Does Obama Have a Controversial Pastor Problem…Again?

Ever since a producer from WRNO-FM in New Orleans tipped The Blaze to Dr. Wallace Charles Smith (Obama’s Easter Sunday pastor) and his racist 2010 speech, people have started to take notice. Rush Limbaugh talked about it Monday (and again yesterday), and last night Sean Hannity and Bill O’Reilly took on the topic, too.
During his Talking Points segment, O’Reilly accused Smith of stirring up bias “for absolutely no reason” and asks, why would the president sit and listen to a pastor who holds these views?
Hannity then had a lively debate with Monica Crowley and Alan Colmes over the issue, which you can watch here.
Hannity uncovered more video of Smith, this time saying that Obama’s former controversial pastor Jeremiah Wright “never said anything that was wrong.”
Hannity asked, “Why is [Obama] always in pews listening to such controversial spiritual leaders?” He brought on a panel to debate the issue, during which he pointed out that Obama being at Smith‘s church legitimizes the pastor’s comments (even if they are from 2010):
What do you think? Does Obama have a pastor problem? Why does he seem to find himself in the pews in front of such speakers?

Posted on April 27, 2011 at 9:15amThe president his handlers knew the pastor and knew the pastor’s messages. The intent of attending, as is always the case with this president, was to increase the divison of the country by pitting one group against another through mistrust and hatred. And by visiting this church led by a polite sounding Jeremiah Wright, the president bolstered his own as well as the pastor’s standing. The president lent credibility to the message of division and hatred.
He also let the New Black Panthers, the old black panthers, and the race baiting industry know that he stood with them even on Easter.

The President does not have a pastor problem. He has a racist problem. A large majority of black people have a racist problem. They want to blame white people for their condition, and yet black people can immigrate to this country and succeed. Why can’t citizens in this country do well? Others can. The clear truth is that Obama is a racist and he believes that white people need to suffer.

Posted on April 27, 2011 at 9:04amJust as everyone who has parked their butt in a church is not a Christian, everyone who preaches in a church is not automatically bringing the message of the salvation of Jesus Christ to the people. Many mainline churches are simply tax exempt leftist political organizations loosely covered in “Christian” appearence. The Methodists push environmentalism, gay rights, abortion rights etc., many black churches seem to push black liberation theology. The good thing is that it is becoming clearer which churches are Biblically based and which ones are false IF you have ears to hear and eyes to see. The Bible clearly warns us that this will happen.

Posted on April 28, 2011 at 1:53amI converted to the United Methodist Church about ten or twelve years ago, and have attended three different churches of that denomination. Since the Pastors frequently change every couple of years, and larger churches have Associate Pastors, I have listened to more than a dozen UMC ministers preach – and their message is the Gospel and individual salvation through Jesus Christ. Not once have I heard a single word about environmentalism. As far as gay rights or abortion rights are concerned, I have heard absolutely nothing that condones either – just the opposite!

He puts on a smile, reads what others put together for him and present on teleprompters, and plays the part but it is a thinly veiled act. He has some deep resentment and racial bias in him. If he weren‘t that type of individual then he wouldn’t be constantly surrounding himself with leaders of those camps of thought. His list of good friends include everything from devoted communists and anarchists to black power and hate whitey “pastors”. Everyone is trying so hard to buy into the act and keep forcing themselves to ignore the crowd he runs with.

I’d say he has a problem that with everyone he meets with is controversial. Just say it Blaze, Obama is a Socialist and has been one all his life. He has been influenced by his mother, Frank Davis, every person he has met with in Chicago. He has a problem with wealthy people, (unless itis his own money, but don’t they all) and wants them to distribute their wealth.

Posted on April 27, 2011 at 8:56amWhen I moved here and first sought a church to attend , I looked for one that was of the same faith, grounded in the word and non political. When I sit down to eat , I seek physical nourishment. When I attend church, I seek spiritual nourishment. If my pastor were to preach a hateful or divisive sermon I would leave, never to return. Obamao obviously has an opposite set of criteria. He seeks a church where his bigotry can be reinforced and justified. He , along with the willing lap dog media ,managed to deceive the masses..The mask has been pulled off. He is Al Sharpton on steroids. God help us!

WE make the choice, no one else is accountable for our own decisions in the end, we stand or fall by the actions we do; the only thing all are held to are the same standards of the commandments and the relationship we have in God and Jesus.

What part of Black Liberation Theology do you not understand??? Obama has a very different view of America and what it should be. Unfortunately he currently has the power to make the changes he feels are needed. Do we stand by and let it happen or do we stand against him?? American citizens have a problem with his choice of pastors and churches, with his attitude, arrogance, hatred of capitalism, and disdain for We the People in general.

Posted on April 27, 2011 at 12:41pmAmen, brother. A call to awareness is what we vitally need.
The number of black on white attacks as in the McDonald’s fiasco have always been numerous, but thankfully for advanced technology those kinds of incidents can no longer be submerged by the mainstrean media who are promotors of left wing causes no matter how kooky they might be.
And this president’s silence on these issues, plus his embracing of the leftist radical professor at Harvard who broke the law, without knowing of the particulars of the incident, added to his obvious delight with Jeremiah Wright who is a preacher who encourages black hate, plus his refusal to prosecute armed Black Panthers who were threatening voters with warnings that they were at the polling place to make sure a black man was elected, in addition to Obama’s continued silence on the same Black Panther who was screaming on a busy street corner to kill all whites and their blond hair, blue eyed babies, is now attending the church of another anti-American, anti-white hater, all prove unequivocally that he is of the same ilk as the people he associates with.
For the mainstream press to protect and promote this man and his racism is a crime of huge proportions.
Wake up America and protect yourself. This surely one of the darkest periods in our history.
