Here are a couple other incriminating videos of doctors handing out excuse slips, courtesy our inquisitive Blaze readers.
In another YouTube video, one doctor explains how employers cannot crack down on employees’ absences because he is “a licensed physician,“ and that ”all you need is an excuse.”
Conservative blogger Andrew Breitbart received a note from a doctor claiming he contracted “Walker pneumonia”:

Posted on February 19, 2011 at 11:06pmas a member of the healthcare field (RN) I am sure a patient/doctor relationship is not established like this…generally for a doctor to dictate care there has to be an evaluation, diagnosis based on sound medical practice and treatment based on proven, positive patient outcomes. None of that is observed here…the test will be when and if any of these teachers have the guts to turn these notes in for pay compensation. This cannot be ignored by us taxpayers…that is our money that will pay these liars and theives. I cannot imagine a doctor being this stupid…this is medical fraud! Every doctor that is found to have filled out any of these forms should have a complaint filed with Wisconsin Board of Medicine!

I’mm all for home schooling anyway. My second oldest has 10. Eight of then have COLLEGE DEGREES. They’re smart too. And yes, they have pulenty of social life.

Does a doctor need to have you sign a HIPPA disclosure/permission form before seeing a patient? I doubt this was done, and if it is a regulated requirement, the breach of HIPPA stuff is a very serious matter.

Given out on a Saturday which is not a working day. Call the office of these Doctors, if they are such, and have them send in that they visited the office and if insurance was billed. What was their blood pressure, how much did they weigh and what were they in to see the doctor about, on a Saturday at that. Then start proceedings against these doctors. What’s the matter with the people of WI. Such teachers are not worthy to teach your students. Poor examples for your children to emulate. Fire them all, when they arrive back to school, put them on permenant furlough. The good people of WI need to be heard at the board meetings. Everything that can be brought against them legally do so. As for the missing Senators living off your tax payers money who have gone missing, declare them as having vacated their elected office and start immediately to vote on new Senators. They are totally worthless to the people of WI. I suspect many other states will be going through this and I hope every legal thing possible can be used to stop this chaos and nonsense.

Why is it we the people allowed institutions and citizens (such as doctors) in our country to sink to such lows? Why is it so easy for us to say, aw, just cut ‘em a little slack…
Collectively we the people MIGHT be able to summon a backbone to stand up to lies, dishonor and deceit. Maybe we ought to be doing more of this when opportunities like this one arrise.
But the overseeing institution that allows his dishonorable behavior to go unchecked is the culprit here and what I would like to know is….. is there anyway we can put some pressure upon this organization, or at least let them know they are on public display for all to see their corrupt behavior hard at work…..

Just like most everything else, it seems that it depends on how politically connected you are. I’m sure that the doctors in the Wisconsin protest crowd are connected to the “movers-and-shakers” of the Wisconsin Democrat Party/Unions…..or they would not have been out there pulling that stunt. It is a shameful display…..it normally takes me three days to see my doctor by appointment, and that is if I am sick….if I am not sick, it takes about a week.

I went to school in a classroom of 31 kindergarteners and got an education that at the time was about the best you could get in the country. We are what now….near dead last? Our largest city is one of the poorest in the nation and its public schools there are not able to graduate more than 46%o of it’s attendees. This pathetic selfish and childish display by these public workers…the lying and deception, the vile words and dispicable behavior are such a black mark on this state…..the way we must look to the rest of the world based on the news and photos makes me weep openly. You don’t look like champions of the human cause…..I don’t see you toiling all day and protesting at night on you own time. I don’t see you insuring your students know what right and wrong is and that lying and shirking your duties is not a good trait to have. I don’t see you teaching them the traits an employer will one day value…….no instead I see you perpetrating the stereotype of ignoranc laziness, deception and greed we all associate with union members, I see you showing children that its okay to lie and run from your duties. I see you as despicable as the very Wall Street Fat Cats your leaders decry. Selfish, self centered, ignorant and yes stupid. You embarrass your children, your students your schools, your communities and your star…….you embarrass this nation.
I for one, am proud of our new Governor. He was handed a mess and unlike the president hasn’t offered excuses and constant blame but instead real solutions. I am so embarrassed to be from this state right now, I have buried all my red and white and all my green and gold pride and I walk with my head hung….how could the great people who built this marvelous green haven of lakes and pristine small towns behave so badly. How did we come to think we were so entitled to our way of life at the cost of others? How could we stomp on our neighbor’s paychecks and spit in their faces as their property taxes soar, only so you could have the union power for more paid sick days and an earlier retirement?
I will never look at another public servant the same after this….ever. I will always hold a little scar on my heart where once I cradled you. I will wince as I pass you in your public classrooms, I will cringe as I see you plow my streets. I will think twice when the police call for funds for their circus and I will be far less inclined to share a kindness with one of you. I hope you find support amongst your peers, you’re going to need a lot of it in the coming days as the tax payers of the state begin to turn their backs on you.
I won’t expose my children to the details of this event, now or in the future. I won’t try to explain your antics, your lies, your vile tongues and most despicable behavior and lack of civility. I won‘t mention what state I’m from and the title of Cheesehead is officially retired in my home.
Rejoice oh you union employees of the state, celebrate you teachers of the public masses, scream victory you prison guards….but I’m here to remind you, you do so ALONE!

