Word has just been released that CNN is canceling its 6 p.m. news program “John King, USA.” Politico reports that the show’s host will now become the network’s national campaign correspondent.
Politico explains:
According to an internal memo circulated Wednesday obtained by POLITICO, Wolf Blitzer’s “Situation Room” will be expanded to a three-hour program, and begin airing from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. starting next month. King is expected to contribute to this program, as well as others, including “AC360.”
The network, which has been devastated with a dip in viewership in recent months, also announced other personnel decisions as part of its move to expand its coverage in Washington. Joe Johns has been assigned the CNN crime and justice correspondent, while senior producer Suzanne Kelly will take on the role of intelligence correspondent.
But King seems to be taking the change in his stride, at least that’s how it seemed on Twitter, where he tweeted the following in response:

Amazingly simple remedies:
1. Avoid cutting yourself when slicing vegetables by getting someone else to hold the vegetables while you chop.
2. Avoid arguments with the females about lifting the toilet seat by using the sink
3. For high blood pressure sufferers ~ simply cut yourself and bleed for a few minutes,
thus reducing the pressure on your veins. Remember to use a timer..
4. A mouse trap placed on top of your alarm clock will prevent you from rolling over and going back to sleep after you hit the snooze button.
5. If you have a bad cough, take a large dose of laxatives. Then you’ll be afraid to cough.
6. You only need two tools in life – wd-40 and duct tape.
If it doesn’t move and should, use the wd-40. If it shouldn’t move and does, use the duct tape.
7. If you can’t fix it with a hammer, you’ve got an electrical problem.
8. If all you have to watch is cnn, it is time to find the off switch.
Daily thought:
some people are like slinkies –
not really good for anything but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.

Okay, it’s not a remedy, but more “simple life advice” – If you light a fire for a man, he’ll stay warm for a day. If you light a man on fire, he’ll stay warm for the rest of his life.

Report Post »gofer
Posted on June 13, 2012 at 1:19pmThey just don’t seem to get it. People are sick of their leftist cheering. If they tried to be a little more balanced and just report the news and stop AVOIDING reporting on anything negative about obama. You can’t tick off half the country and expect your ratings to increase. People on the right just want to hear news, not constant flow of leftist slanted reporting.

Three hours of the “Wolfe-man” is all we need. He fits somewhere below live feeds of birthing camels and ghost-stories. CNN needs a simple thing. It is called a mirror… I’m sorry, John who?

Posted on June 13, 2012 at 4:17pmI responded to a post and reported it accidently. Sorry. I meant to respond to Boliver by saying that I’m inclined to agree with him. As things became more partisan, CNN chose the dark side and here they are, on the brink of extintion. Fox simply openned up options for viewers not interested in teh democrat/liberal/nowmarxist spin of things.
