Dead Blackbirds Fall From the Sky Over Arkansas Town…Again

Dead Blackbirds Fall From the Sky Over Beebe Arkansas

BEEBE, Ark. (The Blaze/AP) — It’s happened again in a central Arkansas town. Dozens of dead blackbirds rained down on Beebe for the second New Year’s Eve in a row, after thousands fell from the sky last year.

Local ABC affiliate KATV showed a radar image that apparently showed a large mass over Beebe a few hours before midnight Saturday. By 7 p.m., residents were calling in to report “birds on the streets,” Beebe Police Officer John Weeks said.

“We started shutting down fireworks,” he said. “We’re working on cleaning up the birds now.”

He said police were working with animal control workers and others to remove the birds and determine a death count.

“We’re not sure if they’re going to continue to fall throughout the night. I can’t tell you,” Weeks said.

Scientists last year said the loud cracks and booms from celebratory fireworks likely sent 4,000 birds into such a tizzy that they crashed into homes, cars and each other before plummeting to their deaths last New Year’s Eve. The birds landed on roofs, sidewalks, streets and fields. One struck a woman walking her dog. Another hit a police cruiser.

Beebe animal control worker Hearst Taylor told KATV the reason for the bird deaths this year isn’t yet known.

The blackbird die-off, coupled with tens of thousands of dead drum fish that washed up on the shores of the Arkansas River, flung the state into the national headlines and drew conspiracy theorists and filmmakers to the town about 30 miles northeast of Little Rock that shares Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe’s last name.

“It’s just got to be a pain in my career,” Beebe Police Chief Wayne Ballew said.

Prior to this New Year’s Eve, Ballew said he wouldn’t be surprised if people sit out on their front porches in case the winged creatures fall from the sky again.

“I guess we could have an annual blackbird watch,” he said with a laugh. “People can just bring their umbrellas, open them up and walk through the neighborhood and hope they don’t get hit.”

While I sort of refuse to go all the way with some passing thoughts I have had about events, I will not rule out anything. Do you really believe that we know the full scope of anything anymore? I don’t think it is possible… too many agendas going on in too many places with too many different humans. I am not a Ron Paul supporter but do ya really think Ron Paul figures here at all?

No, this is fireworks and someone is purposely aiming to where the birds roost.

And yes we are being poisoned but not by our government…things like the dyes they put in in processed meat is a known poison (you are more likely to buy a pink hotdog than a white one). If anything, we need a stronger FDA and EPA. I remember when the EPA was a private organization…but it’s purpose is to protect us from the polluters.

I grew up in Beebe and when my wife and i first married we lived in the neighborhood where these birds roost. There are literally tens of thousands of them that invade a wooded area next to the subdivision. They cover everything in that part of town with bird crap and if you walk out around dusk you are giong to get covered as well. They need to be killed off as they are a nussance. This video is a little tease of how bad it is around dusk, but i have seen it worse than this at times.

It was nice when Hitler burned down the Reichstag too but birds falling out of the sky en mass is not natural and it’s not global warming. Birds falling out of the sky for no apparent reason is a queer mystery.

Fools! This is God’s wrath against the gays. God’s own pastor Cindy Jacobs explains:

“Let’s talk about this Arkansas pattern and say, could it be a pattern? We’re going to watch and see. But the blackbirds fell to the ground in Beebe, Arkansas. Well the Governor of Arkansas’ name is Beebe. And also, there was something put out of Arkansas called “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” by a former Governor, this was proposed, Bill Clinton. As so, could there be a connection between this passage [Hosea 4] and now that we’ve had the repeal of the Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, where people now legally in the United States have broken restraints with the Scripture because the Scripture says in Romans 1 that homosexuality is not allowed.

It could be because we have said it’s okay for people who commit these kinds of acts to be recognized in our military for the first time in our history, there is a potential that there is something that actually happened in the land where a hundred thousand drum fish died and also where these birds just fell out of the air.”

Gay people and DADT caused God to kill the birds. Same thing with Katrina according to Pat Roberts. End of story, nuff said.

JZ, I usually ignore your comments, but I’d like to sorta agree with you on this. However, your two examples are just two examples and it’s not like these kinds of Christians have state run TV running cartoons on how to be suicide bombers. And muslims actually kill gays. But I’d challenge you to give me examples of Muslims Americans killing gays, killing Americans, committing acts of terrorism or whatever. You can‘t because it’s virtually unknown, especially compared to other crimes in the United States. There are a million Muslims in the US, and I don’t doubt you can find a crazy one or two, just as you can find crazy Christian or two, but outside those two (that many would point to at representative of an entire group), Muslims are as American and law abiding as anyone else, maybe more so.

