Dean Potter, according to a reporter, is something of a daredevil. You have to be, presumably, to agree to cross China’s Enshi Grand Canyon with no safety harness or protective gear on the equivalent of a tightrope.
Potter can be seen crossing a 40 meter stretch more than a mile off the ground, seemingly jamming to his music. The reporter noted that, because he had no rope or safety net, “if he falls, he falls.”
Remarkably, Potter was able to complete the superhuman task in under two minutes– taking the last few steps at a graceful run!