Posted on February 20, 2011 at 2:48amthe Governor needs to tell the teachers to get back to work or they will be prosecuted for fraud. by saying they are ill and are out protesting and getting paid for it, it is fraud. this includes the union heads. moreover, he needs to also tell the doctors who are writing the prescriptions that they too will be prosecuted (federal crime) for fraud and writing false prescriptions. the teachers would then have felonies on their records preventing them from ever having another teaching job. then he starts hiring teachers from out of state non-union to fill the positions. since the union has breached its fiduciary duty and the teachers are all felons, it would be impossible for the unions to fill the openings from all the incarcerated teachers. thus the end of the union

Every person those physicians talk with in a “professional” way they have just entered into what the law recognizes as a doctor patient relationship and are most definitely opening themselves up to potential lawsuits if some nut job wanted to try and find some “foot in the door” reason, those physicians are also bound under the laws that govern medical practice, I would gather the physicians names and turn them into the state board for malpractice……. and in my opinion they would deserve it !!

Ever take notice how fast they put together printed signs and T-shirts. I mean within a couple days everybody had stuff printed. There is no doubt Libs are professional protesters…through & through. I don’t think they will bill any insurance company – remember when you visit a doctor, especially for the first time, the second question asked is who is your insurance company and they get an id number. These folks (I don’t want to call them doctors), have no way to chase down your employment and insurance from only your name (or at least they would spend more time than it is worth). The real travesty is they encourage immoral, if not illegal, activities. The next time I want to pull an insurance scam, I think I’ll contact one of the fine Wisconsin professionals (professional in that they are paid for service).

Posted on February 20, 2011 at 8:54pmBut does the Union Contract clarify which Dr. the note has to come from. I remember my days under contract to many companies they mentioned that all sick notes would have to come from my family Dr. or maybe a licensed clinic with an address to go to.
This is going to get real ugly when principals and school boards have to face the public about taking their out of school kids to demonstrate for teacher pay on the parents dime. Those PTA meetings are going to get like the Healthcare meetings did.
Good luck an passing off thousands of notes to one doctor in one day. It is not reality, any one been to your Dr.’s office lately, at least one hour per patient in and out. Or more like 4 patients an hour in an 8-10 hour day so how can one Dr. see hundreds if not thousands of teachers and not put his license on the line.

Posted on February 20, 2011 at 10:24pmmaybe we should all start calling the attorney general in wi. and tell him we have video proof of doctors engageing in fraud, and we would like him to press charges on them. maybe if enough people start calling and complaining we can get them charged with fraud. anybody from wi. on here?? call your attorney general right now and start making a fuss. i’ll call in the morning. time to start doing something other than griping about it. let take some action people!!

Posted on February 21, 2011 at 9:59amhere‘s the thing IF they didn’t go to the doctors office and receive the note it not valid.. IF the doctors gave out MORE notes than the amount of patients they see on an average day they are NOT valid.. and DOCTORS should be sued for fraud.. IF a doctor sees 15 patients a day and he saw them AND handed out 15 sick notes to people who DID NOT see him.. THAT’S FRAUD.. NOW I have even LESS respect and faith in DOCTORS than I did before.. IF they were my doctor I wouldn’t be seeing them.. BTW.. WAIT until the state gets the bill for the sick notes many doctors charge for them and I am sure the TAXPAYER paid insurance will be billed..

Posted on February 21, 2011 at 1:05pmThe Doctors “working the crowds” should be hauled before the state professional board as well as the state and have their license to practice medicine revoked. The are participating in medical fraud, what they’re doing is no different than handing out prescriptions with no medical symptoms for the medicine. The people taking the doctor excuses are also engaging in fraud. Isn’t this a fine example for our children. I sure wouldn’t want to have any of those “doctors” as my physician. They are clearly showing they are very willing to lie and cheat if it’s “for a good cause”. How lies are they telling in their day to day practice because it’s “for a good cause” ? Any excuse would do to if you lack professional ethics, which I’m sure these doctors do. The same goes for the teachers – no ethics. The teachers should be fired and replaced with people of ethics and who want to work. This is simply disgraceful. I am so glad my children are past school age. I would put them in private schools immediately if they were still in the public school system. Private school teachers make far less than the public sector teachers and they’re there everyday, doing the same job, and all without union representation. The unions should be outlawed in the USA.