The sky would literally be BLACK with them. 100′s of 1,000′s if not MILLIONS of them!

Later, it was discovered, they carry and transmit (via guano), “histoplasmosis” a.k.a., “cave disease,“ ”ohio valley disease,“ ”reticuloendotheliosis,“ ”spelunkers’ lung,” etc.

Starlings and blackbirds = flying rats, imho.

Interesting note: Johnny Cash sang about it in “Beans for Breakfast” and even identified its cause of transmission.
“Caught a cold with the windows open

The Ark of the Covenant is buried at the foot of Mount Nebo; not in Jordan but in ARKansas. It was brought here and hidden by the Knights Templar in the early 14th century after they found it under the Temple Mount in Jerusalem along with the Temple Treasure, The Holy Grail and a large portion of the Library of Alexandria. The Library went to the Vatican, the Grail could be several places, the Treasure was hidden on Oak Island but the ARK was considered too dangerous to be kept near large populations. The Templars sailed from Oak Island down the St. Lawrence and finally to Lake Superior. They left a marker stone at Kensington, MN then proceeded down the Mississippi River then followed the Arkansas River to where Mount Nebo is located and buried the Ark there. I would guess that the fish kills and bird deaths in Arkansas are due to the Ark becoming active and may be a sign that the countdown to 12/21/2012 has begun.

Funny you mention Pagans with the name Richard Lion Heart. He was from the Plantagenet line of French Kings from Anjou. They were called the “Devils’ Brood” because legend had it they had demonic origins, probably because they could be traced back to the Melusine, a water sprite who was said to be the mother of the line. They are also connected to the Merovingians who were Gnostics and believed they were descended from Jesus. Richard was said to have often remarked of his family that they “come of the devil, and to the devil they would go.” As for the Ark being under Mt. Nebo, I nowhere said it was fact; I was only putting forth a theory. I suggest you get off your high horse and maybe look up some of the things I’ve put forward and you just might have some fun.

I didn’t graduate high school, got my G.E.D. at 16 though and passed all subjects with above average scores. Goes to show you that education does not equal intelligence. Anyhow, attacking me on everything but the point I was making is a futile attempt to present your view (what view?). Well, riddle me how the Templars managed to travel so far into the continent without encountering any tribes that lived all along their route and not get their skulls cracked by mutually hostile tribes that indulged in skull cracking with an unquenched passion–noble savages they were. And almost 2 centuries before Columbus. Yes, I know that there were some Viking expeditions, but they got only as far as the Great Lakes and vicinity (two days walk from the lakes).

But, if the Ark is located in Arkansas, it would be at Beebe. Something may trigger the ark once a while and it kills the birdies. Which would be a relatively small feat given that it was supposed to irradiate whole armies into a fertilizer.

You just take a twenty gage out when the clouds of them are flying in to roost and two or three shells into the cloud will get you supper. A family activity was plucking and cleaning blackbirds.

DO NOT push forward anymore of this carbon credit b.s. until we know what the powers that be are actually spraying. Why do we now have aluminum impervious seeds? Come on… open your eyes and look up!

Hosea 4:1-3 Hear the word of the Lord, ye children of Israel: for the Lord hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land.
    2. By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood.
    3. Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.

Amen, such is this world, this country we live in. I am ashamed and sorrowful at the state of this country, I speak truth to family and friends and only a small part acknowledges the evident, common sense, truth before their eyes. The truth is that lies are plentiful from ALL our so-called leaders.

I remember when the birds died the last time..It never occurred to me that setting off these fireworks could kill all ot these birds..They say that the windmills are killing birds and bats in droves..I love birds and if you haven’t seen the role that bats play in polllination.,,then you are indeed missing something..it is beautiful and an important part of our eco system..

Hey maybe it‘s a district that didn’t vote for Clinton or Obama Bin Laden and this is the liberals way of getting back at them, poisonous emissions that are being felt by the more sensitive bird population, but only blackbirds so the liberals can eventually say it was those evil ‘black-hating’ republicans fault (following the liberal crackpot mantra) for not voting in insane, economy destroying regulations, nor making the EPA god…see, anyone can throw @#$!* against a wall and see what sticks.

As a political conservative who also does organic gardening, feeds the birds, creates backyard habitats for wildlife, and generally enjoys the beautiful creatures on this earth, I agree with you. I can also say that a lot of the other posters here seem to go to extremes trying to prove they don’t see any use for wild creatures, except maybe as targets and table food. I’ve been worried about that also. That New Madrid Fault study showing the earth splitting and creating a new sea in the middle of the US is quite unnerving. I’ve also seen satellite data showing a sudden increase of aerosols in the vicinity of Michigan and the general Midwest region.

But don’t rule out the testing of aerosolized bioweapons.
