This is not the way to convince the judge he made a mistake by revoking your bail.
A Springfield, MA man lost it in court yesterday when he heard that a judge was revoking his bail as the result of some drug charges. Instead of accepting his punishment, he charged directly at the judge — and it was all caught on camera:
From local CBS 3:
Orland Ocasio was in court Wednesday to be arraigned on drug possession charges, after he was arrested Tuesday night in West Springfield. Judge William Boyle revoked the 26-year-old’s bail because he violated the his probation. That’s when Ocasio lost control and had to be subdued by court officers. He was taken into custody and now could face more charges stemming from this outburst.

Posted on March 23, 2011 at 2:51pmEric Holder just entered a law suit against a school district who denied a teacher the right to go on a pilgrimage to Mecca for three weeks in December. Discrimination…
Report Post »If he sees this I am sure he will sue for the right of this man to hit the judge. Otherwise he is being discriminated against and will feel bad about himself.
Come on 2012. Did you know that when Jefferson became President he fired half the Federal judges because they were not following the Constitution? Give anyone a thought for action by the new Congress in 2013?

Posted on March 23, 2011 at 4:39pmSome of you do not get it… Crimes made up by crooks (legislatures) to collect money. No one was hurt where is the wrong of this man that he has to go to jail. No harm no Crime….You people don’t
Report Post »get it if you get ticket for speeding who have you committed a “crime/ or civil matter” too? No one yet you have to pay a fine or and extortion fee to stay out of your jail.. By the way its Your Court and some of you allow Your Court to enslave you with paying these fines.. These fines go to pay for the courts. Believe me there are too many people who do not know or understand their rights out there !!!!!
