Don Imus to Anthony Weiner: Why Are You So Mean to Megyn Kelly?

Appearing on Fox Business Network’s Imus in the Morning, Rep. Anthony Weiner, D-N.Y., received a slight ear full from host Don Imus who observed that the New York Democrat tends to get in heated debates with Fox hosts, namely America Live host Megyn Kelly. While watching the exchanged fireworks between Weiner and Megyn may be fun for viewers, Imus prefaced Monday’s segment with a warning to Weiner: “Don’t be mean to me like you are Megyn Kelly.”

Maybe he was missing Megyn or maybe it was too early in the morning to get riled up and rude, but Weiner seemed to maintain a very relaxed demeanor in talking to the I-man.

And as only Imus can, the veteran radio host compares President Obama to… Jacques Cousteau.

    Weiner reminds me of the President in a way. They both have pencil necks, they both are extremely arrogant, and they are both unbelievably ignorant.

    Liberals are experts at targeted, demeaning rhetoric. They go into attack mode whenever they are proven wrong or cornered. How do they put it? That’s right. They GET IN YOUR FACE! These are nothing more than bully tactics. Think of that video of the little, shrimpy, bully kid pecking at the big kid. They laugh and have fun….right up to the point where the big hairy fist comes down on their pointy little head. Then the start crying, saying “Well….He started it!”

    Weiner is sooo threatened by Megyn Kelley, she’s smarter than he is, and she’s a woman!!!! How dare she think, she’s his equal. Not to mention, she‘s far more attractive then he’ll ever be….
    I love it when he gets really ticked off…he closes his eyes and his jaw tightens, and he exhales loudly. He’s such a WEINER!!!!

    My head hurts from listening to all the lefties spin the disaster callled the Obama administration. Wiener still blames Bush for everything. Does he realize that his guy is running the show and his party has had control of congress since 06. Look in the mirrror Weiner and you will see who to blame for this mess.

    Tony is the epitomy of the schoolyard bully. He has learned his craft very well, attack, attack, attack at all times–much like el taqiya. Just keep talking until your opponent shuts up.

    There is no ‘smarts’ up there in Tony’s head all one has to do is listen to him. He will throw your question back at you in a statement–avoidance tactic. In other words he can’t come up with the facts so he diverts with an attack. He talks fast, thinking this is making him look intelligent, well news flash–it does just the opposite!

    Wow, and he is married?! What loon said “Yes.” to this guy? Doesn’t speak much for her or is it a him? Can’t tell these days.

    jzs, when did Weiner get a brain? So you think the man that wrote the book on arguing with idiots…wouldn’t win a simple argument with em? Just like O’Reilly, Becks mentor, he can wear down a liberal pretty quick. I suggest you read his book. If you think O‘Reilly can’t have a debate….archives Barney Franks over the Freddie and Fannie…I am sure Franks gay lover is still changing the bandages where Bill took a hunk out!     It’s nice that Mr Weiner chooses to play God. We should go in and protect people that can’t protect themselves and if the leader of the country gets killed in the process oh well. Not really the smartest idea. What happens when another country decides that our leaders are are a danger to us and England or France decides we need protection. This all is going to end very badly for America.

    I have to give Megyn Kelley credit for having Weiner, someone who can hold his own in a debate, on her show. Kelley doesn’t really interview people as a journalist, she debates them and uses the FOX “journalism” technique of talking over her guests before they can make a point. But it makes for good TV.

    Beck won’t debate anyone on his show, at least not anyone with a brain. Hannity at best gets incoherent extremists on his show, not being willing to challenge anyone with a brain. O’ Reilly is the only other person who will have a quick witted Democrat on his show, and will actually, at times, act like an interviewer rather rather than a partisan hack.

      Weiner hold his own in a debate…effing please. Weiner use to the deflective subject change and non-answer renders him inept on any level of debate.
      More over I bet your precious war mongering wannbe dictator POTUS wouldn’t last 5 minutes under becks questions before he would clam up and call the his SS officer to detain Beck for threatening the President by using his own words and actions against him.

      In the first place most of the lefty dems won’t debate, they usually just shout everyone down. Most of the time I just see them repeating some party line over and over and over. If they ever did debate honestly they might learn something but like most progressives they are very intolerant of other peoples view.

      BO’R is the reason I stopped watching Fox in the early evenings. I always watch Glenn and sometimes wander back in for parts of Sean and Greta. Too much speculation and not enough news for me there any more – I like it unfiltered from trusted Internet sites.

      Kelly takes lesson from Bill O’Reilly, yell loud at your guest and shut their microphone off if they disagree with her.

      And for a lawyer she is pretty dumb. She has some govenrment offical on and he metioned about FoxNews always using the word Nazis and she said she watchs FoxNews programs all the time and she’s never heard anyone say it. Oh, Jon Stewart show pointed out how dunce she was! LOL.

      Watch Kelly once and you’ll chnage your oppinion she uses her prosecution skills all the time to trip guest up and treats guest who answer around the questions much like a hostile witness.
      I will say I‘ve watched Oreilly and he isn’t on his game sometimes but I believe that he wants to be fair and balanced so much that he bends to the leftist view point to get it. He doesn‘t speculate a bit basicly if a man wearing a mask walked up to him holding a knife he wouldn’t be in A DEFENSIVE MODE UNTIL THE MAN STARTED STABBING. That‘s why I like Beck’s show better.

    I would be interested in if anyone who posts here knows anyone in Weiners district who wants to run for his seat. Im very serious about this. This guy needs to go away. Im 99.99% sure if I took a poll of a large crossection of his district and asked them if he represents them the way hes going about it im sure the answer would be a resounding NO.

      He has never received less than 59% of the vote, and he has been a U.S. Representative for New York’s 9th congressional district since 1999.

      The people of his district are proud of him…why I have never figured out…it’s totally disgusting!

      Did y’all know Weiner and Jon Stewart were roommates????? Jon Stewart…that explains a heck of a lot!!!
