Last year, during the holidays and Health Care Debates and passage, he could not even stand or speak and was so intoxicated on the Senate Floor, I was even embarassed for him. I mean, he was blasted almost daily.
I wrote and asked him if there was anything he didn’t say or vote no to except booze and his own Bills.

If he tears up, I can’t find fault, as I have a habit of tearing up when something so near to my heart is mentioned or I have to talk about it and remember either the pain or the wonderful experience.
