‘Cracker’: Man Says He Was Assaulted on NYC Subway for Being White

When 29-year old Jason Fordell was traveling home from Lower Manhattan in the wee hours of Sunday morning, he didn’t expect to be brutally mugged and robbed. But the young man who sells hand-designed leather accessories at local night clubs says that’s exactly what happened while riding the subway. Police confirm that part of his story. But what’s still in question is why he was attacked. According to Fordell, it was because he was white.
29-year-old Jason Fordell, who says he was attacked for being white.
“Everyone on the train was egging them on,” Fordell told the New York Daily News regarding his ride home to the Bronx.
“People started saying stupid little comments – cracker this, white boy this, f—-t this,” Fordell said. “I told them the only reason they were saying this is there was four of them and one of me.”
The Daily News describes the attack:
As the train continued into the Bronx, the confrontation became physical, he said.
“I was in a headlock, punched and kicked on the floor,” Fordell said.
Then a passenger decided to join in – declaring, “Oh, I get a few shots, too,” before kicking and punching Fordell in the head, according to cops.
When Fordell finally left the train at his Fordham Road stop, his original attackers snatched his bag and ran. Inside was $2,900 worth of merchandise, cops said.
Fordell tried to chase the men once off the train, but was beaten again. By the time cops arrived, the attackers were gone. However, authorities did nab a fifth man who participated in the beating but stayed on the train.
So far, that man has only been charged with felony gang assault and robbery, but no hate crime. The Daily News says the case has not been turned over to the hate crimes unit because the NYPD has not yet determined if race was the main reason behind the assault.
“They have to look at whether that was the motivation before the robbery,” a police source told the Daily News.
As for Fordell, the motivation seems clear. And his injuries are a reminder:
“I had a whole lot of bleeding from my skull,” he told the Daily News. “My eye is swollen five different colors. There was blood in my urine. I have a footprint on my back and on the back of my neck.”

Let the illegal foreign nationals, gangs and minorities have it. Let them have the high taxes, high crime rate, the corruption and the filth of that city. This one little detail was not discussed in the election of BHO. However I noted that after the pride settled and the real BHO was exposed that pride would turn later into anger and resentment. We saw many cases of this since his election, blacks appear to be going crazy all of the US as if doing some kind of primal victory dance that never stops. I myself have been treated significantly different by normal everyday Blacks in my area. Why the odd change all of a sudden I ask? Could having a black president bring out the best or worse in a people…I report, you decide. Just and factual observation, keep your angry comments to yourself.

Personal examples:
– A good friend was trying to exit the store with her shopping cart and she was cut-off and pushed aside by a black woman who said “We have black man in the white house & that means I get to go first”.
– Another good friend witnessed a white man shouting at a black man riding his bicycle that “having a n-word president doesn’t mean n-word’s have the right to be on our [whites] roads”
I have no doubt things like this have occurred many, many times in many places for many years & have always believed them to be wrong in every sense, but the wide-spread growth & intensity of these situations is frightening. Added to the rising levels of economic desperation & political polarization, our society is moving closer & closer to the “tipping point”. And it won’t be pretty when it tips.
America is being destroyed from within on every level. We are eating our own.

Posted on July 18, 2011 at 1:53pmI was a missionary for my church (mormon) ten years ago in the Bronx. I an attest to the persecution against whites there. I would recieve death threats often. Several times groups of teenagers would throw rocks, beer bottles, etc at us as we walked by. Some of the missionaries in the area were attacked at knife-point, mugged at gun-point, all while being called the common ‘white man’ insults (*******, etc). Real racism in all of its forms is bad.

It may seem enticing to go after fire with so-called fire, but all we are doing is validating it. “Hate crimes” need to be struck down, it is subjective–VERY subjective and protects only one side in the argument while excluding a large part of the population in favor of political correctness. Does anyone understand that political correctness is a nudge in the way of permanently censoring you? First, you self censor, next, as it becomes the norm, a law is passed that seals the deal. Wake up. UK anyone?

Posted on July 18, 2011 at 12:49pmNot only would he have been arrested for brandishing a firearm (labeled as such when you pull a gun with no lethal threat against you) and using excessive force (they were only going to beat him ALMOST to death, so no worries), he would have been charged, first and foremost, with the hate crime. Those people were only robbing and beating him because the white guy was shooting at them solely because they were black.

Three: There have been instances of white kids beating blacks and all you need is an allegation of just one racial epithet said before, during, or after the assault and it’s suddenly a hate crime….One instance comes to mind when white kids beat a black kid who was in their neighborhood looking to steal bikes ( the black kid admitted to the police that was what he was doing ) one of the white kids allegedly used racial insults and is now serving time for a hate crime.

He was beaten and thrown to the dirty floor of the subway all the while as they hurled racial epithets at him. One said “Let me get a few hits in” as they pummeled him on the floor. No one stepped in to help and it seemed everyone on the train was in cahoots with the White males. He tried to chase them but was only beat down once more and robbed of approximately $5000 in merchandise. Only one suspect was caught as he was stupid enough to remain on the train. He suffered multiple skull fractures, cuts, bruising and may suffer permanent damage. He told them the only reason your doing this is that their are ten of you and only one of my kind. Frankly this correspondent is sick to his stomach. How could they do such a thing?

The black security guard that was there just watched and when the police arrived they let the black girls go uncharged. Its however getting very hard to see good any more in most cases. It just seems to be gone now. I am a white female and was doing drugs at the time….strange because I mostly experienced the goodness of the people there who often saved me from my stupid self……I was the ONLY white person I ever saw there in ALL that time (except for two or three white cops)….once I was even arrested while a black girl who was with me was let go (the drugs were on my person and not on her) while the WHITE officers took me to jail…….I am puzzled…..and I am in no way denying the bad things that go on…….

Oh, I’m not an idiot, I understand racism, sexism, etc., but you know what? It’s been around forever and we all have to deal with it in one fashion or another. Wasn’t it Philip or Nathanial who said “what good could come out of Nazareth?” prejudice even then, and all he had to do was meet Jesus to know …. Prejudice or not, racism or not, CRIME IS CRIME and needs to be treated as such.

I didn‘t know about that phrase’s origin, but as a kid the Baptist Church I was taught that it meant no matter how bad someone beat the snot out of you, NO HITTING BACK. Well I guess I was a pretty good Baptist UNTIL the first time I got whacked by a school bully. I followed my religious teachings and got my A$$ HAMMERED BAD. My old man “Splained It To Me” and so I beat the Cr@p out the bully boy with a bag filled with rocks. D@mn near killed him in the process, that seemed to “Adjust ” his attitude quite well, so ever since, I’ve just stuck with my bag of rocks or whatever was required.

There would come no shock to me if the DOJ actually initiated an investigation of the victim for matters of inciting a riot or such due to race baiting with him simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time and carrying stuff for those who are not paying their fair share of the wealth.
Heed my warning on this matter — we are now at the turning point on the path into the future; there is coming a single event that will, as in Tunisia, act as the Archduke Ferdinand moment and ignite the fires across the land — change will come as a result.
What will make the difference is wheather we choose as a people, to keep the changes peaceful or spiral down into a full out civil war or revolution that will forever destroy the nation.
