Couric Makes it Official: I‘m Leaving ’CBS Evening News’

Katie Couric just made it official: she is leaving the “CBS Evening News.”

The announcement came in an exclusive interview with People Magazine:

“I have decided to step down from the CBS Evening News,” Couric tells PEOPLE exclusively. “I’m really proud of the talented team on the CBS Evening News and the award-winning work we‘ve been able to do in the past five years in addition to the reporting I’ve done for 60 Minutes and CBS Sunday Morning. In making the decision to move on, I know the Evening News will be in great hands, but I am excited about the future.”

[...]

“I am looking at a format that will allow me to engage in more multi-dimensional storytelling,” she says, adding that other details, including when and where the show will air, are “still being discussed.”

Couric’s full interview will be available in the latest edition of People, which hits newsstands Friday.

The main stream media referring to things the exact same way as they were first by Soros funded media. This is going to be the proof that puts the MSM down. Its like they have been cheating on their final exam from BIG brother Soros. All someone has to do is go back through the stories and connect the dots just like most of America has. You will find the same phrases from the liberal media at the same time.

I lost all respect for her and that Nicole Wallace when they tried to play GOTCHA with the wonderful, real and decent SARAH PALIN. SARAH has done beautifully well since then. I have no idea what ever happened to “CHARLIE” but after making a total A out of himself..I’ve never heard about him again.

THE STRENGTH of the AMERICAN PEOPLE is that we’re not idiots. WE can tell the difference between real and faux…fooled by our desires for our country (hence the OBAMA debacle) but you don’t get to fool us twice. I think she still owes Palin an apology. I’m also happy not to have to see Nicole Wallace all over FOX any more. NOW if they could just get rid of KARL (hot-shot) ROVE and Huckleberry Red Neck Progressive RINO we’d be in great shape over there…well…there‘s still O’Reilly but except for his love affair with Obama, he has his good moments! :)
