    Another utopia California notion by Mr. Clinton. They sound good in theory but they never work as planned. Federal Government handouts are nothing but monopoly money gone amuck.

    It just goes to show how far California has sunk. This president not only got caught having sex in the WH. But also smoked pot but didn’t inhale. Now California is going to listen to him. I think California is tired of being the butt joke of America. They are losing companies left and right. Their taxes are sky high. A gallon of gas is .50 to 1.00 higher than the rest of the nation, and they are on the verge of bankruptcy.

    Here we go America. This is how the rhetoric begins. They throw the ball on the court to see if anyone wants to play. By years end there will be more unfunded bailouts, and most of that money will be heading to CA. and the retirement pensions of all these unions.

    apparently, there is a list somewhere of 3 million unfilled jobs. Bubba, if you’re reading this, please post the list so we can forward it to unemployment offices all over the country. Perhaps you are referring to jobs that have been cut and the positions not refilled?

    You can train people all you want, but unless companies are willing to hire, you will just have a well trained unemployed population.

    Bill Clinton thinks that the era of big government has finally come to stay. Bill Clinton thinks that California is too big to fail. He thinks a bailout is in order. But, I believe that California and the other fiscally irresponsible states must be allowed to fail. Sure it will cause pain but it will quickest path to recovery.

    Look no further than L.A. how last month they said they can’t keep adding illegals children to the heath care roll anymore.$51 million a month and growing at close to a million a month.That’s what you get with six million illegals in your state when 30% of your economy in L.A is underground.

    A check from the government (taxpayers) to help train workers to fill the jobs? Get out of our lives, already!

They all get all reports and all alerts and are deeply involved in politics of our countryin a way that they shouldn’t be! They are retired. They were not re-elected and should not be getting insider information!

    So for Clinton the only state that seems to matter is California? The other 49 states have to support the most fiscally irresponsible and debt ridden of the country?

    Got an idea, three million jobs posted for three weeks? By the federal government for the ‘shovel ready’ jobs that do not exist? Federal checks to retrain all of these people for non-existent jobs? and how does he claim the now 25% cuts to education and similar junk that is nowhere in the rights Deal with America?

    Mr Clinton you have been thinking you still are President, just like your wife thinks she will be and Mr Obama thinks he actually may be – all in a state of denial like normal!!!

      I thought these Guy would go away but here He is ‘Still’. Have you noticed Democrats never go away? Clinton and Carter are in the news every week. The two Republicans ex-Presidents are never in the news. I will never vote for someone who doesn’t go away after 4 or 8 years.

      I think the protagonist was named Bill and he duped a population into giving him their undying love and admiration by dangling carrots and other things; blue dresses come to mind and perjury and carrots dangling . . . . everywhere small illusions of smaller and smaller carrots dangling . . . for eight long dangling years . . .       California is so used to the Social programs, they want more, and it’s like a dependence on drugs, they sucked at the teat of the big Hollywood types for so long and got used to it, that they have no desire to live without it… The sad part Jerry Brown will be no different and that State will finally collapse and the rest of the country will have to bail them out.

      not jobs but production is the goal of an economy. the man looks to put the cart before the horse. consumption jobs will produce as much wealth as a wall will prevent the immigration problem. Its this idea we have in America that we must treat the symptom but not the disease. Instead of having even the smallest grasp of economics and realizing that people are out of work because production has gone overseas where there is less taxes and less regulation he simply says we must borrow from those who are producing in order to prop up an illusion of production in the form of jobs. This is not only to full the world banks but to full himself into thinking that he is human, or at the very least wants to be.
      The sad truth is that a human must produce more then he consumes and must think in order to do so. Something many on the communist left and judeo Christian right have been trying to live without for 2000 years now. The moral deficit they create will be paid for by the slave producers they tax. So long as it helps them fill bettor about there betrayed self esteem I suppose its ok :(
