CNN’s Gay Porn Citizen Reporter Fired From Teaching Job

One of CNN’s citizen reporters, Sean Loftis, also happens to be a gay porn personality named “Collin O’Neal.” In a drastic career change, he left the business to become a Miami-Dade county substitute schoolteacher, but was fired when school officials found out about his former life as a porn actor. So what did CNN’s racy citizen journalist do? Went back to making porn films, naturally.
Gawker gives us the details:
O’Neal, who first came to my attention on his (NSFW) website World of Men, has covered floods and crocodile attacks for CNN’s iReport, the section that allows citizen journalists to send in their photos and videos of news events. He gave up porn (and maybe citizen journalism) last spring when he decided to pursue teaching full time and worked as a substitute teacher in the Miami-Dade county public school system.
When some school officials found out about his former career, his teaching credentials were revoked. It seems a clause in the school district code says teachers must “conduct themselves, both in their employment and in the community, in a manner that will reflect credit upon themselves and the school system.”
It seems curious that school officials did not find out about Loftis’ former career during the routine background check they surely must have conducted prior to offering Loftis the job.
One also wonders what footage the citizen journalist will deliver to CNN next.

He saw no problem with it. How morally bankrupt do you need to be to see no wrong in that? Then he actually managed to get through the education screening process to actually end up in a class room and only when his past was made evident was he fired. This pustule of a man was teaching someone’s children already. D@mn it…when are we going to wake up and realise the true battle to save this country isn’t with the voter, it’s with the children. The professional left and it’s liberal allies have worked for decades on our children creating good little socialists. They knew the adults were not the answer, but generations of indoctrinated children would grow into steadfast liberals to simply “breed out” the aging adults. A more sinister strategy one cannot imagine. Its time to take the schools back. No more lilly-livered efforts. It’s time to get the schools purged of these liberal vermin. Yes I said “purge”..being good little Marxists the lefties I’m sure would recognize an allusion to Stalin.

Homosexuality is not a choice, people are born that way. If you think homosexuality is a choice this obviously at some point in your life you chose not be gay.

Arne Duncan, Obama’s Education Secretary, is an openly-avowed homosexual. He is aggressively pursuing a teaching agenda that promotes homosexuality. I recently attended a School Board meeting in my local district, where they revealed that in the 2012 school year, all school must use a federally-mandated curriculum instead of a State-mandated one. This curriculum includes an aggressive agenda promoting homosexuality, including even specific textbooks teaching kids about gay sex. This is indoctrination, NOT education!
He is worse than a bad teacher. He is pushing an agenda that is antithetical to family, Christianity, and morality. Brem said it right — time to home school the kids! It can be done! One of my best friends has been doing it for almost 20 years!

Homeschool is a good option. My wife home schooled both of ours for about three years. Now they are in a private christian school, run by our local baptist church. homeschool put them on a path of good study habbits, and tends make students that are not easily swayed by peer preasure/and politics of kids.

The other 99% of kids in public school still get indoctrinated which ultimately has a corrupting effect on society as a whole. We have got to wrest control over school curriculum from the Feds and put it back with the states and local communities.

I have a few associates that are gay. I personally like them. They are fun, and lively. But it disgusts me when I see them snuggle with another man. Or see pictures of them holding hands and kissing. The lifestyle is morally wrong and goes against the fabric of society, as do many of the things that heterosexuals do that I also bash. As I don’t give leniency towards perverted hetero behavior, I also won’t give leniency towards perverted gay behavior. I think it’s fine if a person chooses a lifestyle that I think is wrong. But I will not tolerate it if it may have an evil influence upon my family, especially my children. So I expect my hetero friends behave themselves as well as my gay friends. If they don’t I will leave. And I have at times with my hetero friends. If they are true friends they will know where you stand and respect the boundaries you set for yourself and family. It seems to me that many gay men (I don’t know any gay women) say to reject my behavior is to reject me. If they feel that way then I can’t be a friend with them ( I will continue to be a kind associate and friendly). Those I personally know understand there are many people who don’t accept that lifestyle and respect the people around them by conducting themselves in a dignified way. I love many people, but I will never CHOOSE to have sex with the vast majority of them!
Even someone who experiences same-sex attraction has a CHOICE whether to engage in that behavior or not. No one coerces them into that action. Last I checked, race is NOT a choice. Sex IS! Most people choose NOT to have sex with someone they love, even those they may find visually and aesthetically attractive. We do that for moral reasons all the time!
To suggest that it is bigotry to consider some behavior and some choices to be immoral would suggest that, finding ALL sin named in the Bible to be repugnant, is therefore also bigotry and intolerance. Is it therefore bigoted to find adultery, murder, and child abuse to be repugnant? Is it bigoted therefore to think of theft as a crime? Where does it end? Is there NO crime therefore, that is still a crime? Would you label all rejection of moral failure as bigoted? Is that not a form of bigotry — a hypocritical one at that — against people who maintain Biblical values and faith, and who consider the Bible’s teachings on the matter to be the last word?

I don’t do it just to have a few friends. I have all the friends I need in my marriage. The friendships outside of marriage are something that develops naturally. Although I choose my friends I choose those who accept me as a person. Not only the people who accept my behavior. The gay people I am associated with I get along with. With some we see eye to eye on over 75% of views. We enjoy the same sports, tv shows, music, etc. So as long as they are respectable they have earned my respect and friendship. As I stated earlier it is mostly the straight friends I have who are the most offensive around me. Which is not to say they are always offensive or they would not be my friends. The same with the gay associates. As I mentioned they show enough respect to me as to not make things awkward. That in itself is an act of respect and something a friend would do. So if you want to drop all gay people from your friend list go right ahead. But I’ll choose for myself thank you very much.

I intentionally spammed 4 separate Blaze postings to see if I could get their attention & raz them into policing their own articles and do a bit of editorial proofreading before posting since far too many of their stories are rife with errors or half truths.
I’m okay with a few typos now & then but their website is awash in them.
Obviously my repeated e-mails directly to their staff hasn’t helped so maybe a bit of public ribbing in the wee hours of the night when things are slow will help.
