‘Devil’ Scare Causes 11 People to Fall From Window of Paris Apartment

PARIS (AP) — Eleven people, including several children, were injured when they jumped from the third-story window of a suburban Paris apartment building Saturday, an official said.
It wasn’t known if they jumped on purpose or were forced to, the judicial official said. There was no emergency in the building at the time, such as a fire.
The victims are of African origin, possibly from Angola, and an initial investigation suggested they jumped after one of the women involved became hysterical and started shouting she’d seen the devil, the official said.
Two members of the group — a 30-year-old man and a man with a criminal record who jumped out of the window holding a 2-year-old — have been taken into police custody, the official said on condition of anonymity in keeping with her job’s regulations.
All 11 victims were hospitalized with multiple traumas. No life-threatening injuries were reported, although a 4-month-old infant was been admitted to a Paris children’s hospital in serious condition, the official said.
The apartment building is located in the Paris suburb of La Verriere.

Our arrogance and willful disobedience to God in multiple areas, sodomy, murder of the unborn, our prideful decision to tinker with our very DNA (stem cell research), overall greed and corrupt governments (allowing the three previous to happen for money and votes), all are linked to a greater evil spiritual activity. Didn’t the Bible say we fight against spiritual wickedness in high places, not flesh and blood? This is just the beginning of the end.

I don’t have a religion. One must protect oneself, family, thoughts/ideas, values etc. without any trust or reliance on metaphysical intervention, help or guidence.
But when confronted by what the devil allegorically represents (simply put: what is bad and wrong) i think it best to confront these things directly and not shy away. But your question is too general and worded with a specific viewpoint that I think is false.
I’ve found atheists value morality, fairness and the concept of right and wrong more so than theists….
what do you think?

Instead of Lucifer involved here, this sounds more like a case of a delusional person mixed with hysteria combined in one.

In matters of faith, of beliefs of the Almighty we obviously hold opposite ends of the line. Yet I have to say this – we for now have a country where belief is a free choice; look at what happened with the french revolution when the religious rights of man were taken away – they celebrated the Goddess of Reason and intiiated the most bloodiest sets of executions in their lands, even entire villages of people had been cut down using cannon grape shot due to the guilotine and firing squads not being able to the job fast enough.
If this is what you want to happen in America without the guidance of God, then I have pity on you, and hope change enters your heart.
I have personally stood against beings of darkness, and not just human ones, by faith these were able to be overcome; and changes wrought in other human lives. Make of it what you wish, for by my faith and my life is shown what is.
We still can chose in this country for now, and I chose the Almighty and the Son.
