Dem Rep. Does Cartwheels After Winning Race

While Colorado anxiously anticipates the results of its Senate race, one Rep. was loose, and happy, enough to do cartwheels at his victory party. Meet Democrat Ed Perlmutter from Colorado’s 7th district:
From Fox 31 in Denver:
Perlmutter performed a cartwheel before a rowdy crowd of Democrats after declaring victory. During the campaign, Republicans used video of Perlmutter turning cartwheels in negative ads.
Frazier pounded Perlmutter for siding with Democrats on the stimulus and the health care overhaul. Perlmutter defended his votes as necessary for the good of the country.

It‘s great to see that some Dems are in good shape because they’ll need a hell of a lot of flexibility when they bend over backwards in 2012 to try to reelect Obama, and I’d hate to have them get hurt and not have Obamacare yet. Oh wait… he’s a Congressman and already has a superior health insurance system than the rest of us.

I find it alarming when We act like politicians are celebs and are entranced by their every move. It boggles the mind why we have that mindset. I pray that somehow I was wrong and CO did the right thing…I doubt it.
