Shocking, Disturbing Restaurant Assault Vid: Woman Allegedly Beaten Into a Seizure As Employees Laugh

When we post restaurant brawl videos, many times the tone centers around disbelief mixed with uneasy chuckles. What you’re about to see might result in audible screams, gasps, and expletives. Warning, it’s disturbing.
The details on the following attack are fuzzy.* What you see is two woman mercilessly attacking another in a McDonald’s. But that doesn’t really do the video justice. The two women repeatedly punch and kick the woman in the head while she lies in the fetal position on the ground. They then drag her across the floor by her hair near the door, where they continue the beating. All the while, the employees stand by laughing (although one seems to give a half-hearted vocal attempt to stop the madness, and another eventually tries to step in).
Eventually, it appears the woman is beaten so badly she has a seizure.
According to a description from the video site LiveLeak, the person filming the incident coaches the attackers to flee:
The two black females exit, then re-enter the store to continue the beating, until an older white woman attempts to stop them from dragging the white victim outside into the parking lot. note: the black male employees have disappeared from camera view, even though they are plenty well capable of stopping the attack.
At the end, the white victim is beaten until she has a seizure, at which point the camera operator warns the black female attackers to flee, because the police are on the way. Note: he makes sure to repeatedly tell the criminal attackers to flee, instead of keeping them there for the police to apprehend.

Many of you have e-mailed asking for more information on this disturbing video. As is mentioned in the article, details are fuzzy right now. There is no word on where or when this occurred or what eventually happened to the attackers or the victim. As soon as we find anything out, we’ll let you know.
UPDATE II:
McDonald’s has responded to the video and says it occurred in Baltimore. And according to the Baltimore Sun, a 14-year-old girl has been charged in the incident. You can read all the details in our follow-up story here.

I’d say (1) close the restaurant, (2) fire the manager and charge him with aiding and abetting–he should have called the police at the moment the incident began, (3) identify the miscreants and sue them (that’s right, McDonalds should SUE the perps for financial damages) AND see that criminal charges are filed! (4) publish a code of conduct for patrons AND employees and train, train, train management! I don’t care WHAT the race is, THIS CONDUCT IS UNACCEPTABLE in any McDonalds establishment! I remember a case maybe 4 years ago with a young woman laying on the ground after being stabbed and people just recorded her with their cell phones rather than make a call or stay with the victim. She died.
I want to see if Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton come out and say something about this. They wont, becauase all it is is payback to them.

Rodney King fled from police for over an hour running 80 miles an hour through neighbors ,ramming police acrs and when finally stopped he got out ready to fight…but of course you don’t hear about that do you….What if he had killed a child playing in the streets when he was barrelling through the neighborhoods would that have justified the beating. What if he had injuried an officers when he rammed a police car…would that have justified the beating…….
Police are people first and officers second no matter how much we would like it to be the opposite. And if you get someone mad by running through neighborhood with total disreguard for children safety and ramming the vehicles of your fellow officers it will manifest itself when your caught. I am so sick right now. I hope that the employees who stood by and watched and egged on the happenings are all fired and prosecuted as well as the person taking the video. I also hope that the girls are also found and thrown into jail. Most importantly, I hope that the white girl who was beaten to the point of severe seizures is okay and has no permanent damage from this.
This type of behavior is not acceptable, yet I fear it will become common practice in the days and months ahead. Too many Americans feel that they are owed things and that they have the right to do whatever they want to get or do them. Hurting someone is not acceptable. God help our country.
Another disturbing outcome is the lack of outrage by so called “black leaders.” If this were the reverse in race, they would be outraged, but two black girls beating on a white girl is not worthy of them to open up their mouths with outrage and dissent.

In Tennessee where I have my Handgun Carry Permit (HCP) you can fire your weapon when you are in fear for your life or the lives of others. If you fire your weapon because you get a broken nose in an attack or strong arm robbery, you will go to prison. The broken nose standard has been ruled on in court. If you shoot someone who is stealing your car you will go to prison.
If you have the opportunity to safely run away from your attacker and you instead choose to shoot it out, you will go to prison. (The exception is if you are attacked in you home, ie the Castle Doctrine.)
If you intervene in someone else‘s fight and don’t know the all the circumstances you could very well be headed to court.
Carrying a weapon has a lot more responsibility than just “shooting the bad guys.”

You are correct on most parts. I just got the class last weekend here in TN. You are 100% correct as far as having imminent fear of death to oneself or others. Although as it was explained to us, a strong arm robbery counts. If I were being robbed by a 250-300 lbs biker with arms like tree trunks, that man can kill me with his bare hands. If he’s committing a robbery and he significantly out weights me, I have the right to draw my weapon. If he attempts to take the weapon from me, I’m in desperate fear of losing my life if he gets my gun. If he runs as he spots my gun, then I cannot shoot him.
If you are in the car, that’s car jacking and I was told I can defend myself with lethal force. If someone is breaking into your car and you interrupt them, you can’t shoot them. I think you could get in trouble for drawing in that case too.
If a person is so close as to be able to cause injury to me, how easy can that person pull a knife out and really do damage?
I’d rather live to beg forgiveness then to die waiting for permission.

Had this attack taken place on a city bus and the driver did not come to the victims aid, he could be prosecuted under this law since a bus is a “common carrier”. However, McDonalds is not, and it’s employees were not required by law to stop the attack, if the video shows, as it might, they were encouraging the two attackers in any way, thay could be prosecuted for this. I do live in AZ, and know the gun laws reasonably well for concealled weapons. The two problems were that the post carrier was a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE, and the second is I had gone down to get my mail when the carrier and his uncle assaulted me, was not carrying at the time.
Thanks though for letting others know of Az carry laws. Every mention of those who know and understand them is valuable to protecting the ‘right to bear arms’ part of the Constitution.

