Everyone is just letting it lie around. But if we get enough people together wanting this fast tracked so we can get a vote, Constitutional or Unconstitutional. So the people in the States know how to plan their budget and the real people know where we stand. I think Obama is afraid for it to be fast tracted because he thinks it will be ruled unconstitutional. He does not want this to come up before the election but I think it should.
