Secondly, I know plenty of folks who weren’t born in the US who have her best interests at heart as well as those who were born here who do not.

My guess is that he has the birth certificate but there is something on it and in his college records he does not want the American people to see. If he was a Republican or a Libertarian the media would have demanded it long before he was elected! I think Trump believes the same and is playing a little poker with the President- he is calling him out – show your cards!

I believe the Obama camp uses the birth certificate issue as a distraction from potentially damaging information in his collegiate records (i.e. possible sub-par grades/questionable studies). The birth certificate issue also serves the Obama camp well, discrediting conservatives. While the media likes to focus on a minority percentage of conservatives who are “birthers”, they choose to ignore the increasing number of Progressives who are “9/11 truthers”.

Theis man is NOT doing this on principle and even if he THINKS he is there are enough Americans who have questioned his citizenship that he needs to be COMPELLED to show it. Report Post »it was not legal because it needed all the info and the State raised stamp to show it was registered. I had to order a copy from that state, of the legal certificate, and stamped to show it was a legal copy.

People need to realize that, while it is an important subject, it is distracting as well from the most important subjects of balancing the budget and the massive national debt. Among other things that is, such as dumping or defunding Obama-care nightmare and such.

Additionally, if it comes out, they’ll all likely be exposed for their full knowledge & participation the cover up and then in his election. It would smell like jail time for all… but sadly, even when this DOES get exposed, sometime this summer.. nothing will come of it. bho is going to be around and in the picture for quite a spell (Aproximately 7 years).

I DOES matter where he was born, it is the law of the land, and until he proves otherwise I am not going to just drop the matter. If he provides the document, it goes away, simple simon said the pieman…as to the other things you mention, yes they are of the highest importance, our debt will never be repaid, the dye is cast, and we will default at some point, unless a miracle happens, and you know miracles in DC never happen. No, if this man-child on training wheels is not an American born citizen, then he should be impeached as a fraud, and all the progressive laws he has signed will become null and void, that is a sure fire way to beat him. All the other issues pale in comparison, sorry to disagree with you here, I usually agree with you, not here.
PS: To all my Blazer friends, If you’re not prepared RIGHT NOW, you will never get there, it is now too late to make plans. David Plouffe, White House senior adviser, reveals on the Sunday shows that President Obama plans to deliver a major speech this week laying out a more aggressive path for deficit reduction — including reform of entitlements, particularly Medicare and Medicaid. Plouffe said on ABC’s “This Week” the president is “willing to work with Congress” on a way to strengthen Social Security for the long run.
Plouffe said Obama will continue calling for higher taxes on the wealthy. As Plouffe puts it on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” “people like him, as he’ll say, who’ve been very fortunate in life, have the ability to pay a little bit more.” But Plouffe made it clear that the president will continue to keep his campaign pledge not to raise taxes on the middle class. The speech may be on Wednesday or Thursday.

Sgt., I’m not calling you stupid. I’m calling you a slow learner. You do not understand the definition of a “natural-born citizen.“ ”Native-born“ and ”natural-born” are not one and the same. People are trying to prove that he is a “citizen” by bringing on this BS about his being “born in Hawaii.” Anyone who is naturalized as a citizen IS a citizen.
A native-born citizen is someone from the country where he was born.
A natural-born citizen is someone born in the United States ***and*** who HAS U.S. CITIZEN PARENTS.
Obama’s mother did not meet age and residency requirements in effect in Hawaii at the time Obama was born in order for her to pass her citizenship to her son, NO MATTER WHERE HE WAS BORN. She did not mneet the requirements of the law to give Obama Jr. U.S. citizenship.
Obama SR was a British subject. The Constitution of Kenya identifies Obama JR as a British subject because he is the son of a Briitish subject. Obama JR. and SR both became citizens of the Republic of Kenya on December 12, 1963, and Obama knows it!
WE HAVE A USURPER IN THE WHITE HOUSE.

Therefore, he could not pass American citizenship to his son. He’s a man with dual allegiances. Vattel coined the phrase “natural born citizen” in his book “Law of Nations” and that’s where the founding fathers derived it. Washington had 2 copies himself. Therefore, one must use Vattel’s definition. BOTH PARENTS MUST BE CITIZENS OF A COUNTRY TO MAKE THEIR CHILDREN NATURAL BORN CITIZENS and he stresses the father’s citizenship the most. Obama is not eligible. Case closed.

Therefore he should never have been allowed to run for President. All the issues he has with his policy would not even be around if this issue was resolved. Why then does he not release his medical, college records and also his birth certificate? While Trump is pushing this issue no one is really willing to take a stand. Both parties don’t give a sh&t. If they did the truth would have been found by now.

Sr. didn’t even live with Obama and his mother. After he completed his education, Sr. went back to Kenya. The birth certificate HAS to be from Kenya. Otherwise, Obama would have produced the long form!

I may not have been clear too. So, while the matter of WHERE he was born at is important, as it is stated in the Constitution for the part of presidential qualification for the office, the matter at hand is that the progressives, the left, and Obama with his cronies will use the matter as a screen and shield to distract and discredit people. By keeping the peoples focus on such a matter as this, the other important matters can be dealt with easier by the adminsitrations plan to trash the country.
That is the part of their plan (the admin’s) in this part of the birth certificate could be solved real easy and yet is being used like a shiny fishing lure to draw the fish away; that is one of my major concerns about the matter. THEY want us to pursue the shiny ring being held out as a distraction.
Also, for the matter some have posted about his legislation such as Obama care being null and void if he is indeed proven to be a fraud and taken out of office,
IF he is indeed ever found to be such and stripped of office for the matter, there will most likely be an series of court cases to be used to determine if the laws indeed are null and void, such as would be the case in contractual fraud as derived in an identity theft case.
It is not in as much of the fact they would be null and void, there still would be many who would challenge the idea in the realm of the courts to make them stick.

I‘m pretty sure the State of NY would not accept it as proof of citizenship for a driver’s license … but Schumer/Hildebrand would intervene for Barry … but not for any normal regular person.

Yes, responding to myself. I’m just overly amazed over the power of the Media. As much as I want to see Trump sucessful at getting to the bottom of the birth certificate issue the fact remains that certain people and the Media have too much invested in Obama. They are going to guard him like Fort Knox! I just watched a clip on CNN which had Obama’s aunt and the Presidential Historian David Brinkley both attacking Trump for questioning.. Brinkley flat out said that it was offensive and racist for Trump to question the first Black President over his birth.
To me the lack of logic used in the process is sickening. The gall which the Media has in this country just to rub feces in our faces day after day on this subject. I’m sick of it! I hope Trump is successful but the Media is after his ass and they will do all possible to destroy him for questioning their President.

I have a different view on this. I have a problem with the way Republicans on National TV tries to make Trump look stupid on this issue. These Republicans are being handed a sure-fire HOT issue to use against Obama and they are doing their best to defend Obama instead. All last week, and some this weekend, I saw Republican advisers, Republican politicians, and Republican pundits, laugh and giggle everytime the subject was brought up. And all this did was allow the Democrats on the same programs to laugh and giggle even louder. It’s as if the GOP wants to lose?!?!?
If the GOP is going to do this all through the campaign season, I strongly urge us to form a serious Tea Party Political Party. NO LATER THAN THE END OF NEXT MONTH!

I think what is happening now is that the true Republicans are emerging and the great Mike Church calls them the “Deceptacons”! Deceptacons Rhinos whatever they need to be weeded out.. Notice how much the Media loves Pawlenty. That should tell you all you need to know.
