Did You Know Soros & Other High-Ranking Democrats Met for an Ultra-Secret Conference Last Weekend?

George Soros, political strategists, and other high roller Democrat operatives attended a highly secretive conference at the Biltmore Hotel in Miami to discuss the upcoming elections.

And the Washington Free Beacon’s (WFB) Andrew Stiles gives us an inside look:

The location of the conference had been kept a closely guarded secret by the members and guests of Democracy Alliance (DA), a collection of ultra-wealthy liberal donors formed in 2005, and is reported here in a Washington Free Beacon exclusive.

Attendees roamed the grounds at the 150-acre tropical resort on their way to cocktail gatherings, salsa dance lessons, and workshops such as “Occupy the Voting Booth” and “The 1 Percent Rule.” Local police guarded entrances as members attended a “partners only” meeting in the hotel’s Country Club Courtyard.

“Name badges must be worn at all times,” attendees were informed.

Stiles reports that a WFB reporter was barred from the conference after-party by Alexandra Visher, vice president of partner engagement and communications for Democracy Alliance.

“These are individuals of considerable means” who often “support policies that run contrary to their own interests,” Visher said.George Soros & Other High Ranking Democrats Meet For Ultra Secret Conference

But if you think that’s odd, how about this: the same reporter was also told by a plain-clothes police officer that snapping photos of anyone at the conference was strictly prohibited.

When asked why, the officer replied, “I can’t talk about it.”

The whole thing was a veritable “who’s who” of billionaire Democrats and high-ranking strategists .

“The conference was attended by the biggest names in liberal politics, including billionaire financier George Soros…Andy Stern, the former president of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and frequent White House visitor…Ari Rabin-Havt, executive vice president of Media Matters for America (MMFA),” Stiles reports..

“The Center for American Progress (CAP), a liberal think tank with deep ties to the Obama administration, was also heavily represented. CAP president Neera Tanden joined former Rep. Tom Perriello (D., Va.), president and CEO of the CAP Action Fund, and Van Jones, a senior fellow and former White House green jobs adviser, among others [emphasis added],” he adds.

Stiles reports that the timing of the conference coincides with reports of “dissent within [DA’s] ranks”

“There is heavy debate over whether to fund organizations closely aligned with the Democratic Party or those that operating outside it and pressuring it to move in a more progressive direction,” the Huffington Post’s Ryan Grim recently reported.

“The DA also caused a stir when it decided to stop funding a number of groups that operated outside the explicitly partisan realm of the Democratic Party, such as Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) and Third Way, a center-left think tank,” Stiles reports.

      We will never be socialist I agree …my fear is that we can see what happens when the extreme right wing takes over….nobody slams civil and personal liberties like the right wing …they love big government intrusion when it agrees with there world view ..so the destruction of our civil liberties and torture is ok if we are fighting terrorists ….the government coming between a patient and their doctor is ok if it is anti choice or birth control, the government forcing us to teach non science in school is ok as long as it is creationism….the dangers exist from both sides but the most obvious danger is the social engineering the right is trying to push thru in the last few years.

      You are drinking the kool aid. If you look back at all the civil rights laws that were passed you will see that it was conservative Christians who supported the passing of those laws and the democrats fought to keep them from being passed.

      Christians will do more to protect civil rights than any of the progressive socialist you vote for today.

      Yes Christians will not support same sex marriage, yes Christians do not support abortion. But as for races having equality and women having equality Christians will be out front fighting for all.

      And no Christians don’t believe same sex marriages fall under equal rights for homosexuals. The rite of marriage belongs to the Church not government. You can be allowed your civil union contract, but do not think the Christians will allow your unions to be recognized by the Church. Same sex unions are contrary to the Church doctrine. You can not go forth and multiply if you are of the same sex.

      You should stop worrying about the Christians and making you feel guilty about your sins, afterall this is what you wish to do with your effortts. You hope to obtain acceptance in order to feel better about your sin. No Christians will continue to tell you that you are a sinner, we will not hate you, but we will hate the sin that controls your life.

      You feel because Christians tell you that you are a sinner that we immediately attach hate to our comment, but you are wrong. We usually attach a prayer of compassion

      I just hope that Americans and those around the world who believe in freedom will stand up once everything collapses…..it is a matter of time before their plan comes to a head! I hope people will stand up against it instead of dropping to their knees and accepting it.

      What is sad, the entire monetary system could collapse and within a few months the US could be right back up running on all cylinders without a Federal Reserve and without any outside influences.

      This is why the US is the crown jewel, they must have control of the government to keep us from starting over without them. We have a self containing economy and don’t need anything from other countries to be self sufficient. We have our own energy that we could use and we could start our own monetary system without the Federal Reserve.

      They will not allow us to do so, and they will continue to control the government until they have collapse the Republic and in it’s place instituted a socialist society that fits their one world government agenda.
