative stance was a product of growing up and understanding the world better, much like the Winston Churchill idea of if you‘re young and not liberal you don’t have a heart and if you‘re old and not a conservative you don’t have a brain, he explained.
“I feel like people really need to wake up,” he said, later adding, “we really have to wake up and take responsibility” after describing how he recently asked New Yorkers on the street about Occupy Wall St. and not one could explain it to him.
You can watch Woolery’s interview with Glenn, and also hear his thoughts on the Fabian Socialists, below:

Posted on November 4, 2011 at 11:19amIt is so good to see that there is an underground of GOOD (like Chuck) that came out! The mighty (lol) $Dollar$ does not own us all. Sure we need money, but, I have found that the closer I stay to my Maker (Jesus Christ) the more I get. In every aspect of life my God paves and pays my way. Posted on November 4, 2011 at 11:04amChuck is a patriot! Having said that, let me get off topic a bit. On 9/11/2001, America took a big hit from Muslim Islamic people who done us much harm. They hit 3 out 4 intended targets, the World Trade Center with 2 planes, The Pentagon with 1 plane and the 4th plane was stopped by some brave Americans aboard the flight 193 I think it was. It has been proven and everyone is aware that the 3rd target that wasn’t pulled off was The White House. Obama has kept our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan much longer than he promised. Why, and why is he now bringing them home soon? Is he not interested in preventing a hit on the White House or is he not planning on being there when it happens. Future announcements might make answer become much clearer in the days ahead. Let’s wait and see how long he plans on staying in the White House and then we will know which and answer is more likely!.

I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt in the middle east based off of his past performance there so far. Ya know as I watched and listened to Chuck I was keeping close attention to Beck. His wheels were spinning for sure do not be surprised if you see a Beck/ Woolery collaboration. Woolery personally is already “gearing up” to do something politically driven, it would make perfect sense to hook up with Beck and make it official. IMO What Beck wants to do with Brian Sack I dont think will work, you put Chuck(based on his 2 “comedic” youtube skits so far) in the fold and its golden. He is already tapping into where I think Beck wants to go to take on Stewart and Colbert. Put Woolery up against them and it works!
You can tell he is a true Beck fan. He has the ear of some in Hollywood and of course the know inside know how;… Beck needs this, he cant do it with Sack.
I really enjoyed listening to Woolery it would be awesome to see him and Beck team up it would tick the left off for sure! http://SavingtheRepublic.com

Ever hear of the BIBLE? I guess God’s word is crazy like Glenn when it predicts great increases in knowledge along with bigger and more frequent natural disasters, famine, pestilence, etc. for the end times. Which by the way is not the end of the earth but rather the end of the age. After armageddon Jesus reigns for a thousand years and then Satan is loosed for a season. That indicates we have a long time to go. The birth pangs as the Bible calls them have begun. In the last 20 years human knowledge has increased exponentially. Earthquakes have been happening with frightening frequency in diverse places where one would not expect them. I live on the gulf coast and hurricanes are an annual thing but in the last ten years it seems like there are more storms and more of them are hitting land as major storms. But your right, Glenn acknowleding these things and predicting a bleak near future is just CRAAAAZY talk. I’m sure you think Bible prophecy is just fairy tales also huh? Never mind that in the last 3 years food prices have gone insane. I used to pay $4 for a container of coffeee grounds…….it’s now $14 for the same container. But no, Glenn is just a nutter for pointing those facts out………..
Grow a brain moron.

Posted on November 4, 2011 at 10:57amSapper, no need to get all nasty and snarky simply for the reason that I do not believe in the superstitious writings of branze aged people and you do. Do yourself a favor and close your book of myths and look at earthquake stats for starters. Then look at long term weather patterns. You‘ll see that it’s cyclical. Also, shop around for better prices on coffee and other things. I pay 2.49 for an 11 ounce can of ground arabaca coffee – French Roast. It’s delicious. Just because there’s turmoil in the world (there always has been) doesn’t mean that those old stories in the Bible are coming true. That’s really silly if you believe it. Glenn has a bad habit of spotlighting events, facts etc. and then torturing them into fitting into his delusional outlook on life. If you’re smart enough to post here, you have the necessary skills to search out the truth about climate, current events etc. and it is NOT in the Revelation chapter in your bible. Can’t help you any more than that sapper. You’re on your own now.

Posted on November 4, 2011 at 11:40amHere’s another clue as to why Glenn is not so holy as he thinks he is – ever notice how mean the guy can be? He thinks nothing of savaging people that aren’t button-down white bread like himself. Remember last summer when that unfortunate woman from Eugene Oregon got into a skirmish with a Walmart employee over her appearance? A truly decent and wise person wouldn’t have featured that on a national radio show and then gone on to ridicule this complete stranger in such an unfair and mean-spirited way for such a long time. Personally, I feel sorry for people like that and hate to see them picked on and bullied by others. Glenn had no problem with piling on though. He’s done that a bunch of other times too. It sure as heck contradicts his claims of being such a godly person. I sense that Glenn has a real mean streak. Ever see how he clamps down on the other guys on his show from time to time when Glenn is one of his darker moods? Makes you feel sorry for the abuse those guys must have to suffer behind the scenes and you know they get it.

