Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) could win the “viral video of the day” award for this one.

During today’s radical Islam hearings, Lee not only got reprimanded, but she also launched into a nutty soliloquy that included her quoting herself (in the third person) and also channeling the “pain” of the “breathing” Constitution.

I once read a sign that said, “Look out below.” I think that’s appropriate here:

      They get elected by the 95% black district she represents, mostly evacuees from Katrina that refused to back to New Orleans. Next hurricane, we may not be as hospitable. Hope redistricting helps for next election cycle. 95% of all blacks voted Democratic and 95% of her district is black. Do the math.

      I defended the poor put upon voters of this woman’s district on another thread. Decent Texans in her realm have been trying to get rid of her for years. They know she is incompetent. They try but somehow she always comes out with the most votes. Hmmmm.
      Anyway, Lee did do one good thing for her district. She was the inspiration for the formation of this country’s FIRST Black Tea Party. Yep…,formed in Houston. Yea them!
      I do not think things are lookin’ real good for Lee in 2012.
      Please do not blame her constituents. I too live in a state that is so gerrymandered …,the idiots that purport torepresent me ALWAYS win reelection, even tho they are reviled among so many of their citizens.

      Glad to see you don’t have to be intelligent to be in the senate, you just have to pander to the biggest crowd of registered voters that are legally allowed to vote. All she did was try to say they (congress) needs to be investigating white people (civil rights, KKK, and Nazis) for the way they instigate terrorism in America. Last time I checked though, those hate groups haven’t killed 3k people in one fell swoop, along with still actively trying to kill many hundred more on streets and airplanes and in hospitals.

      Maybe Ms. Jackson should adress the NBP calling for revolution and killing cracka babies. Maybe she should adress Louis Farrakahn refering to whites as devils and again calling for revolution. Maybe she should adress the fact that hundreds of thousands of innocent people have been killed by Radical Islam and we’re not talking about Radicals who happen to be islamic.We’re talking about killings in the name of Islam. Maybe she should adress the facty that radical islam is effecting everyones life and making it more difficult to do just about anything in this country. But no Ms. Jackson would protect radical islamic because many are black and they vote for her. She would sell the country’s safety in furtherence of her own political aspiration. Luckily the time of P.C. is slowly coming to an end and common sense is beginning to prevail again.