Well if your god gives you the right to have hatred over a race of his creation then I don’t need your god. Statistics are just that statistics. Statistics say that an American dies every 35 seconds due to heart disease, does that mean that one American dies every 35 seconds? The problem with black people like those in the video is they live in poverty, mostly with only one parent. They go to reeducation camps called public schools that they are forced to learn that all their problems are from whitey. And thie learders that self appointed like Jackson and Sharpton reinforce that kind of thinking. That is why only love, education, and helping them out in need will end the cycle. How many blacks that do come from that same environment that actually turn out to be good people? Where are those stats? No, we the people are only fed the negative facts to reinforce their behavior and whites like you, your behavior in thinking that all minorities are animals and violent and deserve only to be put down? What god do you serve to act like that? Jesus died for the white woman that got beat violently just as much as he died for the two black women that did the beating. And all people deserve love, mercy, grace and forgiveness, something you will never learn in a statistic.

That store manager, if he was one, and the associates had a moral responsibility to stop that and they could have. The manager should have locked the doors until the police arrived and or had his associates guard the door. There were no weapons seen so acceptable risk should have been taken. Shame on the manager and possibly McDonalds if there are no crisis action plans (varying degrees) for violence in the store.

Just trying to be fair about “innocent until proven guilty”.
Next, just because their are two different races involved in an incident doesn’t make this, by definition a “hate crime”.(Although, in my opinion, ALL violent crimes involve hate). This was assault and battery, maybe attempted murder, but I think just assault.

I walked up and told the manager that if he needed help I would be by the counter placing my order. After I received my order I walked back over to where the officer was and the black guy was so wacked out his mind he couldnt even stand up. I asked him if he needed help getting him into his patrol car and he said dont worry I called an ambulance to come pick this guy up. Too many people are afraid to get involved, had I been there I would have held those girls to their own standard and shown no mercy in dealing with them.

One thing you must all understand and accept is that this sort of crime against Anglos will increase with out abatement. There are several reasons for this and I will lay out these facts.
1. This country was founded on and with European-centric values and people. Anglos if I may say have, in the creation of the U.S., have established the greatest organization of society in the history of mankind.
2. The birthrates of Anglos is at a negative overall replacement rate and as such, Anglos loose population every year.
3. Legal and illegal immigration of non-Anglos are at levels that if sustained, will over take the host Anglo population in less than 30 years. (U.S. Bureau of Census mid-range projections 2002)
4. Current social welfare programs promote and foster environments for non-Anglos to reproduce and thrive while having to do nothing to support the offspring.
5. Over 100 years of progressive / communist driven agendas forced into our society have conditioned us to hate who we actually are.
6. Anglo self hatred and psychosomatic revulsion of all things considered “White,” (White is now a pejorative in common language) is destroying that which our founders have bequeathed to us, their progeny.
When factored together, this is our own destruction folks. Now some may say, hey!!! I am black or I have friends who are black, Mexican, Asian etc…. and they are true great Americans man!!!” Well, OK, I’ve no problem with that at all. That just should mean that they respect and appreciate my culture and have successfully assimilated into what was once a prosperous welcoming society. It is now their society as well and as a part of it, embrace the founders ideas and principals. Great, welcome to my country, respect it and revere it and it’s culture. Do not try and change it to another culture though, that would be genocide as described in the U.N. SEE BELOW:

I do believe it was a hate crime because according to most reports, including the statement given by one of the two beaters, they did it because she was a transvestite. Now, had the victim been taken to jail and given that she is post-op she would have been placed in the women’s holding area. That indicates that the law recognizes her as a her and as such she has no choice but to use the women’s latrine.

No, I probably would not let them keep beating her. I would hope that I would have stepped in. What they were doing was unacceptable. I would like to think that I have such disregard for my life that I would put myself in danger to save her. I believe in the motto “you can’t threaten me with heaven.” That being said, I would have hoped that I would have stepped in, but perhaps I would have been too scared. I don’t know.
Their behavior was not excusable. However, that doesn’t mean that all black people are like that. My half-black kids are not like that. My husband is not like that. My mother-in-law is not like that. My brother-in-law is not like that. My half-black nephew is not like that. My husband’s cousins and their kids are not like that. They’re all conservative, Christian people who behave as nice as any white person that you have seen. They support the Tea Party. They watch Glenn Beck, just like you do. They homeschool.
My comments were towards those people who think that my family members are animals just because some of their ancestors came from Africa. This is the only thing that makes them different from most of you. They don’t listen to rap music or use cuss words.
If this makes me a disgusting human being, because I’m not going to write off an entire race because some people of that race behave in a disgusting manner, then that’s fine. You already think that a bunch of Christian, Tea Party conservatives are disgusting, so why not me too? At the same time, you must think that Herman Cain and Alan Keyes are awful people too, because they’re black too.
If you want to think that everybody that is not white is a horrible human being just because some people of their race behave horribly, and you think that I’m disgusting because I know some great people that are of that race, and I think that writing off an entire race because some people are terrible is a horrible thing, then I guess that the feeling is mutual.
I do think that the hip-hop culture has produced a very sad group of people, but at the same time, I know that not all black people are like that. If you want to hate some Tea Party, Christian conservatives because they’re black, I feel sorry for you. I feel sorry for anybody that hates everybody of a certain race because some of them behave like animals. The key word is everybody.