Posted on November 4, 2011 at 9:04amHaving not tuned into Beck’s radio show in several days, I listened yesterday and was really amazed at how much more frantic and crazy Glenn is sounding. He’s practically frothing at the mouth. His outlandish and egocentric claims that God created his silly simplistic list of things to do to “prepare for what is coming” is just one example of how delusional and unbalanced he has become over the past couple of years. His “prediction” that food prices are going up (gee, that’s a tough one to make) and his use of the price of peanut butter as an example is frigging laughable. We had a big drought so the peanut crop was poor. BIG DEAL. It happens every few years and certainly doesn’t tie in with any of his paranoid fantasies about “the end of the world as we know it” or “evil is growing” and all the other flakey, superstitious nonsense Glenn spews out. His speech patterns are also an indication of how his mental state is spiraling downhill. He sounds desperate and frantic; on the verge of breaking down emotionally. He’s selling fear and superstition constantly, so much that he has become a cartoon of his former self. It’s really very sad to see the transformation. I’m concerned that the people in his inner circle are too close to him to recognize the decline of his mental health and as such, are not taking any steps to get him help.
At any rate, Glenn Beck needs help. I don’t see how he can safely maintain this negative, emotional and delusional

The claims about attributing his actions directly to God and the supernatural are especially disturbing. Just think for a minute how believing that can give a person license to create all manner of actions and words that may really be just their own delusional (and dangerous) ideas. It’s pretty scary folks. Someone needs to step up to the plate and help Beck get his feet back on the ground before it’s too late.

But as usual, you dolts resort to attacking the messenger and miss the point. When something bad happens to Glenn, and it will someday, sooner or later, just remember that joe from the Blaze warned everyone. Glenn is increasingly volatile (he lost his voice from a screaming fit and temper tantrum a couple weeks ago for example) and it seems that even Stu and the other two sychophants have their talls between their legs from Glenn’s bullying. Man, I know one thing. I would hate like heck to have to work for that guy. He is on the verge of a nervous breakdown. When Glenn goes off, everyone will lose their job too. Stu, if you’re reading this, I hope you have an exit strategy ready since you have that new baby to worry about. Have you heard the intensity of his voice. he really believes in a lot of flaky, unproveable stuff. Come on. I know a lot of very religious people – I used to be one myself – and even they regard people that claim the things Glenn does as unstable and delusional. That lits Glenn thought up but claims came DIRECTLY from GOD for example. That’s almost blasphemous. that’s one heck of a claim to make. Arrogant too, especially for someone that’s a member of a questionable organization like the Mormon Church. Suppose Tom Cruise said something like that but replaced God with L.Ron Hubbard? I read alot of the information put forth by “Howie” and Glenn, here is a great discussion topic by “Howie” http://www.howieunveilsgodsshield.com/Blog.html?entry=the-robe-the-shield-the which led me to do some reading about the beginnings of the era of Patrick Henry, where I learned evangelicals played a major role in his plight against Englands oppression. Funny-I remember some of this stuff from school…but then again I grew up in the late 70′s-early 80′s when they still taught a little bit about the true evil that was out there. Then REDS came out……don’t even take into the account that the movie BLEW CHUNKS…but it glamorized something that for -80 years terrorized and killed millions of people. Posted on November 4, 2011 at 7:33amYes, MODERN Liberalism is a complete lie, based on the collective ideals of Marx.
CLASSICAL Liberals is what the Founders were, which, by American political spectrum, places them not on the left, but on the “extreme” right, just left of anarchists.

Report Post »I think your Model for Left and Right… as a Linear string, with Poles at opposite ends… is incorrect. Rather, the Model… is a Circle, alike the Earth, with an Axis… the Apex is the Moderate… the Nadir is the Anarchist… West is the Left and East is the Right… where Anarchists are technically Left, but turn into Libertians on the Right of the Circle.
But, the founders were not for… Taxes… for Sharing (rather for Giving), Redistribution of Wealth, nor Goverment Hand Outs… Large Government… Imperial Kings… Noble Ranks… inactive Titles… nor Mob Rule. And, this places them on the Right, near the Libertarians.

Posted on November 4, 2011 at 10:12amNo, there is no parallel string idea of the political spectrum. It’s better represented by a right triangle, not a concentric circle Contrary to wrong headed thinking there are many forms of governance, but that it ABSURD. There are 2.

There are right sides and wrong sides, black and white, left and right

Posted on November 4, 2011 at 11:12amlukerw is right…. you get a cross….. top is authoritan govt…. bottom is anarchist…. the right is free markets…. the left is socalism….. SO YOU PUT YOURSELF NOT JUST LEFT OR RIGHT… but also position yourself in the top or the bottom, depending on the ROLE YOU SEE GOVERNMENT PLAYING IN EVERYONES LIVES… so you get communists top left… fasciests top right… socialsts midleft half way to top, OUR FOUNDERS would be right and mid bottom… find where you are on this scale… its much more accurate

Posted on November 4, 2011 at 1:27pmSorry Smokey but that is exactly wrong. My former Poli-Sci Professor was a devout progressive pimp and he agree’s that the political spectrum is indeed a right triangle. A circle allows socialism to exist on both sides, and that is not just philosophically wrong, but fundamentally wrong. Germany was a statist regime under the banner of socialism, or, the tyranny of the elite. That makes them an Oligarchy, and as far away from a Republic the founders gave us as could possibly be.
It doesn’t matter what rosey name they want to paint on the face socialism it is always extreme left.
Satism = Socialism = Fascism = Social democracies = Monarchy’s, are entirely on the left.
