Congressman on Stopping Illegal Aliens: ‘Anything Short of Shooting Them’

Yesterday, Alabama Republican Congressman Mo Brooks told TV station WHNT-TV that he will do anything “anything short of shooting” illegal aliens in order to stem the tide of illegal immigration into this country.

The video speaks for itself:
As context, Alabama recently passed a state law that, starting in September, will penalize employers for having illegal aliens on the payroll, and requires public schools to determine a student’s citizenship.

My very next door neighbors (in my tiny studio apartment hallway) are a family of Mexicans (5 kids + the rents in bunk beds!) that I assume to be illegal. They are my neighbors and I care for them as such.
Report Post »Situations such as these and the pisas who cross the border constantly peddling dope are completely different. Well intentioned illegals dont go near the border, not ever. They go to work, church and family functions. Period. Securing the border will not adversely effect the positive members of our communities. Border travel these days is only worth it to folks looking to pull a profit off of legal discrepancies (like drugs). For example, here in LA, black tar heroin is everywhere (especially white kids in the valley). The pisas get it an hour away from town for 5 bucks a gram and turn around and sell it to us for 80 or 100. That is a profit worth risking your life, definitely a profit worth risking the lives of others. Thus, the cartels. Secure the borders or start making cheap dope, this is simply capitalism at work. Note this dope comes from Afghanistan and pays for terrorism. The only drug easier to find than Afghan Heroin in LA is weed. Say what you want about policy, but the money is being made on the streets, and it is being made.

The innocuous one is more insidious because he is held up as harmless, but he’s not. If you look at individuals? WooHoo! They’re wonderful people. If you look at the big picture? Crap! It’s an invasion. An act of war. I’d prefer to be awake and aware when somebody comes to take my country. That way I can fight back. That’s just me, though.

What makes them so much better or more important than the Hindu, French, German, African, Dutch, Russian, or Aussie person etc that they get to cut in line (or sneak over it) at everybody’s expense? At a higher rate than ever, by percentage, people of other countries are coming in the front door and are filing their papers yet the people in Mexico are saying they shouldn’t “have” to. Claiming your entitled to be here is a slap in the face to the REAL immigrants that want to be here as a registered citizen to actually be an American of some sort. If your from Mexico and achieved citizenry legally and are getting all upset reading this…don’t. That‘s not who we’re mad at. Its those cheapening you’re doing it the honest way.

I literally could not get one hospital worker to even LOOK at me! When my Doctor saw my son, he said he needed to go to the hospital. When I told him we had been at the hospital for the past eleven hours, he treated my son in his office. This was for Asthma. At the time, my son was 2 yrs old. He is going to be 16 in two weeks. My Insurance was charged $50 for signing in at the ER. I got it reversed. This is not a new problem.

Or is it because they don’t want to upset potential campaign donations. In the vast majority of situations it is not that hard to sense a person is illegal, and really not that hard to check their status. Start fining the small and medium businesses $250,000 for every incident of hiring an illegal. We can earmark it for the deficit. If they word gets back there are no jobs to take from Americans, perhaps a few less will bother making the trip.

I got five and a half years more to go.” Could our elections truly be Fixed (Bought and Paid For) in the Electoral College and, that our individual votes actually account for nothing?
