ISLAMABAD (Reuters) – Photographs acquired by Reuters and taken about an hour after the U.S. assault on Osama bin Laden’s compound in Abbottabad in Pakistan show three dead men lying in pools of blood, but no weapons.
The photos, taken by a Pakistani security official who entered the compound after the early morning raid on Monday, show two men dressed in traditional Pakistani garb and one in a t-shirt, with blood streaming from their ears, noses and mouths.
The official, who wished to remain anonymous, sold the pictures to Reuters.
None of the men looked like bin Laden. President Barack Obama decided not to release photos of his body because it could have incited violence and used as an al Qaeda propaganda tool, the White House said on Wednesday.
Based on the time-stamps on the pictures, the earliest one was dated May 2, 2:30 a.m., approximately an hour after the completion of the raid in which bin Laden was killed.
Other photos, taken hours later at between 5:21 a.m. and 6:43 a.m. show the outside of the trash-strewn compound and the wreckage of the helicopter the United States abandoned. The tail assembly is unusual, and could indicate some kind of previously unknown stealth capability.
Reuters is confident of the authenticity of the purchased images because details in the photos appear to show a wrecked helicopter from the assault, matching details from photos taken independently on Monday.

First, if the guys were unarmed, that would suggest that the residents of the compound felt fairly safe without weapons. Which would suggest that they were being protected possibly by the Pakistani military or government and were trying to avoid raising suspicion from neighbors.
Just because there were no weapons in the photos, that doesn‘t mean that there weren’t any.
Trash is everywhere in the middle east. They treat the world like their trash can. I don’t know why the liberal hippies feel such a kinship with the arabs and the middle east in general.

President Obama was literally pulled from a golf outing and escorted back to the White House to be informed of the mission. Upon his arrival there was a briefing held which included Bill Daley, John Brennan, and a high ranking member of the military. When Obama emerged from the briefing, he was described as looking “very confused and uncertain.” The president was then placed in the situation room where several of the players in this event had already been watching the operation unfold. Another interesting tidbit regarding this is that the Vice President was already “up to speed” on the operation. A source indicated they believe Hillary Clinton had personally made certain the Vice President was made aware of that day’s events before the president was. The now famous photo released shows the particulars of that of that room and its occupants. What that photo does not communicate directly is that the military personnel present in that room during the operation unfolding, deferred to either Hillary Clinton or Robert Gates. The president’s role was minimal, including their acknowledging of his presence in the room.

Listen, if Pam Geller posts this on her site…it is worthy of our attention…The White House Insider has been posting now and again over the past 2+ years and has some really insightful things to say about the idiot in the Oval Office…Once you’ve read the article…you more than understand why they keep changing their minds depending upon who the media talks to from the Administration…It also explains the look on Obama’s face (the pic of all them in the situation room) and why he’s sitting across the room and not really “the focus”…the article said that those in the room hardly even acknowledged his presence when he finally showed up!

To deny the Muslims a martyre. If they buried this murderer on land, the Muslims would find his burial site and errect a freaking shrine around him and ‘honor’ this man. At least when him buried at sea, his body will be basically destroyed after a few years (or less, I don’t know the exact time it takes for a body to decompose in se water) it also denies the Muslims the ability to make in this ‘mans’ (I use that word loosely) case.
