Speaking before a crowd in Ohio, President Obama announced his New Year’s resolution: To “get out of Washington” and “spend more time” campaigning with everyday “folks.”
Critics of the president might argue, however — that after spending a lavish vacation in Hawaii, and having taken multiple jaunts away from the the Capitol throughout his term — Obama spends precious little time in Washington to begin with.
